Basta cercare una foto su Internet e si capisce subito che ciò che è servito in quel ristorante e che loro chiamano "pane cunzato" non è in realtà Pane Cunzato! Oltretutto è stata chiesta anche una verifica ad una cuoca siciliana esperta tramite foto scattata sul momento in cui è stato portato il piatto quando sono andat* a pranzare in questo ristorante e la risposta è stata che quello "non era assolutamente un VERO pane cunzato"!!! Perciò non consiglio assolutamente di mangiare in questo ristorante.

29/06/2025: Called 5 times to book a table at their beach for Sunday evening and I had no answer nor was I ever called back. Absolutely unprofessional

10/10/2025: We stayed here for the first two days and the last day of a tour. The motto: great at the front, terrible at the back. We had a "handicapped room" for two nights. Large, with a balcony and a sea view. It was fine! On the last day, we had a room at the back. Small, with a view of slum-like alleys. Water reached the middle of the bathroom when we showered. On the day of departure, at 6:15 a.m. (it was still dark outside), the power outage in the room! We had to pack our suitcases using our cell phone lights! Later, we received no response, apology, or anything like that at reception. And why can't they replace this "balcony furniture"?

07/10/2025: The rooms are very disappointing and basic. We booked two superior rooms but had to change our dates and ended up getting one superior and one standard, both at the price of the superior. And the difference between the two options is significant (standard has no balcony, no view and is much smaller). Breakfast mediocre and at 9.20 am already cold and not much left. Coffee absolutely disgusting. The only positive was that the receptionist nice and friendly.

The food was absolutely delicious and felt like a comforting home-cooked meal. We truly enjoyed the hours we spent there. A big thank you! 💚

30/10/2025: Disorganized. Moderately friendly. The food bore little resemblance to the photos. The baguette was soggy. We were only there because nothing else was open…

30/10/2025: While waiting for our boat, we went for a spritz and some tapas. It was really nice and the tapas were excellent. Highly recommended.

03/10/2025: Shame Shame Shame Run away from this fake resort. They say it's a Lipari resort, but it's actually on Vulcano. Thank goodness my stubbornness made me do some research the day before. I got my money back from eDream because I was right. Fake

24/08/2025: It's a 4-star resort, but only potentially. It feels like an unfinished structure. There's no shuttle to take you from the port. The rooms are nice, although the fixtures and fittings could use a makeover. There's also little privacy. Breakfast is excellent.

11/10/2025: Maurizio was very kind and welcoming. The caponata was the best I've tasted in the Aeolian Islands, and the stuffed squid with sauce was wonderful! Thank you.

05/10/2025: For the owner alone this restaurant is worth a visit. Such a lovely and engaging man, who spoke Italian, English and German with us. The food is delicious and though on the pricier side, portion size and quality justify it. We had the best seafood noodles here. (Sadly I only have a photo of the empty shells)

08/05/2025: Vino a través de este lugar en nuestro primer día en Taormina para el almuerzo. Tuvimos un gran almuerzo en una bonita terraza. La pizza era la mejor que tuvimos en Taormina y una gran carbonara también. Terminé viniendo aquí para almorzar dos de los cuatro días aquí. Buena relación calidad-precio y lo recomendaría.

04/05/2025: Lindo comedor con vista, pero eso es todo. La comida es promedio, pero sorprendentemente el vino fue diluido. Pedimos una jarra de vino tinto de la casa y nos quedamos atónitos cuando lo probamos y obviamente era medio agua. Nunca he tenido esto en ningún restaurante.

02/10/2025: Two watered-down Aperol Spritzes and a plate of appetizers, both inadequate in quantity and variety, were also paid for. Lots of smoke and not much heart.

21/09/2025: After calling and being told no reservation was needed, I showed up at 1:50 PM and they told me they'd sold out. They should organize themselves better. Luckily, they were able to find a solution in the area. It's a shame about the location, although basic, it could be better managed! 😮‍💨
