11/04/2025: Outstanding seafood and incredibly fresh fish, beautifully presented. The wine was exceptional, and the desserts were truly memorable—especially the pistachio tiramisu, a delightful twist I’d never seen before, but absolutely delicious. Service was warm and attentive, and the ambiance, right by the sea in a cozy, charming spot, made the experience even more special.

07/04/2025: ieri sera cena a base di pesce eccezionale. neonata cruda delicatissima, un risotto alla pescatora con tutti sapori del mare e poi una seppia cruda la cui semplicità ne metteva in risalto la freschezza. il tutto innaffiato da un calice di insolia ricco di profumi. la cortesia e la simpatia del proprietario, hanno reso ancor più gradevole la serata. grazie Davide e spero di tornare presto!

29/06/2025: I was very satisfied with this place. The prices are really great, in fact the mixed roast horse (the one in the photo but missing the horse sausage) is in fact 13 euros. That horse meatball, the rolls but above all the sausage that melted in your mouth, were exquisite. The waiting times are very short, as everything arrived in about 15 minutes. I really recommend it, for those who want to eat out, well and spend little. I also recommend getting the mixed roasts (normal or horse).

18/06/2025: It's a great restaurant. The access is worse, very bad for trucks with semi-trailers. Smaller parking lot at the top of the restaurant.

24/07/2025: Bar located in the center of Mascali a few steps from Piazza Duomo, where you will find Adriano and Michele who are ready to welcome customers with education and professionalism. I discovered this bar a few months ago and I frequent it every day, for breakfast or for my moments of afternoon relaxation. I recommend it for breakfast, a quick snack or simply an aperitif.

10/07/2025: Ho preso un dolce alla ricotta che non ho gradito a pieno. Mangiabile, ma non soddisfacente. La ricotta sembrava industriale e il sapore dell'involucro non eccelleva, comunque era nel complesso accettabile. C'è di meglio.

23/05/2025: Definitely a nice place with lots of vintage objects to admire, really kind and polite staff, but as for the food I have to say really disappointing. We took a seasoned baked product. The dough was hard with shades of black and tasted like burnt bread. As I was about to forcefully cut the food, I noticed a lot of customers coming and going who were ordering more and many others who were complaining about the refusal of reservations on The Fork. Maybe it was the unwelcome food, the child who was always crying at the next table, but in the end I left hungrier than when I entered. Unfortunately, as in life, you need luck even at a restaurant and to understand what to order. Conclusion, while we were going home we discovered that the prices on the menu were not those on the receipt (higher on the receipt). Simple bad luck.

20/05/2025: Lovely pizza, friendly staff, really good service. Option to sit inside or outside - inside is very nicely set-out - going back.

25/08/2025: Terrible experience. I spent a whopping €30 and got pizzas with rubbery dough, super-thick American-style cheese, which obviously wasn't mozzarella; not to mention the discount store prosciutto, which was nothing like San Daniele! But the worst part was the fries, which I paid a whopping €5, and they arrived burnt on the outside and raw on the inside, inedible. My expectations were high after seeing the photos, but I never imagined I'd get this awful meal.

13/04/2025: Luogo accogliente, ottimo servizio e cibo abbondante e squisito. Una porzione di antipasto ripartita in tre e con grande soddisfazione, anche il riso con pesce persico molto abbondante e buonissimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono.

12/07/2025: A great bar, with an outdoor area that allows for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere despite being in a busy area, yet packed with shops, Vicerè Park, and the large Friday market. The staff is always friendly and polite, and the granita and brioche con tuppo are delicious!

15/08/2025: IT FEELS AT HOME! A truly relaxing and satisfying experience: delicious food; wonderful hospitality from Mrs. Teresa; simple and refined atmosphere. Today I had lunch with a delicious plate of hot and cold appetizers (caponata, salami and pancetta, sheep's cheese, fried vegetables in batter, baked egg, eggplant cutlet and parmigiana, sun-dried and gratinated tomatoes, bell pepper roll, pickled olives); then two first courses: macaroni al ferretto (alla norma, and with hazelnut and pancetta sauce); a second course of baked pancetta with breadcrumbs and a pepper and tomato filling, with a side of baked potatoes; a slice of ice cream cake with black cherry syrup; bread (delicious, perfectly baked from crust to crumb!), water, Coke, wine; and coffee at the end. All at a very discounted price, and above all, with the feeling of having delicious food as if you were at home, in an environment that even when it was full remained reasonably quiet and without any noise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

31/05/2025: È da molti anni che conosciamo il Sig. Mario e la famiglia Bonaccorso. Al solito il pranzo è stato all'altezza delle aspettative dagli antipasti, ai 2 primi (sedani al ragù di vitello con finocchietto selvatico e tortellini ai funghi porcini conditi con speck e nocciola) al secondo e al dolce. Consigliato.
