The food (grilled vegetables & pasta with swordfish) was delicious and authentic Aeolian cuisine! Good quality - great value for money! 🙌🏻 It's great that you exist... 09/08/2025: We found this little place almost by accident, strolling through the center of Capo D'Orlando. From the outside, the atmosphere looks very welcoming, and indeed it is. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable; you can tell they care about their customers, which is not a given. We tried the charcuterie and cheese platter, accompanied by Campari spritzes. Satisfied with both the food and the cocktail, we returned for a relaxing after-dinner drink. I highly recommend stopping by, even just for a drink; it's worth it!

23/07/2025: Abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante e siamo rimasti molto contenti. La pasta alla Eoliana era ottima come anche il pesce. Il servizio veloce ed i prezzi nella media. Ci simo poi ritornati una seconda sera e non ci ha deluso.

12/07/2025: Torno ogni anno da Don Piricuddu a Vulcano, ed è sempre una garanzia di qualità, freschezza e calore. Questo posto ha davvero qualcosa di speciale: l’atmosfera familiare e il pesce, sempre freschissimo e cucinato con maestria da Fabio. Ogni piatto è un viaggio nei sapori autentici delle Eolie. Dai crudi alle linguine all’astice blu: tutto è preparato con passione e rispetto per la tradizione locale. La gentilezza del personale e la cura nei dettagli rendono l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. È il mio appuntamento fisso ogni estate, e ogni volta riescono a sorprendermi. Un luogo dove si mangia benissimo e ci si sente a casa. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca il meglio del pesce in un angolo di paradiso!

09/07/2025: Aside from the authenticity of the dishes, everything was excellent, nothing more to say...I really want to highlight the kindness of the dining room staff. From the very young people to the gentleman (whose name escapes me) who served us and advised us. It was a pleasure having him at the table with us. He was a person of substance and great spirit. Almost like family. I will definitely be back...CONGRATULATIONS

22/06/2025: The place is very nice, at least the garden, where I was seated. Young guys just starting out, so you can forgive them for some small imperfections, but they were polite. The restaurant manager is a "secret agent undercover" who, unfortunately, doesn't know how to direct the guys in an adequate way (the place would have a lot of potential!). But the food... A big no. Disjointed and senseless dishes. All frozen fish (which in itself is not necessarily a flaw for someone who, by choice, does not prefer seasonality or a variation on the catch of the day), but killed by covering up the flavor instead of simply enhancing it. No salt in the pasta.

02/06/2025: Homely Sicilian seafood and pizza, tasty and reasonably priced, with an outdoor terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Prompt and friendly service. Was busy with locals the lunchtime we visited - a good recommendation!

07/07/2025: Con un gruppo di amici ci volevamo sedere fuori ma ci viene consigliato dalla cameriera di sederci dentro in quanto la sala era climatizzata, abbiamo accettato, ma poi hanno spento il climatizzatore e noi abbiamo chiesto per ben due volte di riaccenderlo, ci veniva risposto che lo avrebbero acceso subito ma non lo hanno mai fatto. Per quanto riguarda la pizza ne abbiamo mangiato di migliori.

16/06/2025: All'interno di un paese meraviglioso abbiamo scoperto questo locale che si affaccia sulla caratteristica piazza del paese ed abbiamo assaggiato una squisitissima granita siciliana! Straconsigliata! Il personale si è dimostrato gentilissimo, simpatico e molto accogliente!

27/08/2025: Very good quality products in a family-friendly, unpretentious atmosphere, except for the bill, which was more like that of a high-end restaurant. The wine was a bonus, with a quarter of the house's Grillo.

24/08/2025: If you want to step back in time, just cross the threshold of this trattoria and the magic is done. The location is simple, clean, with a family atmosphere. The menu is unfussy, but the food is truly delicious. It felt like sitting at your aunt's house, a talented chef who delights you with traditional dishes cooked simply and cleanly. Everything was delicious: the fish balls immersed in a sauce that forces you to mop up the sauce, the fresh octopus salad, the pisci ca cipuddata, the spaghetti with clams, rigorously fresh, the balanced and tasty peppered mussels. We couldn't resist the temptation of the beautifully prepared fried calamari, golden and crispy. There's no dessert, but since you've stepped back in time, a delicious cup of lemon ice cream is perfect. What can I say? If you're looking for gourmet dishes, this isn't the place, but if you're looking for the delicious flavors of Sicilian seafood, you can't miss this place. Thank you for existing! 18/07/2025: We only tried an excellent granita with brioche. The cream was excellent. The service was fairly quick. It would be nice to install some air conditioning in the covered building overlooking the street.

18/07/2025: We chose this restaurant/bar due to special needs, especially with my celiac son. It's really hard to find a well-equipped and, above all, well-prepared restaurant. There's always the fear of contamination. Fate brought us to this place, where we were welcomed by Laura, a very kind woman who took care of my son and, in fact, all of us. We ate wonderfully. The bar is also well-stocked with gluten-free products, a joy for us. We truly felt at home. Next time we're in the area, we'll definitely be back.

18/08/2025: For the feast of Santo Rocco, a group of about 30 friends and I ordered pizzas from this pizzeria. I personally chose a Norma pizza. The dough was very chewy and tough, and once it cooled, the pizza was practically inedible. The eggplant on top of my pizza was completely charred—a detail hard to miss, especially considering the ricotta is added only later. Overall, a disappointing experience that definitely didn't leave a good impression.

21/09/2025: Gorgeous location, but that's all! The welcome was barely polite, the service terrible, five people at the table, but the table was set for four. Dirty cutlery and annoyed waiters, except for the young woman named Valeria, who does what she can. The dishes arrive in dribs and drabs, and the last one arrives raw and incomplete (the last of the grilled dishes had two types of fish missing from the others served before). We pointed this out to the owner, who responded by taking the dish back without apology, almost as if to make us feel guilty. Two of the diners couldn't eat anything. They've been customers of this place for at least a decade, but I think it's time for them to mend their ways or change their profession. This last one was a terrible experience.

20/09/2025: Shameful is an understatement! A terrible experience. I had booked a table for lunch. I arrived on time, my name was crossed out in the notebook, and there was at least an hour to wait. The reason given to me by the guy they called manager, who was anything but, in his manner, language, and delivery, was that he gave priority to those who had arrived first. Well, all they had to do was tell me ahead of time and clarify that they don't take reservations, but first-come, first-served, and I would have been fine. My daughter, an 8-year-old, was crying from hunger, so I turned on my heel and left. The staff was worthy of the worst dive in a suburban town. Far from Taormina! Shame!
