21/12/2025: An experience to forget. After over an hour of waiting, I was served a completely charred pizza. When I asked to remake it, the staff tried to discourage me by saying that the wait would be incredibly long (despite their mistake and the already long wait). The climax came when another person at my table found a piece of plastic in her pizza: they immediately offered to replace it without a fuss. Only after this second incident, and after the rest of the table pointed out the obvious disparity in treatment, did they come back to me and offer to remake it. Too bad that in the meantime, so as not to have to watch the others eat, I had already started consuming the little that wasn't burned. I felt deeply mocked: first the refusal masked by the long wait, then the belated attempt to make amends just to keep up appearances. Paying for a subpar product and such disorganized service is embarrassing. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!

08/10/2025: We went to Tre Archi to celebrate a birthday. I had an excellent Sicilian appetizer, accompanied by an excellent pizza. We'll definitely be back...

28/02/2026: We went there twice for lunch and had pasta and bruschetta. If you're looking for good, affordable food, you'll definitely find something here; we were very satisfied.

26/02/2026: We went for dinner and lunch the next day. It's a very nice, typically local place. We were welcomed very warmly and the food was equally delicious. Carlotta and Renata are two talented and very professional women. If we ever return to Catania, we'll definitely stop by. A big hug from the crazy Neapolitans Imma and Angelo.

17/10/2025: Honestly, the quality has gone downhill. I paid 5 euros just for a ravioli with a little bottle of tea, and that's fine, but the cold ravioli tastes kind of weird. Never again.

03/12/2025: Hi...I have to say that after several attempts I finally found the right environment, the right quality and the same prices, I met the owner (Lorenzo) and I thank him enormously for the advice and on the choice, what can I say guys? The goodness of the pizza in the true sense of the word... moreover consumed in the dining room which I must say is very nice and clean...we'll see you again soon with a nice group that I'll bring...🥰

18/10/2025: This is my first time ordering from this pizzeria. On Saturday, October 18th, I ordered at 7:10 PM and the pizzas arrived at 8:15 PM, right on time. A zucchini and onion pizza, a Margherita pizza, and a Nutella pizza (it tasted like an original Ferrero pizza). The dough was light and easy to digest, the pizzas were flavorful and well-topped. In the zucchini and onion pizza, the zucchini were freshly fried the same day, while the onion was previously pan-fried, and very good. My sincerest compliments. Well done, keep up the good work. Advice: Don't respond aggressively to negative reviews anymore, because you give the impression that you're not professionals, whereas I've seen that you're professionals.

26/12/2025: We just got back and I have to say I already miss it. We only stayed one night and it was a wonderful experience, everything was unique. To those who say it's not well-maintained, I say you're talking because you have to talk nonsense, the stove... the carbon monoxide is already in your brain. Laura, a very sweet person who instills calm and sweetness, and Giuseppe, very nice, the mirror of happiness. In short, my family and I had a wonderful time, we will definitely return.

15/10/2025: We stayed just one night, it was beautiful, the property is immersed in a forest of chestnut and apple trees, everything is cooked by the owners, it feels like being in a fairy tale!

05/03/2026: On February 13th, we visited Zash with high expectations, considering it's a Michelin-starred restaurant. From a culinary perspective, the experience was truly excellent. Chef Giuseppe Raciti's carefully crafted dishes boast balanced flavors and meticulous attention to the quality of the ingredients. The food offerings certainly live up to the restaurant's reputation. Unfortunately, the service wasn't up to par. On more than one occasion, we felt there was little attention paid to the table, and, particularly striking, I even found myself having to serve my own wine. In a restaurant of this caliber, this is a significant detail and one that surprised us a bit. Overall, it's still an excellent experience for the food, but the service needs to be more meticulous to truly live up to a Michelin star.

22/02/2026: I'm not in the habit of leaving negative reviews, but here it's impossible. The place presents itself as mid- to high-end, but the only "high" thing is the expectations. You make multiple reservations weeks in advance, only to be called back to cancel everything, as if the customers' time were worthless. To call the organization superficial would be a compliment. Before getting too high-handed, perhaps it's time to learn the basics of professionalism.

25/01/2026: Excellent experience. The pizzas are delicious, with a variety of doughs and a wide selection of top-quality ingredients. Desserts for all tastes; I highly recommend the cream pie with strawberries and cream puffs, delicious! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming and very comfortable.

26/12/2025: A truly excellent experience. Besides the quality of the food, I really appreciated the kindness of the staff, who were attentive and helpful. At my request, they even prepared an off-menu dish for me, which was meticulously prepared and truly delicious. It's rare to find such genuine customer service. I will definitely be back and recommend it without hesitation.

12/03/2026: I was excited to have some fresh seafood right next to the fish market but this place fell flat. The dishes we ordered (octopus appetizer, tuna and mixed seafood pasta) all disappointed for one reason or another. The octopus was overlooked and chewy, the tuna was cut unevenly and thus some parts were significantly over cooked while others were just about right. The pasta dish disappointed on numerous levels. Add in two bottles of water and the 30€ we paid for lunch seems like highway robbery when compared to our dinner the previous night. The only real high point was the dense bread they served with the appetizer.

29/10/2025: I personally wouldn't order this pizza again. The pizza dough needs rethinking... so tough I had trouble even cutting it. The ingredients... didn't satisfy me. I ordered the one with porcini mushrooms... but I wasn't very happy with it. I don't think it'll be a good list to share with friends, at least not for pizza.

30/01/2026: I'm from Catania but live in the Veneto region. I went the second weekend of January with friends from the Veneto region. I'd seen a TikTok video and promised myself I'd go, so I did. A rustic place, excellent food, I made a great impression on my friends. Apart from a plate of pasta alla Norma (very much appreciated and praised), the rest was all fish. The food was very good, generous portions, and the bill was fair. We'll be back. P.S. I can't forget Giusi, who was hospitable, kind, and friendly. What can I say? 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝❤️

10/01/2026: The worst restaurant I've ever been to. I've been eating in restaurants for 20 years, and I've never written a review in my life, either positive or negative, but this time I had to. The food was terrible. They brought the little girl a cutlet that was practically fried in black oil, inedible. €40 for a platter for two people. There were 2 kg of French fries, and for a change, let's also throw in baked potatoes. Two pieces of tiny dried meat, two pieces of rotten sausage, and fried chicken that I couldn't tell if it was actually chicken. The price/quality ratio was zero; in fact, it can't even be classified because I honestly don't think they can serve that kind of food to people, and maybe not even to animals. The only thing I ate was pasta alla norma. Anyway, don't be fooled by the TikTok video. It's definitely to be avoided, and even reported.

06/01/2026: We booked after consulting the menu online on the restaurant's website, but when it came time to order, we realized the prices didn't match the paper menu. Despite this, the starters were bland, and the grilled fish had an unpleasant aftertaste. Without missing a beat, when it came time to pay the bill, we realized that the table service and a starter, included on the menus, had been added separately (about €25 more). Fortunately, the owner acknowledged the mistake and refunded the money. I hope a similar situation never happens again.
