22/07/2025: We stayed at Podere dell’Etna for only one night, but the experience was so positive that we wanted to return as soon as possible. From the first moment, we felt welcomed with warmth and professionalism: the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and smiling, making us feel right at home. The property is simply magical, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail, with an atmosphere that invites relaxation and wonder. The cuisine was a true revelation: delicious dishes, beautifully presented and prepared with quality ingredients, accompanied by impeccable service. An experience we will cherish forever. Congratulations to Mario and the entire staff for the attention, care, and passion they convey in everything they do. We can't wait to return!

30/04/2025: We were charged twice! The owner charged us before arrival and claimed we did not pay during checkout. We could prove our payment by bank statements but he didn’t accept and charged our visa card again without our knowledge or approval. He even threatened with calling the police! Food was mediocre and way overpriced! Owner was rude. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Horrible experience!

27/07/2025: We happened to pass by and stop for a pizza here. We took a Capricciosa and a 4 Formaggi, both delicious. Food was genuine. Highly recommended

10/08/2025: I visited this place last week for a street festival. The place isn't much to look at, but it's clean and comfortable to sit down and grab a quick bite. The food is good, especially the arancini. I had a cipollina and I have to say it was truly delicious. I regret not giving it 5 stars because of one negative aspect: the rude behavior of the cashier, a half-blonde girl whose name I don't know, who responded hastily—and a bit rudely—to one of my requests.

01/08/2025: If I could, I'd give it ZERO stars. The owner is rude, to say the least. He treated us rudely for no reason. He literally kicked us out, immediately taking away our glasses, some of them even before they'd finished theirs. He then asked us three times, within two minutes of each other, if we wanted to order something else, and on the third time, he said, "I'll bring you the bill." I want to emphasize that this happened on a normal weekday, and the bar wasn't particularly crowded. After I pointed out, rather too politely, that his behavior was inappropriate toward any customer (given the numerous rude responses we'd received to even simple, polite requests), he insulted us, saying that six people who consumed four Cokes, a beer, and a non-alcoholic cocktail hadn't consumed "quality" drinks and couldn't remain seated without consuming more (which, given our time, we certainly would have done, but without being forced or pressured). He basically took us for beggars, as if we were sitting in a Michelin-starred restaurant. He didn't give us menus, and he also charged 7 euros for a non-alcoholic cocktail, probably making up the price and proving he was the beggar. Obviously, at that point, without further discussion, we left, and he'll never, I repeat, never see us again. These are the people who ruin a beautiful city like Catania.

05/07/2025: Very good coffee, the girls who work there are kind and friendly. Excellent coffee and good breakfast, normal prices, in short, a good place to sit, relax and enjoy a good coffee outdoors.

25/06/2025: If you want to find the highest quality, you have to go to Bar Doge in Acireale. The zeppole, desserts, hot food, all prepared with top quality ingredients. The owner, Paolo always welcomes you with a smile and manages to entertain customers with joy and spontaneity and an aspect not to be overlooked, you will always find excellent music. I recommend it to everyone

30/08/2025: I'll return to Catania just to be able to eat here again. It's a hidden, small restaurant with a beautiful, ornate decor and "Sicilian" service: We don't worship you, we give you service and advice if you ask. For me, it's better than having a waiter always on your heels! I ordered a Caprese salad with tomato and buffalo mozzarella, and what can I say? I wish we had this product in Spain for that salad. Not delicious, but delicious! And then I ordered spaghetti with gammon and zucchini, and that was another level! I don't understand how such a simple dish can be so absolutely wonderful. Brutal. Without a doubt one of the best trattorias I've ever tried, with a couple of glasses of house wine. Sicily on the table, you can't ask for more.

22/04/2025: Il giorno di Pasquetta siamo stati a Sciaramanica per un pranzetto rilassante, i proprietari erano stati informati che preferivamo mangiare a base di verdure, non vi dico quanta scelta, l'antipasto sembrava un vero e proprio quadro, dai colori mozzafiato, grazie Alfio e Lucia per la vostra disponibilità e la cura degli ingredienti squisiti

21/07/2025: Unfortunately, they can't give Zero Stars, but since they changed management, it shows: cold sandwiches, reheated meat kept in the fridge for several days, excessively increased prices on everything, waiting times for food of poor quality and oh, kept in the fridge for several days, excessively long even when the place was visibly deserted. The only thing I recommend is the pizzas, but only for the excellence of the friendly, helpful and very skilled pizza chefs. Everything else is definitely to be forgotten, not even Cannavacciuolo with his nightmare kitchens, truly disgusting!!!

03/09/2025: I've dined at this lovely pizzeria several times. In the summer, it's set among the trees in a garden, and in the winter, in the spacious rooms inside a farmhouse. The pizza is excellent, both in size and quality of ingredients. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

02/09/2025: Nine of us went to the pizzeria without an appointment, and they sat us down and let us eat right away. We had a great time.
