01/07/2025: I chose to have dinner here with my family and it was the best choice I could have made. We had an appetizer of mussels (gratinated and peppered) which were truly exquisite, followed by exceptional pizzas. Good value for money. Friendly service, everyone was really kind. I will gladly return!!

23/06/2025: Ferrara is a wonderful culinary experience, between Sicily and Campania. The exquisite pizza has the typical Neapolitan dough, with a great variety of choice not indifferent. The restaurant menu offers different types of high quality fish dishes... the atmosphere in the restaurant is very romantic and elegant and the service is truly excellent. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a place to eat well and above all to enjoy a nice evening

27/03/2025: Sublime granita, especially the pistachio one. Truly FABULOUS! The ice cream is no exception. After a day at the beach it is exactly the icing on the cake. The place has seating both indoors (with relative air conditioning) and outdoors under a gazebo and in front of the bar itself in a space opposite. Table service is quick but in my opinion, especially in high season, more staff could be useful. TOPPPPPPPIIIIIIISSSSSIMO

Abundant and all local food from the appetizers that were many home-made as well as the first courses and the meat made by them that was too good like everything else. Large and clean rooms. Highly recommended. The motorcyclists of Matera.

30/05/2025: Welcoming friendly service serving wholesome food. We visited this restaurant three times during our stay and each evening was a highly enjoyable experience. Highly recommend the pizzas and steaks. If you get the chance to go when they have karaoke- go. That family sure can sing and you will have a great night.

28/06/2025: It is impossible not to give 5 stars to this place, since it is certainly the place where I ate best in Vulcano during my stay... the fish first courses are in my opinion the strong point of this restaurant and the always kind and smiling staff allows you to experience the meal as if you were at home... I highly recommend the selection of desserts that the place offers and I give my compliments to the master pastry chef

23/06/2025: Ideal location, you can have lunch outside under the trees, we didn't even have to book on Sunday. The classic appetizers of cold cuts and cheeses, good. The two first courses with ragù unfortunately nothing exciting (shame), good grill and the staff are fast and attentive. A negative note is the lady who takes care of the cash register, not very friendly. And we were among the first to leave for lunch. I imagine at the end of the day. I will return anyway

18/06/2025: I was with friends in June and I have to admit that it was a wonderful experience. The service and the location are worth it: we had lunch outside the farmhouse, immersed in a wooded area, fully enjoying the surrounding environment, still uncontaminated by mass tourism. Even the food, although simple and typical of the trattorias in the area, was above expectations, in quality and quantity. Prices were normal and in line with the offer. Highly recommended.

03/01/2025: Ordinato 1 aperitivo alla frutta analcolico e 1 spritz classico alla fine chiedo un bicchiere di acqua per ingoiare una compressa e portano 1 bottiglia di acqua piccola, quando si altri tavoli vi erano brocche di acqua. Pagato 43 Euro.

16/09/2024: In cerca di un posto nuovo nel quale degustare un aperitivo, seguendo alcune raccomandazioni, abbiamo provato il DOP, ubicato a Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto. Siamo stati immediatamente colpiti dalla pulizia e solarità dell'ambiente, oltre che dall'attenzione e cortesia dello staff e dalla gradevole brandizzazione del tovagliato. Letizia ha scelto uno Spritz, mentre io ho bevuto un Americano, accompagnati da un tagliere composto da salumi, formaggi e un misto di finger food caldo e freddo. Le materie prime erano tutte freschissime e di prima scelta e le porzioni perfette per un apericena che riempia, ma senza strafare. Grazie a tutti per l'esperienza positiva, che raccomandiamo vivamente.

26/05/2025: The place is central, it has a parking area. Food was delicious, the girl that was there she was nice and helpful. The place quiet with a background italian music. The restaurant was clean, had clean glasses and cutlery. Restrooms were clean. Definitely going there again!

01/07/2025: Ate both a lunch and a dinner here while staying on Salina, and enjoyed both meals so much...I only got one photo of the food. Had caper salad both meals, pizza, Pasta al Norma, and Spaghetti alla Vongole. All were excellent, well prepared and presented. Caper salad is the BOMB! Get it! Service was attentive, and the covered outdoor patio was perfect. In the evening a gentleman played the accordian--Italian classics and popular American tunes. Charming.

29/06/2025: A good experience. The dishes were very good (Spaghetti with caper sauce, Maccheroni alla Norma and eggplant parmigiana…). We will return to try the pizzas.

26/05/2025: I recommend this nice place to everyone. If you are passing through and only think about good home-cooked food, you will definitely not be disappointed. I got there by accident, encouraged by the opinions on the Internet. I was exhausted, and still had a long way to Poland. I was very well received. I got a delicious Brschette for free. Later I ate delicious seafood. And at the end I managed to buy the best lemons I have ever eaten in my life. I took them with me to Poland. I have very fond memories of this place and the lovely ladies. I am posting my opinion almost a year after my stay there. I guess it is clear that I will remember this place forever? :) greetings from Poland.

10/06/2025: Very friendly, kind and professional staff! I went several times during the period in which I stayed in Capo d'Orlando, for both breakfast and lunch, with 0 kilometer products, grown in the owner's land, from tomatoes to mangoes... Highly recommended, one of the best for quality/price
