11/05/2024: When we want to touch the sea with a finger, then we go to Aloha Mare in Santa Teresa di Riva. The friendliness of "Patron" Carlo welcomes us with stories about the fish that is offered here. Gourmet dishes based on strictly local raw materials, from the Ionian Coast to Porto Palo. The sensorial tasting of "Crudo e Marinato" is important, in a large oval plate a review of the seabed of "Mare Nostrum". In addition to shellfish, we were surprised by the delicate taste of bonito and small seabream. Another proposal that winks, "Spaghetti with Sea Urchins" from Syracuse served in their best period, Spring. The waitress parades with two serving dishes, a rich "Risotto Frutti di Mare" desirable, but that will be for another time. We turn the page and choose the Dessert (all made in Aloha), today we go for "Gelato with Bronte Pistachio, chopped Almonds" drowned in a hot Espresso Coffee, delicious and perhaps unobtainable elsewhere. Careful service and good drinking, for us "Etna Bianco" from Pietradolce in Solicchiata. The opportunity has come to greet us too with Aloha!

28/12/2023: Locale di buon livello con proposte particolari e ben studiate, si vede proprio che dietro c’è una costante ricerca e passione per la cucina, motivo la mia scelta delle 4 stelle per spronare a fare ancora di meglio, per l’esattezza nel servizio. Un così curato ristorante che nulla da per scontato non può permettersi delle disattenzioni del tipo i bagni e la presentazione del personale di sala. Per il resto tutto molto apprezzato. Conto adeguato alla qualità.

31/12/2023: Abbiamo mangiato in quattro prendendo un tagliere di quelli completi e c’è arrivato un piatto davvero meraviglioso Già la vista e poi anche al palato. Le dosi sono abbondanti, i cibi genuini e a km zero. Merita appieno il punteggio che ha.

11/12/2023: Passeggiando per Taormina abbiamo incrociato la bottega ma quasi non ci saremmo fermati se non avessimo buttato l'occhio dentro meglio , in effetti la sala dove poter spizzicare e seminascosta . Il tagliere scelto mix salumi formaggi ottimo accompagnato da un calice di vino locale che nulla lasciava al caso.

14/05/2024: Fantastic. Every time I go to Sicily I can't miss going to have dinner at Borrello. The appetizers are many and truly excellent. You can also find raw ham from black pigs. The price is really lower than what you eat.

12/05/2024: Quality and courtesy always at the top. It is a pleasure to return to this place where, in addition to courtesy, there is excellent quality in the menu they offer. When the quality is this high everything else takes second place. Clean and well-kept environment and staff always present and quick in service

Proprietari e personale gentilissimi, allegri, cortesi e professionali. Un menù completo e gustoso!! E un prezzo davvero abbordabile, visti i tempi che corrono!! Hanno avuto pure la carineria di offrire la pasta ai bimbi più piccoli! ( Cosa che non ho MAI visto da nessuna parte!!) Grazie per tutto e alla prossima!! 💪🏻😉
