10/10/2025: I give 5 stars for the food - the service and the atmosphere, if there were 10 stars I would give all ten, I am a regular customer every day, the quality is excellent, not to mention the granitas which are the best, the hot table is excellent and then all the guys are quite good from Davide, to Giacomo the best of the pastry and cakes up to the waiters, there is a family welcome so I recommend the Blue bar in Piazza Europa to everyone ❤️

14/10/2025: We organized a Saturday evening and were warmly welcomed by the staff, who immediately made us feel at home. The pizzas were delicious, with excellent dough and perfectly cooked. The staff was kind and friendly.

14/10/2025: A typical trattoria where you can enjoy delicious traditional Sicilian dishes. The food is excellent and fresh, you can see it and taste it, but everything is overshadowed by the long, very long, interminable waits. For rustic appetizers (cured meats, cheeses, olives, and caponata), which were all cold and pre-made, we waited over 50 minutes. The first courses arrived very quickly by comparison, but for a table of seven, they arrived in four rounds, 20 minutes apart. The last rice dish arrived after the first course had already digested. We didn't leave because it was 4 PM and we wouldn't have found anything else. This is unacceptable. We eat together; the courses for a table should all be served at once. We had also ordered second courses, but due to the long wait, we had to ask to cancel the order. They leave a note on the table informing us of the long wait, but I find this absurd. The kitchen is probably small and can't handle the number of diners in the dining room. Well, they're reducing the number of tables and offering better, more adequate service. Because as good as the food is, at the thought of having to endure hours of waiting for a simple plate of pasta and an appetizer, I'd rather give it up.

13/08/2025: In Catania, it's the best place to eat fresh seafood. Mr. Tony is legendary, a restaurateur from days gone by who puts his heart and soul into his work!!! I recommend booking well in advance, otherwise you won't be able to find a table.

25/04/2025: Ottimo cibo…antipasti deliziosi, primi delicati e per secondo un orata cotta in controsale super!per finire sorbetto al mandarino e torta ai tre cioccolati…tutto accompagnato da ottimo vino

23/04/2025: Vuoi gustare del pesce fresco in un clima familiare sereno ,assaporando e gustando piatti unici che desideri conoscere per la prima volta .....il gestore si interessa a te si preoccupa se il cliente ha gradito dà spiegazioni per ogni menù con semplicità , professionalità e gentilezza e alla fine non manca mai di sorprendere con un dolce regalo....bravi continuate così!

11/08/2025: The premises are very clean and welcoming. In the late morning and afternoon, the atmosphere is tranquil, with excellent background music. I think it's much busier in the evening. The clientele clearly appreciates both the premises and the products. So, a top rating.

19/09/2025: Extremely negative experience. Two days earlier, I had ordered two ice cream cakes for my birthday. When I went to pick them up, one was wrong; a pistachio ice cream cake had become a bausette, and the other hadn't been prepared at all. A huge inconvenience for a birthday party. NOT RECOMMENDED.

13/09/2025: The food was very good, but... Change the staff... rude. You call them and they ignore you... ask to order and my colleague comes through... but why doesn't anyone tell your colleague that we want to order???? I can't stand rudeness!! 3 stars ⭐️ just because the pastries are good!

31/07/2025: Truly an unexpected gem, excellent value for money, top-notch service (the waiters were ready to satisfy our needs as best as possible). The highlight? Try the Catalan-style lobster, truly excellent. I will definitely be back.

05/10/2025: Wonderful welcome, the owner, Simone, was very kind and helpful throughout. We had lunch with appetizers, which were excellent, and only the first courses because, at least for me, it was already more than enough. However, I had spaghetti with squid ink, a true delicacy with lots of squid on the side. You guys must try it, I don't think it's easy to find a restaurant that beats it. Thanks so much to Simone and all the staff. See you next time!
