06/10/2025: The entire staff is fantastic, and Agatino is a real good guy. The food is delicious!!! We'll be back with great pleasure.

05/10/2025: Met my friend there. We were going to consider eating there but I met him there for a beer before we went home to get ready for dinner. He decided to just have one beer and watch a football match. They gave him the wrong beer in the wrong glass and charged him 7 euros for it. Then when he got the bill they charged him 10 euros total and explained that 3 euros was for sitting inside the restaurant at a table in their empty restaurant. That is ridiculous. We won’t be eating there now and we feel like they were taking advantage of us for being tourists.

14/05/2025: Chocolate means pampering yourself, relaxing, dedicating some time to yourself to recover from stressful days. When you cross the threshold of this place the furnishings take you back to a time when stress was unknown and the hours seemed to go more slowly. This can still happen by treating yourself to a break with friends in front of a wonderful sacher and a coffee or a very hot chocolate with a dollop of cream that seems to resemble the nearby Etna volcano with its snow-capped peak. Recommended for moments of relaxation between women...

22/09/2025: A romantic dinner, just like the name suggests. The people were exquisite and friendly, especially Mrs. Grazia. Must try and repeat.

20/09/2025: We came to the restaurant on our first night in Catania, and we liked it that much that we had at least one meal a day there. It is really what you see in movies-Italian family restaurants where every wish is to be respected. Prices are also something that surprised us. Definitely coming back soon.

26/09/2025: Very good appetizers and main courses. Very friendly service, food delivered quickly. Beautiful views of the sea and hill from the outdoor seating. We recommend it.

23/09/2025: Ordered the sharing platter of seafood. Overall was wonderful, nice variety and fresh. Server was great with traditional Sicilian flair. 180 view of the Ionion sea.

26/08/2025: Impeccable service, 12 euro burger served without fries, they force you to order them separately..... two burgers, a portion of onion rings, a bottle of water 42 euros..... on Sunday it wasn't even crowded when other places were full even with reservations..... ask yourself two questions and give yourself two answers.... I don't recommend it

25/08/2025: A nice place. We dined here one evening (9:30 PM) a few weeks ago. Friendly staff, a nice place, and plenty of seating. I recommend making a reservation if you want to be sure of a seat. The location is good, especially because parking is easy to find. The only downside is that the wait to order is a bit long. The staff seems a bit understaffed for the flow of customers. Despite this, the sandwiches arrived quickly and were very good. I recommend them ;)

23/08/2025: I ordered three pizzas and a 66cl beer for delivery. The guy showed up with three pizzas and a small beer, a different brand than the one I ordered. He promised to bring another 33cl bottle, and I paid, confident he'd be right back. After an hour and a reminder, nothing arrived. I called the pizzeria again and asked them not to come. We'd eaten and digested the pizza, so I'd buy them a beer for tonight. This is not the way to behave.

17/09/2025: My Saturday night experience was quite sad! Reservations made a week in advance for my bachelorette party... 25 people, pizza and appetizers... we arrived 20 minutes late (due to the intense weekend traffic). First problem: the reservation was canceled because they thought I was too late, making me look bad in front of the guests! After several arguments with the staff, we managed to get seated, but the second problem: after receiving a maximum of 7 pizzas, the wait staff informed us that they had run out of pizzas and that they had nothing left! Not to mention the rather rude staff... What can I say? An evening I will certainly never forget...

15/10/2025: We stayed just one night, it was beautiful, the property is immersed in a forest of chestnut and apple trees, everything is cooked by the owners, it feels like being in a fairy tale!

23/09/2025: We couldn't have chosen a better place for our first experience in the Etna National Park. Laura and Giuseppe were spectacular hosts... The farmhouse, nestled in the greenery of the park, was a heavenly place to unwind from the daily grind. We all had a great time, even our 5-year-old son and our 6-year-old dog. Highly recommended!

03/07/2025: — FOOD — Had the estate tasting menu. The starter shrimp is good; the main course seabass is underwhelming. Overall, not an impressive one-star restaurant, overpriced. — SERVICE — Everyone was seated outside. There were many mosquitoes. To make it worse, a cockroach flew on our desk and drank our water. The waiter told me this is nature as we are in nature. That is a deal breaker for me.

02/07/2025: Had a splendid experience at both of our meals at Zash Ristorante. As we were staying at the property, we were able to enjoy the full blown Michelin experience (ordered the 5 course chef’s surprise menu) on Monday evening followed by the pizza menu Tuesday (the restaurant’s “night off”) and both were stellar. Amazing views of the on-site orchard and sea in the distance. The five-course wound up being closer to 7 if you include the hefty bread course and amuse bouche which come with the order. Had some stellar Etna Bianco with both, great service and dining was five star across both very different meals. The tuna belly, ravioli and Pizza Norma were all huge hits and we trusted the Zash team to select amari and wine with little direction at both meals, and they didn’t miss.

31/05/2025: I can only say that it is the best sweet shop ever. And there are no number of stars that can be enough. I have not tasted sweets and cream so good in a lifetime. Thank you for everything you prepare. You are the best.

11/05/2025: The products are acceptable while the friendliness of the sales assistants leaves something to be desired.

27/09/2025: Good food and very friendly service. The waiter with glasses speaks English and is very helpful. I recommend both the service and the food. It's nice that they also sell ice cream.

26/09/2025: The food is very tasty, the staff tries their best, but the English is 50/50 :) The biggest attraction of the place are the cats, who feel at home here ✌️

11/09/2025: The restaurant was recently renovated under new management. Chef Sandro delighted us with some truly excellent dishes. The menu features both fish and meat dishes, all delicious and prepared with top-quality ingredients. Highly recommended!
