14/06/2025: Everything was great! We ate the Sicilian ones, delicious fried panzerotti with a filling of your choice and everything arrived very quickly! We will definitely be back :)))

12/06/2025: Really positive experience! The Sicilian pizza was excellent: soft dough but just the right amount of crunchy, abundant and tasty toppings. You can feel the care and quality of the cuisine in every bite. The service was also up to par: all the staff were friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. A special applause to the guy who brought the dishes to the table: he managed to bring even 5 or 6 pizzas together with incredible confidence and speed, without ever losing his smile. A true professional, organized and tireless. We will definitely be back: for the food, for the service and for the beautiful atmosphere you can breathe!

14/06/2025: Attratta dai video postati sui social mi sono incuriosita e ho voluto pranzarci insieme a mio figlio. Era pienissimo ma nonostante non avessimo prenotato il ragazzo ci ha fatti gentilmente accomodare nel terrazzino anche pieno di persone infatti stavamo gomito a gomito con altre persone. Abbiamo preso l'antipasto e le polpette di cavallo. Le polpette molto buone, l'antipasto povero e insipido. Le portate erano tante ma gli ingredienti sempre li stessi. Uova uova uova.

25/04/2025: Easter lunch with my relatives, the place was full and we had lunch in a fairly small room full of diners and very loud music, you couldn't even hear the neighbor next door. The food and service was good enough, it was just poor. At the time of payment we were asked if we were satisfied and we replied "no" the owner, told us that there were many of us and he could not do better. A suggestion: next time make fewer reservations and you'll see that people come back, those who were with me won't come back.

15/04/2025: Went several times for both lunch and dinner, eating very well, with abundant dishes. Polite and attentive staff, clean room. Very nice owners, they make you feel at ease. I will definitely be back.

22/04/2025: Il giorno di Pasquetta siamo stati a Sciaramanica per un pranzetto rilassante, i proprietari erano stati informati che preferivamo mangiare a base di verdure, non vi dico quanta scelta, l'antipasto sembrava un vero e proprio quadro, dai colori mozzafiato, grazie Alfio e Lucia per la vostra disponibilità e la cura degli ingredienti squisiti

25/04/2025: The place is very nice, frequented by nice people, quiet and chic. Two somewhat painful notes for me. The first is that my rum and cola tasted like low-carbon coke, unfortunately there was very little alcohol. Obviously I don't expect a bottle of rum inside but for the price I paid I would have preferred it not to be a watered down drink. Second, more of an advice than a criticism: it would be nice if you gave a choice, if you have them, of different "flavors" for the hookah or at most, if you could at least say when you bring it what aroma is inside because at my table another friend of mine and I are allergic to berries but no one told us that the aroma of the hookah was exactly that.

04/03/2025: I celebrated my graduation at Corthé. The place is cared for down to the smallest detail and very beautiful The owners were very kind and helpful, they organized everything down to the smallest detail. The quality of service provided was very high for the food and the quality of the cocktails.

15/06/2025: Location, very nice, located in a passage area between Mascalucia and Nicolosi. Well kept with an external veranda overlooking the street. Average granita (what I took). Prompt and efficient service. Improvable, in my case, the "presentation" of tables and dishes, better to check beforehand. Overall recommended.

30/05/2025: Good Sicilian dishes, all prepared with love. Friendly staff. The food is simply authentic. Not Michelin-starred cuisine. It doesn't have to be. Perfect for those experiencing Sicily for the first time. Personal recommendation for dessert: The pistachio and/or almond semifreddo

01/05/2025: Lo si sceglie se si vuole la certezza di mangiare bene. Locale sempre carino, accogliente e molto molto pulito. La qualità della cucina è di prim’ordine, con piatti ricercati e mai banali, valorizzati dall’accostamento alla cucina locale, del buonissimo tartufo. Servizio e professionalità sempre ai massimi livelli.

16/04/2025: Huiselijk restaurant met heerlijk eten. Alles was perfect, de pasta, het vlees, de vis en de beste desserts. Aanrader voor wie in de buurt van de Etna verblijft.

26/05/2025: The hall is beautiful, bright and large. The setup for the confirmation was excellent. Small parking lot but enough for about ten cars. Unfortunately it is not asphalted and therefore difficult to use with heels. Not very well cared for with trees with hanging branches that prevent walking among the cars.

29/03/2025: Ho trovato il mio bicchiere sporco di rossetto e maleodorante... può capitare? Certo! Peccato però che anche tutti i restanti bicchieri del tavolo puzzavano di odori diversi e anche le stoviglie erano sporche. Il cibo non è stato di mio gradimento (polled pork) in quanto l'unica cosa che si apprezzava del piatto era il peperoncino.
