24/08/2025: It's a 4-star resort, but only potentially. It feels like an unfinished structure. There's no shuttle to take you from the port. The rooms are nice, although the fixtures and fittings could use a makeover. There's also little privacy. Breakfast is excellent.

12/08/2026: Small little place but the service was good, the food was a bit overpriced but maybe thats everywhere in taoromina We had 2 crepes 1 ginger beer and one moscow mule and paid 47 but it was okay we were really craving crepes but they had a different style of creepes than im used to and was hoping for but in total it was good only bad comment i have to say is that a little too pricy but nota bene she preferse cash because the card machine is very slow bc internet isnt the fastest there 😅

12/08/2026: We visited this bar a few times during our vacation and let me tell ya, its a hidden gem! We were delighted by amazing cocktails and the service, with the chill vibes and music, everything was top notch! The cream on top was our bartender who always greeted us with a smile and the amount of pleasant talks we had with him was such a refreshing thing for us, its one of the main reasons for the 5/5 review. Thank you for making our Taormina experience that much more enjoyable!

05/08/2026: I've been getting their cannoli for about 38 years. They make two types, large and regular. I prefer the large ones because the shell stays thinner and softer. The ricotta is divinely crafted, and when it hits your mouth, it explodes with incredible flavor. The chocolate is creamy, truly wonderful. Kudos to the entire staff.

01/07/2026: Excellent food, excellent staff, but the karaoke on Tuesday nights is really annoying for those who live in the area because of the excessively loud music...tonight it was past midnight...on Wednesdays we work....

12/06/2026: After getting off the ferry in our campervan in the evening to continue on the highway, we stopped at this pizzeria to order two Caprice pizzas to go for dinner. After eating them, we were satisfied because, besides being huge, they were truly excellent and delicious. We'll stop by again next time. Recommended.

10/08/2026: Absolutely avoidable, unnecessarily expensive, the quality doesn't justify the price, but the biggest problem is the extremely rude staff, especially the young woman with short hair from the north, perhaps Tuscan, just to give an example. I ask for a bottle of sparkling water and she brings it naturally. Realizing her mistake, she claims she obviously won't come back for a change anymore, so I get up and change it myself. The lady didn't deserve much consideration, especially since this is just one of many instances of rudeness justified by too much work in a place that isn't busy. Absolutely avoid. You'll feel like you're disturbing me.

09/08/2026: The restaurant is in a beautiful location, the wait staff is kind and helpful, but it was very expensive, and above all, we spent much more than we should have. The receipt doesn't tell us anything, but when we asked for an explanation, we weren't given an adequate answer. It's a shame because I would have liked to return, but I'll look elsewhere.

13/08/2026: Granita (horrible) served in a cardboard cup... hard brioche... forgettable service... let's not even talk about the man behind the cash register, let's leave him alone... definitely to be avoided, I don't recommend it...

09/08/2026: Palermitans on vacation, excellent pizza, good products, good table service, ample parking, swing set for the kids. We've been there two or three times on a Friday evening. There was a beautiful girl who sang. It's a great place for everyone. Go there. Good morning, what I wrote earlier dates back to last year. Yesterday, August 8, 2026, we went there for dinner. Ample parking for cars and motorcycles. Suitable for carriages and strollers, dogs and cats as long as they have a leash and muzzle. The evening was wonderful. When we arrived with the party organized, there was a beautiful girl singing along with the crowd, songs of all kinds, and fantastic karaoke. Outdoor tables under the gazebo and more. Pizzeria: Patrizia, Francesca, and the other lady are fantastic; they found us a table in 3 minutes. The pizza chefs and other kitchen staff are excellent and quick with their preparations. N.B. Don't ask the owner, it's all confusing 🤔. Otherwise, enjoy your meal.

14/08/2026: We ordered a lot of rotisserie for the evening, the guys were very punctual and the food was excellent quality, arrived hot and crispy! I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend an evening with friends without having to cook, there were 10 of us and we made a great impression! I absolutely recommend it!!!!!!

19/07/2026: Unfortunately, my experience was very negative. Before purchasing an arancini with ragù, I specifically asked if it was warm. The clerk assured me it was, so I took it without hesitation. After the first two bites, however, I realized that the inside was completely frozen: the mozzarella was still in frozen cubes, and the ragù was very cold. Only the outer layer was warm. I understand that products can be prepared in advance or frozen, but what's important is that they are properly reheated before sale. Serving a product with the center still frozen is unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of attention to cooking supervision. Beyond the disappointment with quality, such a situation can also lead to food safety issues if the product is not brought to the proper temperature. I hope greater attention is paid, because an episode like this should never happen.

23/08/2026: Terrible experience: poor food, rude service, and zero respect for the customer. ​We're giving one star only because zero isn't an option. The welcome was rude from the first second, delivered with a rare discourtesy. But the worst came with dinner: the food quality was embarrassing and the portions were paltry, almost offensive considering the prices. ​The real "touch of class" (so to speak) was the service. After asking for a simple lemon and waiting for half an hour in vain, we took the liberty of mentioning it to the owner. The response? An incredibly rude attitude: a plate full of lemons was brought to our table, with a childish sarcasm that is completely unacceptable for someone in this profession. ​Catering isn't just about preparing food, it's also about welcoming people. Both are completely lacking here. Highly discouraged; stay away.

15/08/2026: Very suggestive place as far as food is concerned, forgettable, not to mention the toilets. In the end, they didn't even give me a receipt.

21/08/2026: Good granita, but serious and unacceptable handling of food allergies. Unfortunately, the quality of the granita is completely overshadowed by the seriousness of what happened. During consumption, an allergic reaction occurred due to the presence (or contamination) of tree nuts (walnuts/hazelnuts). When we reported it, the staff, in a snarky and unsympathetic tone, denied any possibility of contamination, rather than show concern or check with the kitchen. No apology was offered, despite the incident forcing us to urgently seek cortisone to resolve the situation. Overall: a very negative experience. Update following the owner's response: I truly appreciate your kindness in this message; it's always nice to know that owners pay attention to reviews. We were especially disappointed by the staff's lack of empathy, considering that at the cash register we were VERY EXACTLY told: 'It's impossible for there to be any contamination because the coffee granita (which is what we ordered) is free of any kind of tree nuts, because walnuts and hazelnuts are only in desserts.' A simple: 'Sorry, we'll check with the kitchen.' We completely agree with the need to notify customers of food allergies before ordering; we fully admit our mistake on this point, and we apologize. That said, thank you again.

21/08/2026: The pistachio ice cream with brioche was exceptionally good, certainly the best I had in Sicily. However, the service was very average; the staff weren't particularly friendly. The terrace was beautiful and large with a sea view.

15/05/2026: Unfriendly staff. After paying and asking for my order, I also asked for a small plate for my croissant, since I intended to sit at the table. I was arrogantly told that "croissants are eaten with your hands" and therefore I wouldn't need one. Only later, perhaps noticing my annoyance, was the small plate given to me, claiming it was a "joke," but the attitude still seemed unprofessional and unpleasant. Furthermore, the croissant wasn't that great.

15/03/2026: Delicious pasta and a very pleasant atmosphere. The dishes were fresh, well-prepared, and you could tell they used quality ingredients. The service was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.
