23/12/2025: A beautiful boutique hotel in the historic part of Taormina (between Porto di Catania and Piazza Duomo). It's a historic building with a garden and relaxation area. We had a delicious dinner at the Bistrot. The rooms are spacious and have all the necessary amenities. The design is interesting. The charming, long-haired, and beautiful receptionist always took care of us and helped us with every need. I highly recommend it – if you're in Taormina, Méodusa Bistrot & Suits is the place to be.

24/09/2025: We organized a wonderful party for about 60 people at Manuja in September 2025 under the new management of Giorgia and her husband. Aside from their kindness and helpfulness, the food was delicious, we had a great time, the place was magical, and the buffet was so good! We had both vegetarians and celiacs, and they were able to accommodate every request. Thank you so much for organizing our pre-wedding!

24/08/2025: Our expectations were a bit disappointing, with pizzas that were unfortunately not good. I can only hope it was just a moment and that everything becomes 5 stars 😜

28/04/2026: Well, what can I say! Terrible. I've had two particularly terrible experiences. The first: a croissant... the next day I buy it again and the price has gone up significantly... I point it out and the owner or clerk tells me he made a mistake but that he can do whatever he wants, in short, he tried! Second experience... leaving aside the sky-high prices for very low quality, especially for what they call pan pizza, I paid €3 for a square of pizza. In the meantime, I witnessed the counting of money on the counter where I saw the bread placed several times, and the same coins fell into the bread and were recovered without too many problems. Avoid this bakery at all costs!

14/03/2026: The best focaccia in Messina, light and made with fresh ingredients, easy to digest even for those with a delicate stomach, and incredibly clean!

05/05/2026: The service is quick and very friendly, and the place is cozy. However, the mixed fried fish platter fell short: the calamari was bland, there were very few small fish, and the filling consisted of salad, frozen fries, lemon, and orange slices.

09/05/2026: As soon as I entered, you could already smell the rustici aroma. I ate 2 pitoni, 5 arancini, and 6 mixed fried dishes. I would say that I'm a fat guy and not very obese, but it was worth eating so much. I've never had such a beautiful experience. It could be one of the best pitonerias in all of Messina.

24/11/2025: This evening we bought some rustici, inedible to say the least. ARANCINO WITH SOUR RAGÙ, ARANCINO WITH BUTTER MORE SOUR THAN THE LAST. I'm sorry, we'll never come again.

07/05/2026: Bar, Pastry Shop, and Rotisserie with fresh homemade products. The desserts are delicious, and there's a wide variety of gelato and granita. Beautiful terrace with sea views. The staff is always attentive and friendly. Upon request, they make the best Messina black and white wine in all of Sicily.

16/04/2026: The service is absolutely horrible. The price of €11 for an Aperol Spritz is totally exaggerated. Don't go there you will be ripped off

07/10/2025: Well...my friends reading this, my expectations were high, in the sense that when they tell you about a gourmet restaurant, you don't just expect a beautiful plating but something more. Punta Lena is a charming restaurant, nothing extraordinary, right on the sea. Perhaps the downside was that when we went for dinner, it was already dark, and we couldn't tell we were right next to the sea. In any case, the dishes were well-cooked, but like pretty much everywhere else in Stromboli. It didn't stand out compared to the rest in terms of food quality. One flaw I absolutely didn't expect was the peppered mussels, which were so salty it tasted like seawater. And we Sicilians know how to cook mussels...when we pointed this out, we were simply told: oh...strange... Anyway, my calamari was good, but it was frozen. Maybe it's because I'm used to eating fresh fish; I can tell right away. The flavor was very good, anyway. That said, I can't give more stars because, guys, it's truly impossible to mess up a Pepata... The prices are truly outrageous for the type of food.

03/06/2026: Excellent location right on the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had four beers and a bread roll to share as an aperitif. The prices were reasonable.

07/01/2026: We went for pizza, but we had a bad experience, the owner was rude and unhelpful, we asked the waitress if she could kindly increase the heat of the mushroom and she forwarded the request to the owner but he, all annoyed, approached, took the mushroom and moved it in a brusque and impetuous manner very close to a diner. We will never return.

25/04/2026: Terrible experience. We booked for April 25th, but when we arrived, mysteriously there was no reservation, saying we'd called back and someone had canceled the table. They didn't clarify who they'd called to cancel, nor the person's last name. Very detachedly, they only offered us a table outside in the sun, without any umbrellas, given the presence of children, some of whom were very young, in our reservation.

25/04/2026: Terrible place, unprofessional staff. After a reservation we were left out because they cancelled the reservation without our knowledge. Highly not recommended.
