The staff was excellent, but special mention goes to Chef Bruno, who was simply extraordinary: with discreet kindness and rare politeness, he guided us through the menu with passion and expertise, transforming each dish into a story. His presence, never intrusive but always attentive, added value to the entire meal. Each course was perfectly balanced, with surprising yet harmonious pairings, designed to maximize the raw ingredients. An experience that engaged all the senses, leaving us not only full, but deeply satisfied. We will definitely be back. Congratulations, Chef Bruno!

27/04/2025: We stayed 3 days...in San Pier Niceto an oasis of peace and nature, a beautiful citrus grove, you will find good typical Sicilian cuisine, what can I say the hosts were very welcoming and kind..the rooms were clean..and comfortable, we recommend it!

Отличное обслуживание, чисто и уютно! На витрине в холодильнике красивые стейки сухого вызревания, хотим попробовать в следующий раз)

Speaking of the dishes, the quality is excellent and the skill of Mrs. Laura is typical of the best starred restaurants. Compliments also to the girl who works at the counter, very kind and truly professional. We will definitely be back as soon as possible. 08/06/2025: I asked for a table outside (considering the heat) and even though there was no availability, Eva (the second owner) kindly invited me to wait 5 minutes, to my great surprise only 3 passed... what can I say, in addition to the friendliness, excellent food and welcoming location. Maria Carmela (a truly exquisite lady) served me a splendid Ta-burger that I enjoyed until the last crumb. I really recommend it!

28/04/2025: Location: located in front of a wide avenue in Gliaca, near the church, it has refined furnishings and environments, also different in terms of seating. In fact, it is a "literary bar". Food: 4 of us had breakfast with croissants, latte, coffee, granita, cappuccino, and I can assure you that it was all good and well served. Staff: The man at the counter was friendly and very helpful in taking the lead on what we wanted. Conclusions: highly recommended for a truly pleasant breakfast, especially if you want to stay a few minutes and chat in one of the lounges (like the ones visible in one of the photos), putting aside the rush!
