The rooms are beautiful and very good location Private beach with magnificent black sand and the staff is very professional But in terms of the restaurant it's catastrophic I ordered bolognese legs and when I ate there were hairs on my plate and the staff was aggressive and the breakfast was with wasps everywhere

Location under improvement. Let me start by saying that in recent years the Resort has suffered various inconveniences, but this does not mean it loses its magic and uniqueness. Already in the morning it is magical to have breakfast with the backdrop of the port of Vulcanello. The position of the swimming pool is sublime, located in a spectacular position, in as it has a view of the volcano and its fumaroles. For those who want the sea, there is access on the Vulcanello port side where you can admire the Scoglio delle Sirene. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially at reception and I would like to particularly thank Clara in this context. I also thank the director who is a truly exquisite and competent person. I recommend this resort to everyone especially because it is the second time I have returned and I wouldn't change it for any other.

Esperienza più che positiva, resort da sogno sulle spiagge nere, tutti estremamente gentili e professionali, colazione sul mare, stanze accoglienti e pulite, in stile eoliano, elegante in tutti i suoi aspetti.

Consigliatissimo! Pranzo stupendo e servizio eccellente in una cornice incantevole con vista sulla baia delle spiagge nere. Personale di sala cordiale e preparato, ottima selezione di primi e secondi di pesce fresco e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ho pranzato qui un giorno d’agosto e mi son trovato molto bene. Il panorama è da favola, il servizio veloce, attento, veramente impeccabile. Ho preso uno spaghetto alle vongole, molto buono, e una insalata di polipo, buonissima, come si vede dalle foto il piatto ha un pure’ alla base, aromatizzato con dell’aceto, e poi il polpo sopra, tutto buonissimo. Consiglio questo ristorante. La posizione è proprio sulla spiaggia, bellissimo

Un resort costruito con stile e qualità, personale gentilite e sorridente, ottima e ben assortita colazione sul mare, camere silenziose e ben climatizzate… consigliatissimo per un soggiorno rilassante a Vulcano!
