Già da bambino, my nonno my portava in this posto meraviglioso. E ancora oggi, when I visited my parents in Sicilia, received the part of my Abitus program. Not perdete tempo a pensare se vale la pena venire qui ... Venite e non ve ne pentirete! Trattoria, butcher shop, cheese dairy, ... my favorite dish: “Castrato” on the grill - excellent!!! Everything from our own production. Excellent cuisine, nice and friendly hosts. My grandfather took me to this wonderful place when I was a child. And even today, when I visit my relatives in Sicily, a visit here is part of my regular program. In short... Come on, you won't regret it! Trattoria, carnicería, quesería, ... mi plato preferido: cordero a la parrilla - ¡¡excelente!! Todo la production propia. Excellent kitchen, very good food. If you're a child, I'm a little kid. Y aún hoy, cuando visito a my familiares en Sicilia, venir aquí form parte de mi programa habitual. No pierdas el tiempo pensando si vale la pena venir aquí... ¡Ven y no te arrepentirás!

04/10/2024: Spectacular point with breathtaking views, also reachable on foot from the port of Panarea, via a flat road that winds between the wonderful typical Aeolian white houses, covered in bougainvillea, ficus and prickly pears. The climb to the Milazzo tip allows you to enjoy from above the panorama of the nearby islands. Directly on the right and left of the tip are the beautiful dark beaches of Cala Junco and Cala Zimmari.

15/09/2024: Aperitivo con l’equipaggio della barca.. circa 12 persone. Locale con vista ok ma le sedute sono estremamente scomode (la metà era su un muretto dove non erano nemmeno forniti cuscini decorativi da usare). Ogni drink costa 20€, un po’ troppo. NEMMENO A CORTINA O A CORVARA IN BADIA! Dopo aver ordinato una dozzina di drink si sono presentati con due vassoi in croce con pietanze tutto sommato ok ma veramente scarse in termini di quantità. Rappresentata la questione, con immensa scortesia, ci hanno detto che la cucina stava chiudendo e che non c’era altro. Significava forse che ci stavano dando gli avanzi?? Boh! Ad ogni modo lo skipper è intervenuto parlando con un manager di sua conoscenza e voilà… sono arrivati altri vassoi! Infine non mi è parso che i wc fossero accessibili ai disabili in primis perchè dalla terrazza si devono scendere due piani di scale e poi non ho notato nè ascensori nè ringhiere attrezzate per favorire la discesa dei disabili.

21/08/2024: One star because you can't do less, and I'll start by saying that even in mediocre places I don't leave negative reviews, I really don't like speaking badly about a restaurant. Here, however, we have really exceeded certain limits. I'll cut it short, we arrived and asked for the menu, to which we were told that the menu doesn't exist, the various proposals were listed, ONLY after asking. We take an octopus salad and two first courses. The octopus salad arrives INSTANTLY, and it would have been a good thing, if it hadn't been disgusting, since the octopus was rubber (fresh fish a couple of p**les), justified with "eh the fresh octopus still has its nerves". Obviously 3/4 pieces of octopus were enough for the appetizer and then it was left, the first courses arrived and here I must say they weren't disgusting, but not even worth spending nice words about because between the cuttlefish crumbs and the prawns present in the two dishes everything was anything but fresh, just frozen fish. We arrive at the bill where I would have honestly expected to at least not pay for that vile octopus salad, in any case I go to pay with a smile and say hello (not being greeted back or even looked at in the face, as I have seen in several reviews, it will be a habit bah) paying a price that would also be correct if it weren't for the fact that the quality of the food was really poor. I would like to further point out that this is the first negative review.

18/08/2024: A good place to eat fish is essential, they cook quite well, an excellent slice of pauro, a good fried fish with different types of fish, maybe some prawns and squid were missing, but excellently compensated by cuttlefish, perhaps worth seeing again. 'fish starter, lackluster, all in all a place worth trying, last but not least, impeccable and fast service. The only flaw is the location, from the eighties, but the quality of the food makes up for it.

10/03/2025: Stumbled upon this restaurant by chance near the Ganzirri lakes but a little off the lakefront. An excellent experience, restaurant menu with a lot of choice of both fish and meat. Excellently cooked dishes with high quality ingredients. Very attentive service with constant change of cutlery and kindness. Young staff who work very well. Well done

26/10/2024: Exceptional!!!!!!!!!!! After 6 years, I returned to grandmother Angela's restaurant, rediscovering the same delicate and intense flavors at the same time as years ago. Highly recommended for anyone who is in Messina.
