19/06/2025: Bakery that bakes only in the morning, as far as bread is concerned. Instead, for ready-to-eat products, rustici as they call them in Messina or cartocciate in Catania, you can always find them. Ready-made products you can find: Pitoni (stuffed calzone) fried or baked Stuffed baked calzones Pizzette Mozzarella in carrozza Arancini with ragù, speck and pistachio and others. In addition, in the evening they also make classic pizzas or in pala. The pizzas are very good, normal size, abundant toppings, normal prices. You can book them for takeaway by calling them and they are punctual at the agreed time for collection. There is no parking in front of the place but you can use the large space on the other side of the street where there is the distributor. Don't look at the opening hours on Google Maps, they are never respected. It is difficult to find them open before 6 pm in the afternoon.

08/06/2025: On the National Road in front of the petrol station, a nice and kind lady who also speaks fluent German welcomes customers in a small but nice and clean place where they sell what they produce on site: very fragrant and genuine bread, a variety of cakes and biscuits, rustici and pizzas.

The quality of the dishes is excellent, with the freshest ingredients and authentic Sicilian flavors, crafted with attention to every detail. The hospitality was warm and sincere; we felt welcomed right at home. The portions were also more than generous, and the service was impeccable, attentive, and never intrusive. It's a shame we hadn't discovered this restaurant before: it's a true gem. The price, even lower than expected for such a high level of cuisine and hospitality, makes the experience even more surprising. Our sincerest compliments; we hope to see you again soon. 30/08/2025: Excellent restaurant for the quality of the fish and fair prices; appetizer, first course, and second course... Spend the right amount and eat well. The dining room staff is friendly, and the chef is passionate about his dishes and knows his stuff when it comes to artistically composing each dish... I'll definitely be back for my next vacation...

28/08/2025: We had a wonderful lunch as soon as we arrived in Stromboli at Trattoria ai Gechi! The food was really good (we tried a couple of appetizers and the fresh pasta) and the view was spectacular. The service was pleasant, efficient, and above all welcoming. We really enjoyed it!

26/08/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Authentic and unforgettable experience! Trattoria Ai Gechi is simply fantastic. The atmosphere is unique, with friendly geckos keeping you company. Nino, the owner, and his team are very kind and helpful, making you feel at home. The food is excellent: generous seafood appetizers, flavorful pasta alla Stromboliana, and fresh fish grilled to perfection. Everything is authentic and flavorful, using traditional Sicilian recipes. The fish, in particular, is very good; it's personally selected by Nino (a fisherman and sea dog 😉). The price is more than fair for the quality. Reservations are mandatory!

16/09/2025: EXCEPTIONAL GRANITA!! This place deserves to be tried at least once. The restaurant is completely renovated on two floors, with a small balcony with tables upstairs.

06/07/2025: This is a truly exceptional place and if you could give it 10 stars it would deserve all of them! The structure itself is very nice with a refrigerated wheel that contains the ice cream flavors. The granita is fabulous as well as the ice cream. The service is more than exquisite. In the sea of ​​Sicilian excellence, therefore a world in which it is difficult to emerge, this place is definitely worth a visit.

18/09/2025: The bar is so-so... I came in on September 8th for a granita but... I didn't have a great time; it must have been the friendliness of the guys behind the counter. Anyway, for a quick bite, and if the other bars are packed, it's fine!

22/08/2025: We're not there yet. Granita practically melted alongside hard brioche, with a panettone-flavored dough. As a Sicilian, you can tell the difference from the original recipe. I don't know if it had to do with the specific day I went, because I've read other reviews mentioning the soft, warm, and flavorful brioche. It's a shame because the location isn't bad and the place is definitely worth a visit.
