20/09/2025: A good place to eat seafood is essential. They cook quite well, with an excellent slice of pauro, and a good mixed fried fish platter with various types of fish. Perhaps the shrimp and calamari were missing, but the cuttlefish made up for it. The fish appetizer, which was rather sparse, could use a rethink. All in all, a place worth trying. And last but not least, the service was impeccable and fast. The only flaw is the location, which is from the 1980s, but the quality of the food makes up for it. It's been closed for good for several months now.

04/10/2025: Bought a water from inside, my friend went to the toilet , and I was not allowed to sit at a table to wait for my friend as I quote “the water is to take it away” . Not ok for a terrace which is not fully occupied, as you can see, you need better customer service.

06/10/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant, half empty. I understand it was raining and it was a Saturday lunch. We had two baked cutlets with no flavor, then two pasta dishes, one charcoal-cooked where I found two hairs 🤦‍♀️, and which made me feel terrible for the rest of the day. It's another first course with no flavor. The bill was very expensive: 107 euros. Never again.

30/09/2025: We stopped for dinner at the recommendation of a friend. Good food, friendly service, and a good price.

07/09/2025: We stopped at a somewhat inconvenient time, yet the guys were incredibly friendly and helpful. Seeing how hungry we were, they quickly fried up four arancini for us. They were fabulous and highly recommended. Trust me, eat them! We also enjoyed a hamburger sandwich and a slice of pizza, which were truly delicious. The burger was delicious. As soon as we get back to Sicily, we already know where to stock up!

09/10/2025: I went into this restaurant because a local girl recommended it. I trusted her... I was tired and hungry, but I should have known that both the place and the food were poor. At 8:00 PM, I was the only customer for dinner. I repeat, alone!! The owner didn't even bother to look at me or say hello; she was sitting at the register messing around on her phone. A young and very polite lady served me. The dishes were cheap, tasteless, and overpriced. I paid a whopping €13 for 5 slices of grilled eggplant!!! Not even a Michelin-starred restaurant charges that much! And they were cold from the fridge, to boot!!! Absolutely not to be frequented.

08/10/2025: The place is quiet and welcoming. It's almost in the center of Messina. The owner is very attentive to her customers. The food is delicious. The service is very fast. The mixed fish, available upon request, is delicious. The pasta with zucchini and pork cheek (gluten-free) is flavorful and delicious. Served in its original pan-fried form. The swordfish skewer makes our mouths water just looking at it. I recommend everyone to stop by and try it. A must-see.

29/08/2025: Last Saturday, I spent an evening at this bar on the Roccalumera seafront, strategically located with a picturesque view of the Strait. The modern, pleasant atmosphere puts you at ease, allowing you to relax and enjoy an excellent aperitif with background music. I had an excellent whiskey sour, expertly crafted with a perfect blend of various ingredients. I recommend this lovely establishment because the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing, with excellent bar and cuisine. Affordable prices.

20/09/2025: Like everything on the island, it's rather expensive. The salad was very good. The pistachio cookies were a bit dry. Friendly service. Good outdoor seating. Large selection of dishes and breads.

21/09/2025: We had the pleasure of being guests of some very dear friends who decided to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary at this venue. We were pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the quality of the food and the courtesy of the staff. Highly recommended.

20/09/2025: We've celebrated in the colorful, decorated room several times... the quality of the food is superb... the fried mix is ​​crispy and not greasy... the rustici are so good you can't explain... but I'll focus on the arancini, DELICIOUS!!!! Soft and crunchy focaccia, tasty and well-filled... what can I say... try it and believe it! I highly recommend it!

26/08/2025: A small town pizzeria, a bit run-down in its layout but excellent in service and food quality, especially the pizzas, with a well-leavened, soft dough and perfectly cooked. Average prices for pizzas but significantly below average for drinks. Excellent service, the place could use some renovation. I ordered takeout.
