05/08/2025: The food was very bad - I had a stale calzone and the worst pistachio croissant I’ve ever had. The pistachio was a gelatinous sludge with a chemical taste.The first cappuccino was good while the second was undrinkable. Unfortunately the higher rated places were busy and we were desperate for a coffee.

26/07/2025: Cheap drinks and large ones so I can recommend only 7 euros and drinks here are 12 euros so it's worth it and very good

01/08/2025: Abbiamo mangiato a pranzo in questo ristorante, su una bella terrazza con vista mare. Abbiamo mangiato pane cunzato, frittura mista, spiedini di pesce spada. Buon cibo, piatti tipici, servizio veloce e prezzi adeguati.

23/05/2025: I visited this café as a tourist speaking NO Italian, (only Si, Grazi, and Por Favore) and was treated very kindly and welcomingly by the barista who helped me find the pastry I wanted and made me a beautiful cappuccino!

19/08/2025: We ordered a takeout pizza to eat on the boat. After a while, we approached the counter to politely ask if it was ready, and the pizza chef, instead of responding normally, ordered us to leave in a threatening and rude tone. This was truly inappropriate behavior: we certainly don't expect a red carpet, but at least a modicum of politeness. An unpleasant experience that ruined the excitement of the moment.

21/07/2025: We were dining with a group, otherwise we would have gone elsewhere based on the reviews. The place is absolutely stunning with views of the harbor, the sea, and Tindari. When you walk into the restaurant, you're literally asked in a casual tone what you want! When you order, you're asked if you want the starter served with the main course... (I wonder why it's called an appetizer!). It was odd and head-shaking when ordering: there was one waiter for the pizza order, and another for the restaurant. Disorganized and too complex for guests who want an appetizer from the kitchen (mussels, for example) followed by a pizza. When we were served, while we were talking, the waitress wanted to pass the pizza across the table to one of our guests and said arrogantly, "Good morning." Hello, are you kidding me! Where did you learn to serve and be friendly? One pizza arrived 20 minutes after all the other main courses had been served, and the canned mushrooms made a lake on the pizza. All the pizzas were carelessly garnished, and the toppings were mostly on one side. There was no dessert other than ice cream. The prices were okay for the location, but very high for the area. But for the quality of the food and the service, this is an overpriced place. The Latino music started very late in the evening and was much too loud. Even though we were actually far away, we found the volume too loud. So you have to think very carefully about sleeping here or in the boat.

07/07/2025: A beautiful experience! We stayed three days and celebrated a very important event managed excellently by the staff and owners. Excellent quality cuisine. We received compliments from all the people invited. Wonderful rooms and cleanliness everywhere. The staff always kind and helpful. Excellent location for those who want to go to the sea or visit Tindari and other beautiful areas in the surrounding area. For us 10 and praise. We will return soon. Thank you ❤️

10/08/2025: Reservation at 9 PM, food (questionable) arrived at 11:07 PM after 4 reminders.... confused staff. ABSOLUTELY AN EXPERIENCE NOT TO BE REPEATED!

04/10/2024: Spectacular point with breathtaking views, also reachable on foot from the port of Panarea, via a flat road that winds between the wonderful typical Aeolian white houses, covered in bougainvillea, ficus and prickly pears. The climb to the Milazzo tip allows you to enjoy from above the panorama of the nearby islands. Directly on the right and left of the tip are the beautiful dark beaches of Cala Junco and Cala Zimmari.

15/09/2024: Aperitivo con l’equipaggio della barca.. circa 12 persone. Locale con vista ok ma le sedute sono estremamente scomode (la metà era su un muretto dove non erano nemmeno forniti cuscini decorativi da usare). Ogni drink costa 20€, un po’ troppo. NEMMENO A CORTINA O A CORVARA IN BADIA! Dopo aver ordinato una dozzina di drink si sono presentati con due vassoi in croce con pietanze tutto sommato ok ma veramente scarse in termini di quantità. Rappresentata la questione, con immensa scortesia, ci hanno detto che la cucina stava chiudendo e che non c’era altro. Significava forse che ci stavano dando gli avanzi?? Boh! Ad ogni modo lo skipper è intervenuto parlando con un manager di sua conoscenza e voilà… sono arrivati altri vassoi! Infine non mi è parso che i wc fossero accessibili ai disabili in primis perchè dalla terrazza si devono scendere due piani di scale e poi non ho notato nè ascensori nè ringhiere attrezzate per favorire la discesa dei disabili.

29/03/2025: The six of us paid €50 each (€300 total) for a basic meal of average quality, with less than stellar service. We even included a burger in our bill, which we neither ordered nor ate (which, of course, was removed from the bill after our observation). This is definitely not a place that could afford such a high price. I'll never dine here again.

30/06/2025: Stumbled into this bakery for a quick lunch while exploring neighborhoods and avoiding the tourist spots on the main drag. Owner was wonderful getting us set up with eggplant parmesan, arancini, a Greek salad, and drinks. Nothing fancy, but well-made solid food in a casual indoor-outdoor atmosphere. Place was full of locals having lunch and beers and fun. You can tell they like this business and the owners. Made the mistake of leaving without a couple of cannolis. Dang, next time. 15/06/2025: Encouraged by the guide's advice, we also entered this bakery to try these spectacular cannoli but alas I immediately regretted it when I saw the lady who, when she had finished the pseudo fresh ricotta (cor ca...) was so busy that there were so many people, her husband immediately went to get the new fresh ricotta just made from a nice industrial jar sealed with a nice drawing of a beautiful little sheep and there inside me I started to curse for having paid €4 for a cannoli that gave me heartburn for a couple of hours and what's more it didn't even come close to the typical Sicilian cannoli made properly not to mention the donut eaten by my wife otherwise I'll go on too long in a few words don't go and waste your money here and risk feeling sick and don't trust the guides.

08/08/2025: We had lunch after a morning at the beach. Good food, clean location close to the sea, friendly staff.

19/07/2025: Truly a disappointment, the prices were truly exorbitant, very high... and the pizzas were the wrong ones, without the taste of the toppings, it was like eating cardboard. A bottle of Coke was €4 (a 900ml plastic bottle) and the cover charge was €3 per person. Are you kidding??? This is stealing money. And the menu... on the menu, which, completely wrongly, only listed the names of the pizzas without any mention of the toppings for each. NEVER AGAIN.

22/07/2025: Colazione classica a prezzi altissimi, gelato di pessima qualità arrivato mezzo sciolto, i camerieri indolenti. Chiaramente turistico, di tutto ciò che abbiamo preso nel corso di una settimana di vacanza, niente di interessante davvero.

22/07/2025: Italy is known for its good food. I've been to over seven well-known cities in this beautiful country. I must have been to about 30 different restaurants and bars, and I can say with absolute certainty that this was the worst of them all, by far! The food is microwaved, the service is terrible, and it feels like they're doing you a favor, not like you're a customer. The only good thing is that the place has a beautiful view of the sea and the square. So if you're looking to sit down and have a drink, this place will be great. But if you want to eat real food and be treated decently, I implore you to find another place, because Bar Itália is awful!

27/07/2025: We had lunch for four, two adults and two children. The place is very rustic, so if you're looking for simplicity and the flavors of the past, this is the right place. As soon as we arrived, I repeat, the very rustic environment didn't give us much hope, but between the breeze and the view from the small terrace, the attentive and kind service of a young man who puts all his effort into it, and above all the really well-made food, it's a place we'll return to. We didn't leave a single thing on the plate. Everything was good, cooked well, flavorful to perfection, without the use of cream or other Pastrocchi. The bread meatballs in tomato sauce were fantastic. And the fresh chips cut by them and fried by them like grandma's? Devoured in a flash. Small suggestion, if I may, the portions could be a little larger. Thank you for this lunch of simple flavors.
