04/08/2025: I've been coming to this pizzeria for years. The pizza is truly excellent, with fresh, quality ingredients. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I recommend it!!!

04/08/2025: Yesterday for lunch, two of us chose just one first course: Linguine allo scoglio, and we expected to enjoy a good first course, given the price (€18). We waited about an hour for our linguine to arrive at the table...what can I say, it seemed like a joke (not to mention a scam!). The pasta was horrible: undercooked, dry, and the seafood was left in the sea! We paid about €50, including service charge and water...because at least we are honest people!

10/08/2025: Excellent mussels, fast service, and great prices. The pizza house and the mussel shop are the same thing.

25/07/2025: Local atmosphere. The best Sicilian food of the 9-day trip. Highly recommended.

26/07/2025: We had a lovely dinner here during our visit to Taormina! We tried the carbonara and lasagna bolognese — both dishes were absolutely delicious, with rich flavors and perfect texture. The service was great, attentive but relaxed, and the overall atmosphere was simply wonderful. What makes this place truly special is the outdoor seating: the tables are set up on charming stone steps, creating an intimate and unique setting. To top it all off, there was live music the evening we visited, which added so much warmth and energy to the experience. Highly recommended if you’re looking for good food and a memorable dining experience in Taormina!

20/06/2025: Very nice place with the possibility of having lunch both outside and inside. Fair prices and the right variety of food. We enjoyed everything we ate, especially the aperitif for 2

15/04/2025: There were Italians sitting inside, so we thought it might be good, so we ordered burgers. Seasoned, tasty. The meat is probably only purchased, but the sauces and additions are fine. But the service was terrible, they gave us the wrong change, apart from the coperto they calculated the tip themselves, they didn't understand what was going on. We didn't argue about 3 euros, but good-bye, thank you. The staff did not pay any attention to customers who were not Italian. And the prices definitely do not match the quality.

22/06/2025: Amazing organization at the Vasco Rossi concert, I don't know with what kick in the ass they make you stay in there.

19/06/2025: Called today 06/19/25, they told me it will be closed for a few more months for renovations. I hope it reopens! Otherwise it would be yet another historic place that closes.

08/08/2025: I have a constructive criticism. Both the focaccia and the rustici could be improved by changing the quality of the flour and its processing. The focaccia dough is always rubbery and hard to digest, as are the pidoni and arancini, which taste bland and lack true Sicilian quality and goodness. What a shame.

25/02/2025: Coming by here in the evening is always a pleasure, excellent sandwiches or wraps, not to mention the fabulous sandwich with horse meatballs! The staff is always friendly and helpful even in the middle of the night. Absolutely a place to visit

09/07/2025: Be careful! I have worms in my food that I bought at La Bella. Found lots of maggots in my food; will be filed for inspection at this location.

20/07/2025: It will probably be good to eat!? We haven't had the chance to evaluate it!!! 😥 after having immediately placed an order, after about 45" we were informed that the order had not been sent to the kitchen 🥴 and it would no longer be possible due to the time, to prepare it... So we opted for another order, which we reluctantly did by halving the courses, only to be told again that this one too would take too long... To accommodate us, they could have made us something quick on the grill 🥴. It's really true that there is always something to learn, in all the years that I have been going to restaurants, this is the first and only time that it has happened to me. 😥

05/05/2025: Even though it has been around for decades, it was the first time I set foot there. The restaurant is spread over two floors. Rooms not very large but welcoming. The waitresses (all women) are friendly and efficient. I ate well. Advised!

03/05/2025: Very disappointing experience. I went to the "Chiosco dei Colli" on May 1st for a picnic with friends. The place is nice, with wooden tables and seats, but for 23 euros I was served a miserable menu (the mixed grill consisted of a small knot of sausage each and a skewer of chops...) The most unpleasant thing, however, is that, despite having paid and consumed there, I was denied the possibility of using a bathroom for the child, with the excuse that "they don't have it anymore". I find it absurd that an establishment that serves food on site does not provide a toilet, as required by law. I will not return and do not recommend it, especially to families or people with healthcare needs.

06/04/2025: Very bad. Unjustifiably expensive. To be avoided. Supplement of €1 for the choice of having the dish on the plate (plastic) to be added to €8.50 for 4 cutlets and 2 lettuce leaves. I leave aside the quality of the poor chops in terms of quality and quantity. Very disappointed. I'm sorry because I respect other people's work.

21/07/2025: Il locale ha una terrazza con vista sul mare, tra le più belle che si possono trovare. Lo staff di una gentilezza, attenzione e professionalità fuori dal comune. Pranzo di pesce, degustazione abbondante, una nota di merito per i paccheri con gambero rosso e bottarga. Cannolo strepitoso.

16/07/2025: Fantastic location with very professional staff and, what's even more pleasing...the kindness and cordiality that permeates the atmosphere. Excellent lunch of both land and sea.

09/07/2025: Ottimo per le famiglie si mangia discretamente bene, ci siamo andati più volte durante il nostro soggiorno e ci siamo trovati bene accoglienti tutti. Ci hanno anche fatto un GG a pranzo un misto di carne fuori menù davvero buono

08/07/2025: A very positive experience. The beach is new, not too big, and well-kept. The sunsets over the Aeolian Islands are beautiful. We also had dinner there and can confirm that the pizza is very good, with very fast service. Excellent prices. We'll return when we're in the area.

05/07/2025: Simple and very summery location, cordiality already at the welcome and professionalism. We tasted excellent foods especially the fried pasta trio. Special mention to the bar man Ernesto who managed to favor me a mai thai like few times I have drunk it. Highly recommended.
