21/04/2026: We have celebrated several ceremonies in this place but the highlight was my daughter's 18th birthday. There are no words to describe the abundance and variety of appetizers served in wonderful gastronomic islands, the goodness of the first courses and the deliciousness of the splendid chocolate fountain. A special thanks to Nunzio and Piero for the precise and punctual organization and the care with which they take care of their customers.

12/06/2026: The food, the wine, the service. All fantastic. Easy to walk past but well worth the hours you can spend there. Discovered almost accidentally now won't eat anywhere else. Very friendly, attentive and a proper family run restaurant. Authentic food. You don't feel like a tourist. A little gem in the town full of typical tourist restaurants

02/06/2026: I ordered a carbonara and they brought me an omelette with a little pasta, after I pointed it out they brought me another pasta that was completely watered down

13/09/2025: Poor quality and terrible customer service. I will never go there again. I'm sorry to have to write all this, but I've never been in a situation like this. They wanted to give me focaccia with completely burned edges and insisted it was well done. I can assure you, I know how to distinguish well done from burned (a black edge that is highly carcinogenic). There was no one in the rotisserie, so there was no confusion that could justify this arrogant treatment because I dared ask for a replacement focaccia with edible edges. Finally, the guy forgot to say hello. This shows poor customer service.

07/06/2026: Nice enough place however despite their website showing a host of facilities, they were all closed....no pool, no roof terrace, no outside bar. We were very disappointed. So check before you book, I would guess that if everything is open it would be a great place to stay. There's not too much in the area to do but the beach is lovely. Most of the local restaurants were also closed so unable to comment on local food.

24/05/2026: Located opposite the beach, the hotel is immaculate with spacious, clean rooms and terraces. One small drawback: we had booked specifically to use the pool... but on the day we arrived... we were told the pool wasn't open, which was a huge disappointment.

12/07/2026: A couple of parents with their two daughters ate at the restaurant every day for a whole week, and we felt right at home. Thank you all so much, see you next year.

02/07/2026: The food is great. I can’t say anything bad about it. But, the service is catastrophic. When i got to Sicily, the first day of my stay, I came here with my family. We were the only customers in the restaurant. So everything was impeccable. The food was more than delicious and the service was good. But then, we came back a few days later. The restaurant was almost full. The three of us came, we asked for a table next to the window (the table is for four people), the first staff member that approached us, said that he will clean it and that we can sit there. By the time he did that, some other stuff member came and he putted us on a table for three in the middle of the restaurant. We sat there and waited to order. 15 minutes passed by, and NO ONE came to serve us. Someone finally appeared with a menu, when we decided what we want to eat we waived to the waiter to come. He came, but, as I was saying what i want to eat he said “One moment please” and went to talk to someone. He didn’t come back to see if that is all that we want to eat. We ordered 2 pizzas. I didn’t have time to tell him if I want to drink something. He didn’t even ask. After 10 minutes the pizzas came. There was no room for them on the table, so some smart waiter thought that it is a good idea to put the plates with pizza on top of the plates that were already on the table. She putted it like that and left. I had to call someone else to make space on the table. They fixed it by adding two side tables for us. We ate, then i asked for a check. We waited, and waited, for another 15 minutes. We were pissed! I saw the waiter and asked where is it, and then he started apologizing. The check finally came 5 minutes after that. Then we had to wait for them to come and get it. That was additional 10 minutes. My whole evening was spent on waiting!!! They were to busy with the other customers and they didn’t care for us. The waiter was running around all the time. Even when he was talking with me, he was leaving in the middle of our conversation. That is just rude. I was about to recommend this place to a lot of people, but, after this TERRIBLE experience I will only say the worst things. You are lucky to have such a good cook, who is busting your grade. But this is really bad.

10/06/2026: I enter politely, without looking at the price. I'm sitting right at the entrance and no one comes to serve me, so I get up and go to the counter. The waiter is eating and laughing; I wait patiently and calmly tell him it's okay if he's eating something. He prepares me a spritz, brings it to the table himself, drinks it, and gets up to pay—and he continues eating and laughing in my face. As a polite customer, who has paid and essentially served himself, I ask what's so funny. He responds: "I always laugh." A place that leaves customers seated without a word, and staff that mistake service for a private moment, with an unprofessional attitude toward those who enter. The spritz was decent, but the welcome was not.
