16/06/2025: I was a little disappointed, I remembered a good quality focaccia for me it was the best, instead it was soft and not with the ingredients of once, shame because both the place and the service were excellent.

06/06/2025: Do you know what “shrinkflation” is? Basically, it is when the price of a product is kept the same but the quantity of product is decreased. This successful one costs €1.50 and once would have been called mignon… now instead they are the “normal” size. Good yes, but small and expensive.

08/06/2025: Nice place, but a few meters from the sea it welcomed me in a closed room with no view. I was disappointed... I thought it would be a little better. The service is good, the pizza is good... but I'm sorry about the location reserved for customers... I would say useless for a place by the sea.

03/06/2025: The place is beautiful.. the place inside is nice.. courteous and kind staff... the only flaw to say is that I was disappointed by the barman that I saw with my own eyes and that maybe I should have told him.... That when you make the Spritz you should not add sparkling water to dilute the cocktail... It is a very serious thing and like a scam.. probably there was no prosecco and he continued... for everything else it is an excellent place to meet with friends and have fun with good music.

23/06/2025: Too bad about the manners of the receptionist!!!!!!! Everything was very nice and clean We arrived on the evening of 23/06 and a very kind lady greeted us, it was also very late as it was 02:00 returning from a concert. Excellent breakfast On the way back we forgot a phone in the room I called to be sure on the second call the receptionist answered very unkindly and annoyed about the second call. Manners always make the difference, because everything could be top but when you don't have manners there is nothing to do. We will definitely be back but I will think twice now. Too bad

15/06/2025: Very well kept 60's hotel...a stone's throw from the sea...garden where you can have breakfast...prepared and very helpful staff...I recommend it

26/09/2024: What a lovely time! We had read reviews on Villa Carla and called asking about a cooking class for dinner. The class, the food, the hospitality were all outstanding and lots of fun! Classes are only during the shoulder seasons when they aren’t so busy…we understand why! And the view at sunset is breathtaking.

01/09/2024: Locale molto gradevole alla vista in collina con bella terrazza e splendida vista Apparecchiatura curata Cibi molto buoni e finalmente alternativi a quelli che vengono proposti sull’isola dalla maggior parte dei ristoranti Piatti curati e cibo di giusta quantità Molto scorretta l’assenza del menù scritto e della carta dei vini.
