01/04/2024: Having to remain in Taormina for the entire week of 9/11/01 before being able to fly out, I knew that there was no shortage of very good restaurants. Even so, up-to-date local recommendations are usually the best indicator of the better options, so we followed the suggestion of our B&B owner. Bistrot Siciliano Sikè was a perfect choice. Everything was excellent...nicely-plated and tasty food, friendly and helpful service, bright and pleasing interior, conveniently located on Corso Umberto and reasonable prices. We really did not require more to eat after this excellent dining experience, but a quick stop for some candy could not be avoided.
