21/08/2025: First and foremost, the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner and the counter staff. Secondly, but absolutely essential and indispensable, is the quality of the products: from the ice cream to the well-stocked pastries. I have no shortage of pastry shops near my house, but I prefer to travel a few extra kilometers to shop here!

23/10/2025: A bar located in the center of Mascali, just steps from Piazza Duomo, where you'll find Adriano and Michele, who are ready to welcome customers with courtesy and professionalism. I discovered this bar a few months ago and frequent it every day, for breakfast or for a relaxing afternoon. I recommend it for breakfast, a quick snack, or simply an aperitif.

10/07/2025: Ho preso un dolce alla ricotta che non ho gradito a pieno. Mangiabile, ma non soddisfacente. La ricotta sembrava industriale e il sapore dell'involucro non eccelleva, comunque era nel complesso accettabile. C'è di meglio.

09/09/2025: I'd been thinking about going to a place like this for a while... to taste some wines on site. It was a truly unique experience that I highly recommend. Il Feudo has been completely renovated with spacious rooms, and the restaurant was impeccable in the dishes we ordered. We used the pool during our stay. The owner and all the staff were attentive and welcoming.

08/08/2025: My wife and I absolutely loved this place and wished we'd stayed longer than a night! The surrounding vineyards with Etna on the horizon were stunning. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, a decent-sized pool and a fantastic selection of fresh produce at the buffet breakfast. I highly recommend the wine tasting too. Corrado's passion for wine-making is infectious and informative, the wine itself is delicious and the package is generous with fair-sized sample glasses and an ample, tasty aperitif platter. We were left to enjoy the wine samples and food on the terrace, after each explanation, which was perfect for us. I can't rate the whole experience highly enough! One of the highlights of our time in Sicily!

26/11/2025: Santa Tecla, Acireale, CT. Via Argenta, 110. We had two pizzas, not exceptional but good enough. The long wait times were made more bearable by the view from the terrace overlooking the sea. The service staff could do more and better.

27/09/2025: Good food and very friendly service. The waiter with glasses speaks English and is very helpful. I recommend both the service and the food. It's nice that they also sell ice cream.

15/10/2025: The cocktails are really delicious, but I still don't understand why we paid €9.50 per glass (€8 + €1.50 cover charge), rather than the €7 shown on the menu. The cover charge is fine, but the cocktail went from €7 to €8 at the checkout. Too bad, the cocktail was really very good!!!!!

05/09/2025: Meh. There were only three of us couples, and the guy forgot our order. We ordered a sandwich, and it took 20 minutes to get served. Nevertheless, the sandwich was good.

24/10/2025: A delicious €15 aperitivo that includes a cocktail and aperitif, starter, and main course. Super filling and super tasty. The service is very helpful.

05/10/2025: Delicious Aperol Spritz and beer. A large, complimentary snack plate was also included.

10/11/2025: Excellent pizza, but a little slow to serve. We were the first ones and waited an hour. In short, too much is too much.

16/12/2025: I have no words to describe the explosion of flavors I received with each food that this place offers. It looks like a simple place. But the food is great. Great quality. And the service is a 10. It is impossible not to return to Italy and not to return to this place.

01/08/2025: Terrible experience. The tomato in the Margherita was poor. Making a good Margherita is the foundation. The only positive note was the waitress (not the owner), who was kind and cheerful. I'm sorry to have to leave this review, but it's unfair to offer this type of product considering the price paid.

21/11/2025: The pizzas here are really good. I recommend it for that, but the acoustics are terrible. If you happen to have a children's party going on at the same time, you'll be completely overwhelmed by the noise. Otherwise, it's fine.

01/09/2025: Vegan review: A very welcoming place, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The menu offers six vegan options, a real treat for those looking for plant-based options. I tried a sandwich, which was very good, and the fries were also tasty and crispy. The place is large, with plenty of tables, but I recommend making a reservation because it gets very busy. In addition to sandwiches, they also make pizzas and have an excellent selection of craft and unique beers, suitable for all tastes. Recommended!

17/11/2025: An excellent culinary experience. I recommend the house menu: appetizer, two first courses, a mixed roast meat with side dishes, and a hazelnut liqueur to finish. Everything was excellent.

16/11/2025: We weren't familiar with the place and booked a table for 1:30 PM at the recommendation of a nearby farm where we'd spent the morning: my husband, my five-year-old son, and I. We arrived at 1:40 PM and were seated. The setting was charming, with an outdoor space for the kids to run around, a much-appreciated feature that proved a lifesaver during the crucial wait. It took approximately 50 minutes just to order, and another 50 from ordering to the first course. We asked for water, and even for that we had to wait at least an hour. At 3:20 PM, we asked if we still had a long wait: the child was hungry, and without bothering the child, the adults were too. Even on that occasion, a minimum acknowledgement of the problem would have been appreciated: but we were told politely, but without a word of apology, that they had 200 tables to serve, that they were served on a first-come, first-served basis, and that we certainly hadn't arrived at 12:30, that the food was excellent and of the expected quality, and that they would go and inform us how much time would pass so we could freely choose whether to stay or leave. It must be said that one isn't exactly free to leave at 3:20: where else would one go to eat at that hour? I recognize, however, that after they went to inform us, the first course arrived almost immediately (3:27), but alone. The choice was therefore to eat alone or wait for my husband and son's dish (which took another full ten minutes) and eat cold. We ate a first course, a second course, a side dish, and dessert. The food was objectively of medium-high quality, and the dishes were quite plentiful. However, the waiting times were excessive. When it came time to pay, we spoke to a second person, different from the first. We complimented the food but wanted to point out that the wait had been disproportionate. The response was even less diplomatic and apologetic than the first, if that were possible: the menu already states that the wait can be up to 50 minutes, and when it was pointed out that if we had waited 50 minutes, we would have eaten at 2:30 PM, this person hastily added, without any acknowledgement of the problem: "Fifty minutes FROM THE TIME OF ORDERING." So the secret at this point is to leave the customer without ordering for an hour and then say that the 50-minute wait was respected anyway! In other words: it wasn't an isolated incident, nothing had happened to warrant apology; this is clearly a place where they find it expected and predictable to serve a table that had booked and was seated at 1:40 PM until 3:30 PM. And without even, I don't mean a free cookie, but at least a contrite face. I can understand that it might be the establishment's policy, but I don't agree with it, and I believe that those unfamiliar with the place should be able to choose to eat there with full awareness.

17/09/2025: My Saturday night experience was quite sad! Reservations made a week in advance for my bachelorette party... 25 people, pizza and appetizers... we arrived 20 minutes late (due to the intense weekend traffic). First problem: the reservation was canceled because they thought I was too late, making me look bad in front of the guests! After several arguments with the staff, we managed to get seated, but the second problem: after receiving a maximum of 7 pizzas, the wait staff informed us that they had run out of pizzas and that they had nothing left! Not to mention the rather rude staff... What can I say? An evening I will certainly never forget...
