Friendly, welcoming staff, excellent food, very organised, very beautiful, the food is good, very excellent

This elegant restaurant, in true 1980s style, makes tradition and substance its strong points. The restaurant is located about 500 meters from the historic center of San Marco d'Alunzio (a magnificent village with an enviable view, well worth a day's visit). We ate here very well and abundantly: 1 Gourmet Antipasto and 2 first courses (maccheroni in tegamino, the house specialty, and green maccheroni with pepper sauce) were enough to fill us up! The antipasto includes several courses, but the one I loved the most was the vegetable caponata: truly delicious! The two first courses also deserve special mention, especially for the perfect pasta! The desserts were also good, but could be improved! What really made the difference, however, was the service: we were welcomed by Nino, the owner, who made us feel at ease with his unique charm and kindness! Thanks in part to him, the experience was absolutely positive and enjoyable! Highly recommended!

I had the opportunity to dine here for New Year's Eve. The scallops were excellent, the rest was pretty average. The service was pleasant, with young (some a little inexperienced) but knowledgeable waiters. The evening was very pleasant, and I'd be interested in returning at a quieter time.
