It once boasted a more sophisticated, modern pastry shop, but for many years it's been offering the same products as all the other pastry shops in Palermo, with prices far above average and for no good reason. The owner has no qualms about yelling at his staff in the shop.

06/01/2026: Terrible products. I had a maritozzo with cream. It was hard, and the cream tasted like it was from the fridge. It definitely wasn't fresh. The prices are sky-high. I don't recommend it. Never again.

14/03/2026: This morning, I had a croissant for breakfast... One of the best berry croissants I've ever had: generous filling, fresh flavor, and a soft, fragrant dough. A clear example of when quality makes a product unique. All this with the assistance of Daniela, a cheerful woman who makes you feel at home. What can I say... it's always a pleasure coming to your café.

07/03/2026: I've been a customer for years and can say that since they changed pastry chef/roasthouse, probably because I noticed the difference, both the snack bar and breakfast have been much better. Giovanni, the counter and coffee attendant, is number one for kindness, courtesy, and especially for his coffee preparation. Furthermore, Mrs. Daniela is a special person, a jack-of-all-trades who exudes positive energy. It's a pleasure to stop at this bar, even for a short break... RECOMMENDED! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

06/03/2026: Good but not very good, we were there for an 18th birthday and a graduation, the first courses were excellent, especially the casarecci, the wine that is served to accompany the meals is good but you can pair it with a more pleasant red, the service is almost impeccable, the dessert and fruit section needs to be reviewed and improved

01/12/2025: As soon as we sat down, the waitress brought us a bottle of water, a small plate of chips, and a plate of bruschetta. We told her there was a mistake and that we had never ordered those things. We were told it was "because of the wait," so we assumed it was a welcome "aperitif" offered by the house. At the end of the dinner, the surprise arrived: an extra ten euros on the bill. What they made you believe was a complimentary dish was actually an appetizer imposed and charged for. Unbelievable. Upon pointing this out, we were refunded. I advise the owner to reconsider this "terrible" marketing strategy (bordering on scamming), because doing so will only drive away customers. The pizza is good, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is pleasant, and we would have gladly returned. What a shame. I'm still giving it 4 stars, hoping these recommendations will be taken into account.

22/11/2025: They don't keep kindness and courtesy hidden away, but show it to everyone. Possible and impossible are their motto. Very good pizza with very light crust. As I always say, food is a personal pleasure that everyone should experience for themselves.

19/02/2026: Mascali, CT. Via Immacolata, 40. A while ago, we stopped for breakfast. No exceptions: the classic breakfast during the cooler months: granita and brioche. We had a good experience, in keeping with the average quality of most of the cafés and pastry shops in our province.

19/02/2026: A bar located in the center of Mascali, just steps from Piazza Duomo, where you'll find Adriano and Michele, who are ready to welcome customers with courtesy and professionalism. I discovered this bar a few months ago and frequent it every day, for breakfast or for a relaxing afternoon. I recommend it for breakfast, a quick snack, or simply an aperitif. Last but not least, this place doesn't waste anything (they're part of the "Too Good To Go" program).

30/10/2025: I have mixed feelings about this hotel where we spent six days. I expected more. While situated on a pleasant property, it had many shortcomings. Negative points: the room was adequate but nothing special, the soundproofing was insufficient, the breakfast buffet lacked variety (no option to make toast), and the service was rather slow and not always prioritized. I was also very disappointed with the restaurant. On our only visit, our dishes arrived almost cold. The menu was limited and quite expensive.
