14/07/2024: Negative experience, we arrived and after booking we had to wait a bit, and for goodness sake, it's Saturday evening. While waiting we witnessed arguments between the waiters with shouts coming out of the kitchen, after having sat down and while we were eating, I notice that three people behind us start smoking and no one says anything to them, but after the third cigarette they light I express my opinion. I was also disappointed because 3/4 meters away there were children and a pregnant woman and it was annoying for us too, to point out that I am also a smoker but, the "gentlemen" in question felt offended by pointing out to me that they had also brought him an ashtray and therefore felt authorized to smoke. Another thing that left us perplexed was the poor preparation of some waiters, one between one course and another wanted to pass the dishes from each of us, couldn't he go around the table? We were there to eat and not to be waiters, with all due respect to those who do it as a profession.

11/03/2024: I've been to lunch twice, the first where there is a swimming pool. Very nice location, good lunch. The second time a disaster. I ask for a table by the pool to celebrate a birthday and I am placed at a table in the corner of a hotel that badly needs renovation. Maximum rudeness when I complained about the table, I preferred to go away and celebrate somewhere else

19/05/2024: We both had 3 courses and a glass of wine and thoroughly enjoyed it all. The PACCHERI RAGÙ DI MAIALINO E FINOCCHIETTO was the most amazing pasta dish I have ever had. All 3 courses were excellent quality and the perfect portion sizes. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area.

19/08/2024: Location 8 (10 esterno 7 interno) La location ê sontuosa, imponente, in stile classico. Molto bella la parte esterna del locale, verdeggiante con palme e una bella fontane, completamente diverso l interno in stile classico, elegante, adatto a compleanni e cerimonie Servizio 7: Il servizio è attento, veloce, rapido, e professionale. Tuttavia, ho notato una notevole discrepanza tra il servizio all esterno (migliore) e interno. All interno inoltre manca di un pizzico di attenzione ai dettagli (tovaglia macchiata, piatto sbeccato). Sono piccole cose ma in locale del genere stonano Conto 9: il locale fa sia ristorante che pizzeria. X quanto concerne la pizzeria il prezzo è in linea se non più basso di molti locali di Capo d orlando e dintorni, mentre x il ristorante ê in linea con la location. Menù 8: siamo venuti 2 sere di fila, e bisogna dire tutto buono, dagli involtini di maccheroni a quelli di pesce spada alle pizze. Cucina semplice, ma di qualità e sostanza. Consigliato

18/07/2024: Siamo capitati qui grazie al consiglio della proprietaria del nostro appartamento che ci ha ospitato a capo d'Orlando. Il locale viene utilizzato per ricevimenti e feste di compleanno. Location davvero notevole. Il menù presenta piatti molto semplici ma allo stesso tempo molto buoni. Presente anche la possibilità di mangiare pizza. Una delle specialità della casa è il pollo alla Buontempo: un pollo schiacciato dal gusto davvero notevole. Molto gentili i ragazzi del servizio in sala. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

01/08/2024: I went with my love to eat a pizza in this pizzeria, having found ourselves in Savoca with an overnight stay. I must say, an excellent and professional welcome from a tall, very kind waiter and a lady who took the lead. 2 good pizzas, 2 nice cold beers on a large and pleasant terrace. the evening for the right climate despite being at the end of July and for the atmosphere I recommend a stop and who knows if we too will return soon to try the cuisine as it is also a restaurant

26/07/2024: While looking for a restaurant via the internet I found this "gem" where 8 people ate between first courses and excellent pizza... and immediately... Kindness and courtesy are two adjectives for the hosts... the only flaw inside is a little hot without air conditioning but on the veranda you feel like a pasha.

14/08/2024: We had lunch yesterday, it was all delicious, plentiful (we made all the encores and trios we wanted) and of excellent quality. Genuine, local, 0 km products, very honest price. Family atmosphere, fresh air, helpful managers. Everything perfect. My fellow diners also shopped lavishly for typical products in the shop inside the restaurant. Thank you, you contributed to making us spend a pleasant day in the Nebrodi woods. I'm only sorry I wasn't able to say goodbye to Don Carmelo. Until next time!

19/06/2024: Arrivati casualmente mentre eravamo in strada, questa trattoria si presenta accogliente con il personale pronto e gentile. Menu fisso consigliato (25€ a pers) ma anche possibilità alla carta. Antipasti di salumi, formaggi e sottoli, 2 primi e carne a go-go arrostita alla brace(ma anche un bollito ovino di rara ed antica bontà), biscotti alle nocciole, Amari e liquori alla nocciole, caffè. Tutto ciò che non riesci a mangiare puoi portarlo via. Vale

17/07/2024: The Hotel Signum on Salina is a true gem. The breathtaking location offers spectacular views of the sea and the surrounding nature. The service is first class, the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are stylishly furnished and invite you to feel good. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent restaurant, which delights with culinary delicacies. A perfect place to relax and enjoy. Highly Recommended!

13/07/2024: Atmosfera elegante, sofisticata e non pretenziosa in una cornice bellissima. Cucina eccellente, ricercata, sofisticata con esaltazione degli ingredienti locali senza perdersi in gourmettismi fastidiosi. Quantità delle portate assolutamente adeguata. Servizio impeccabile, gentile e preparato. A volte una leggera attesa per il refill del vino. Menu degustazioni e alla catta variegato, ottimo. Ridurrei lo spiegone sui sovrapprezzi. A prescindere dalla stella credo sia rimasto l’unico posto a salina dove trovare eccellenza, conduzione familiare ed esaltazione dei sapori locali.

03/08/2024: Beautiful and simple location facing the sea. The menu, poor in choice, left few options. Savory bruschetta, ham and melon served without bread (underripe melon). A first to the norm without infamy or praise. For the service, young people who are not inclined to interact with customers. The right price.
