17/08/2024: Tutto molto buono. Bel locale e personale simpatico e cordiale. Buonissimo e freschissimo il polipo e le ostriche, molto buona anche la pasta al pesce. Unica pecca la carbonara ecco questa magari no, la carbonara è un'altra cosa, ma tutto sommato ottima esperienza!!

22/07/2024: Abbiamo festeggiato il compleanno del nonno Antonino presso il capriccio ristorante,il pranzo è stato a base di pesce,numerosi antipasti tutti buoni e gustosi tre primi spettacolari un tris di secondi fantastici. Il servizio buono e celere,insomma una domenica da incorniciare torneremo.

The hot aperitif choice was an absolute WOW, I accompanied it with a Caipirinha and others chose a mojito, cocktails made with excellent quality alcohol, then the tempura prawns to try 😍. Sushi made with the freshest raw materials. The raw fish, go and try them and you will understand why I recommend this place. The staff are trained, polite, attentive, with a smile to put every customer at ease. You can enjoy your dinner in company or alone without feeling uncomfortable, there is a truly beautiful environment with a relaxing atmosphere. 24/08/2024: Purtroppo siamo rimasti scioccati dal conto finale, io non avevo mai pagato così tanto da nessuna parte in vita mia, io e mio marito abbiamo pagato 110 euro in due... All'inizio credevo di aver visto male, ho anche chiesto se era uno scherzo o se ci fosse un errore. Purtroppo non fatevi fregare come noi, quando arrivate ti dicono di andare al bancone e scegliere cosa vuoi, con molta fretta, in piedi, senza menu davanti per poter vedere i prezzi. Abbiamo preso del polpo, dei frutti di mare, e due linguine alle vongole che mio marito ha lasciato sul tavolo perché non erano buoni. Alla fine pensavo avremmo speso 25/30 euro a testa, e ci siamo ritrovati con 110 euro. Non penso torneremo più e consiglio ai proprietari di fare sedere i clienti e fornire loro i prezzi di quanto scelgono di mangiare!!!!

Environment for families and others.. Obviously I will return... I recommend it

05/08/2024: Ci siamo fermati a cena in questo locale, dove abbiamo provato una serie di "tapas" locali buone e divertenti: un "ammazzavino", un pollo al Curry, le polpette alla Norma, un hummus, accompagnati da una buona Weiss. Servizio cordiale ed efficiente. Unico neo il conto: non ci è stato portato un preconto ma solo l'elenco delle pietanze che abbiamo preso, quindi non sappiamo come ricostruire il totale. Un pò strano, ma lì per lì abbiamo lasciato correre perché siamo stati bene.

18/08/2024: Unfortunately for the first time I had a bad experience, I'm very sorry for this, all the owners of the various clubs in Randazzo know me and know very well who I am and that I have never made any complaints. A girl sitting at the table with us asks for water and the waitress replies that they don't have bottled water, but purified tap water and for this reason it has a certain cost and that people then complain on Facebook. I said that I only drink water, the waitress replied in a very pedantic and rude way that she wouldn't bring water because in the past there had been complaints about the excessive cost of water. I replied that it was the first time I had set foot there and also the last, given the treatment I received. Moral of the story, I didn't take anything, I waited for whoever was with me to eat and we left. I'm sorry for what happened, but I had nothing to do with this situation and I got into it.

08/07/2024: Hungry after an evening, we decide to stop and get a takeaway pizza to eat "on the fly" for the limited time available to us. It happens to us at double zero shot. 11pm. Empty place. I go in and order 1 pizza, 1 beer and 1 water, almost embarrassed to disturb the pizza chef sitting outside for a well-deserved rest. Pizza ready in 5 minutes anyway so we leave the place with my wife and since the tables outside were empty, we suddenly decide to sit at one of these to eat quickly AFTER AUTHORIZATION TO THE SAME STAFF SITTING OUTSIDE (I think Pizza chef helper). Having received permission we sat down. However, while we were eating the pizza, the cashier/owner (I don't know) joins us to point out with ill-concealed annoyance that the place also offers table service... in other words our gesture of occupying a table after a takeaway order was not appreciated. . Now, having changed my mind along the way and having occupied a table, I would first of all ask for forgiveness for our mistake, but I would like to advise the restaurateur to be less rigid on these occasions: we asked for authorisation, the place was empty, the tables unoccupied and the same staff were sitting outside lounging (this is more serious); in this specific case, pointing out something like this to the customer who has regularly purchased the drink is a boomerang. I underline in my case that the difference in profit between takeaway and table service is only the cover charge, therefore in the order of 2-4 euros. I would like to point out that at the end we removed cardboard and bottles and consciously cleaned the table. Sin! the pizza was decent, but the managers instead of gaining new customers (while we were tasting the pizza we were already calmly organizing a return trip with the families) made sure to lose them... in the end for a 2-4 euro cover charge. Unfortunately for them, we won't be back.
