03/12/2025: I ordered a takeout pizza, 30 minute wait, I had asked for a 4 Seasons, I get home and find myself with a Capricciosa. The pizza chef is not up to par, never again, if I had gone for a pizza by the slice maybe it would have been better and tastier.

04/11/2025: The place is nice, the people who work there know their job, they never make a mistake with an order, they are very quick with home delivery even when it is very crowded and even when they are there they are very fast, the food is not too expensive and is very good, I recommend it.

25/11/2025: very cold environment, people shouting as a way of doing things that for them is normal, they give change RANDOMLY AND EVEN WITHOUT A RECEIPT, we were planning to eat there but we gave up because of the cold and the noise, which the manager also contributed with his shouting way of speaking. That place is DISGUSTING I have nothing more to say..........

16/06/2025: Mediocre pizza, but there's not much to offer in town. It's just that, and it's not the first time, he's thrown out the prices at random, given the wrong change, and obviously without a receipt. Bye, Aladdin, this is the last time you'll see me.

28/02/2026: The food calamari griliatta and spaghetti pomodoro were excellent, the Sicilian draft beer was also good. The gentleman who served us was a bit emotionless and indifferent, he didn't even thank us for the tip (in contrast to our experience in many other Italian restaurants), the other staff, a lady and an older gentleman, were pleasant and attentive. The view is beautiful.

03/01/2026: We waited 1 hour for 2 sandwiches, both of which were wrong.

30/12/2025: Sandwich with sausage and fries: the fries were inedible, they looked like they were left over from days ago (maybe the day before yesterday?). Sandwich with pork chops: there was only a hint of pork chops, basically just lettuce. After eating, I asked for a Coke. They told me €1.50; I calmly replied that I'd pay by card, and from that moment on, the attitude changed: annoyed looks, waiting for the card. Meanwhile, a man arrived and exclaimed in dialect: "A Coke ca catta?!" A completely inappropriate and disrespectful comment toward a customer. A shame, because the lady delivering the sandwiches was kind and polite. Otherwise, the service and quality of the food were decidedly disappointing. Learn to respect your customers: paying by card isn't a favor, it's a right. (I didn't take photos of the sandwiches.)

09/02/2026: Unfortunately, the focaccia was way overcooked, practically burned. This is a mistake you wouldn't expect from such a popular deli.

01/02/2026: I ordered an hour in advance via Just Eat, but the delivery was late and marked as delivered 30 minutes before it actually arrived. I went to the pizzeria to demand an explanation, but the person in charge wouldn't even let me speak and wanted us to pay again. The customer is king, but that doesn't seem to apply there.

10/03/2026: I went on Saturday night with my friends and the sandwiches were also good, after eating them all including me we had bad stomachs for several days, no one had eaten anything else during the evening and we all felt terrible afterwards 😡😡

20/02/2026: I ordered a sandwich from this place, asking (since I'm pregnant) to wash the lettuce thoroughly. Which they obviously didn't do, because I found a raw potato inside the sandwich!!! I went to the owner to tell him, and instead of apologizing or offering to make me another sandwich, he mocked me, saying it was a mushroom (which I hadn't asked for in my sandwich anyway), despite both the kitchen staff explicitly saying they hadn't put mushrooms. A shame and a disappointment. I honestly don't think he would have gone bankrupt for a second sandwich made properly, or simply apologized instead of mocking me. I will never go there again. I'm even considering reporting the incident, since raw potatoes are toxic to anyone, let alone a pregnant woman.

10/01/2026: Delivery was two hours late, some pizzas were burned, others were raw, and lacked toppings. We tried calling several times, and they only answered after an hour.

10/01/2026: I ordered a pizza for 8:30 and it arrived at 10:30. The pizza was completely empty and burned. Totally disappointed.

18/01/2026: I returned to this pizzeria after a while, and I honestly found the behavior of the waitress who served us unacceptable (black hair and dark glasses). I swear I've never had such a bad experience. I KINDLY asked for a replacement glass because, even though I hadn't used it, it was dirty. The response was incredibly rude. Leaving that aside, I asked for a small change to the pizza: that the basil pesto be removed. Of course, they brought me a pizza with 3 kg of basil pesto on top, and it was loaded with salt, so I left it all. The fries were completely raw. I don't know what happened to this place because in the past years, I remember having always eaten very well... what a shame.

19/08/2025: If I could give zero stars I would, the place itself is also beautiful on the seafront, as soon as we arrived we had to absorb the complaints of the waiter Emanuele, immediately afterwards the apparently kind but very authoritative owner shows up with the depressed waiter, we order two appetizers and two fried dishes, one thinks that being in Sicily and on the seafront the fish, regardless of the price, is of excellent quality and size, instead in my opinion they take the scraps to cook them as best as possible, then if we want to talk about the oil for frying they certainly haven't changed it since December 1st January, unfortunately, not knowing the place we were ripped off in everything even economically 80 € is stolen, forget it, stay away and have a loaf of bread with mortadella which is better

21/09/2025: An insult to Italian food, the worst meal I’ve had in 4 months of travelling through Europe. Extremely overpriced too. Such a shame for such a glorious island.
