15/02/2026: Had the opportunity to get a nice Cherry Gelato while celebrating Carnivale. Nice place to take a load off your feet , get an espresso and gelato.

01/02/2026: The tiramisu was taken out of the fridge and put in the microwave to... thaw. It didn't thaw in time and was served partially frozen. That aside, the taste was so-so. In fact, all the tiramisu I've had before were tastier. The coffee was good. The price doesn't match the quality. Two tiramisu plus one espresso plus three cups of water: €11.50

The atmosphere is refined, designer-inspired, yet never cold: it's elegant, warm, and welcoming, almost like being at home, yet with that touch of style that makes it special. The cuisine is simple and authentic, yet of a quality that is evident at first bite. The ingredients are carefully selected. The flavors are clean, authentic, and balanced. An added bonus that makes the experience even more enjoyable is the owner: super friendly, cordial, and always smiling. He welcomes you as if you were a regular guest, immediately putting you at ease with his warmth and helpfulness. It's one of those places where you feel listened to, pampered, and truly welcome. It also has an excellent wine selection, well-thought out and perfectly in keeping with the quality of the cuisine: tastefully chosen labels that complement each dish and enhance its flavors. In short, it's one of those places that wins you over without needing to overdo it: the food is excellent, the atmosphere is both familiar and refined, and you leave wanting more. A place that doesn't just serve food, but offers a true experience.

03/03/2026: We still can't believe such a blunder comes from a restaurant that serves raw fish. Last night we ordered a takeout sushi box whose salmon had literally gone bad, who knows how many days ago. It smelled nauseating when we opened the box, both the sashimi and the tartare, and the texture was mushy and flaky. We are your customers and we know your methods well, and we know raw salmon, whether fresh or not. Serving spoiled raw fish is highly dangerous due to the enormous battery charge created during its decomposition, seriously endangering the health of those who eat it. I remind you that something like this is unacceptable and legally punishable if it causes physical consequences. The rest of the food was very good, as always. This feedback isn't intended as a malicious attack, but rather as a reprimand and a call to attention to this huge mistake made last night. Best regards.

30/08/2025: It was my first time at Maori Fusion and I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is simple yet refined, the staff is kind and attentive, especially the head waiter: someone who exudes serenity, passion, and love for what she does, making the experience even more enjoyable. The cuisine won me over: I tasted refined sushi, with attention to detail and a difference. A place I highly recommend!

21/02/2026: I don't recommend it. The initial service was mediocre, with constant pressure to choose our food. It seemed like they were in a rush to get us to eat and then sell us out. Remember, customers should be pampered because they bring in money; they sit down because they primarily want to relax. The food was average, nothing special. Choose something else...

16/11/2025: I find it absurd that the filling of any pastry is always mixed with cream. I wanted a basket with strawberries and custard, but as soon as I tasted it, it tasted like a basket with cream and strawberries.

09/09/2025: I'd been thinking about going to a place like this for a while... to taste some wines on site. It was a truly unique experience that I highly recommend. Il Feudo has been completely renovated with spacious rooms, and the restaurant was impeccable in the dishes we ordered. We used the pool during our stay. The owner and all the staff were attentive and welcoming.

08/08/2025: My wife and I absolutely loved this place and wished we'd stayed longer than a night! The surrounding vineyards with Etna on the horizon were stunning. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, a decent-sized pool and a fantastic selection of fresh produce at the buffet breakfast. I highly recommend the wine tasting too. Corrado's passion for wine-making is infectious and informative, the wine itself is delicious and the package is generous with fair-sized sample glasses and an ample, tasty aperitif platter. We were left to enjoy the wine samples and food on the terrace, after each explanation, which was perfect for us. I can't rate the whole experience highly enough! One of the highlights of our time in Sicily!

The other courses, served by various diners, weren't bad, but... It lacked that spark to say wow... They can do it...

06/01/2026: We ate for 6 people, including an appetizer and a main course. Four of the first courses were left out because they weren't edible, and very little appetizer was served. I was expecting a reasonable price, but instead we paid €60 per person for nothing. I, and everyone I know, will never return. It's truly disappointing.
