25/11/2025: I'm sorry to have to give a negative review because we usually find a young and kind person when we go. Unfortunately, our last experience was 100% negative. We ordered a children's cake with a character. The order was confirmed over the phone. When we picked it up, the cake was already wrapped in its cardboard box. When we opened the cake at home, we were greeted with a classic white cake with the words "Happy Birthday" written on it. No children's characters, no colored cream, nothing at all! We called, thinking there was a mix-up, and were told that the cake was made this way by the pastry chef and that there was no mistake. The 1.5 kg cake was too small to include a print! Why wasn't this explained when we placed the order over the phone? Why wasn't this explained when we picked it up?! For €20, you lost face! Congratulations on ruining a happy moment for a child (who paid regularly). Plus, we make a small cake every year, and it's NEVER been a problem to include pictures. In any case, there was no intention on the part of the pastry chef and/or the owners to make the cake child-friendly. Truly ugly! Congratulations on the dedication and love you put into your work. Great professionals!

25/11/2025: A historic bar in Nicolosi that's unfortunately losing its appeal. We've been customers for a long time, and I'm truly disappointed because, despite the mistake and the fact that they ruined a child's surprise, they didn't even apologize. To err is human, so why make such a fool of yourself?

15/09/2025: Not much to say, the guys are amazing, the food is delicious, the cocktails are amazing. Maybe avoid the weekends, it's very crowded and the service is inevitably very slow.

07/09/2025: Although difficult to get to, it was worth it in the end. The owner was very kind, the products were delicious and authentic, the appetizers were generous, and the prices were affordable. The atmosphere was relaxing, and it was a typical Sicilian aristocratic place.

16/11/2025: The best pizza in Catania. Super digestible, well-seasoned, and always perfectly cooked, never burned (not even on a Saturday night!)

08/07/2025: The quality of the dishes is exceptional; the lasagna alla norma is delicious. There's always a wide selection, and the staff is incredibly friendly.

16/11/2025: Terrible. Reservation system not explained at the cashier. 23-minute wait for 2 toasts and empty tables. Cashier turns her back to the customer. Cashier helps in the kitchen (hygiene?). Menu prices not respected... Generic note with a pen. Cold can buried in the bag with the hot toasts on top. Truly an absurd experience... It was the first time and there won't be a second. Even the tables were dirty.

23/10/2025: This an amazing place to eat at or get it delivered.

30/11/2025: Today my family and I all stopped by for lunch. The service was friendly enough, but the prices and food weren't very impressive. While I was eating, I found a hair in a fish and even told the waiter, saying, "Damn, I'll bring you another one." But after waiting an hour, he didn't bring me anything. The area was pretty nice and welcoming. The only thing that shocked everyone, I think, was the price! We spent €500 for 17 people, and the receipt didn't even list what we ordered.

20/09/2025: Zero welcome, very poor service, not so bad environment, very poor food, an experience I would never repeat

11/11/2025: The quality of their meats is a definite plus! The staff is top notch. I hope to return soon.

26/10/2025: We went with a group of friends, and it was just us in the place. Not a great experience, and it came at a high price!

19/09/2025: You can eat anything, and it's all good. The owner's elegance overshadows some of the waiters, who are good but less charismatic.

21/10/2025: I usually find good food and great customer service at these lesser-known establishments, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I've been twice, the first time so-so, but the second experience was extremely disappointing: the food was undercooked and the service was slow and chaotic. In the end, I paid the same as at a renowned restaurant.

19/10/2025: The food was average, but the service was poor, especially with the owner. He doesn't know how to manage or respect the customer. (He makes you gasp for air.) Because he brought the dishes without finishing the appetizer first, etc.

31/10/2025: I had an arancini with ragù and I really liked it.

01/10/2025: Inadequate, inexperienced, uninterested, extremely slow, and in some cases even rude staff... Half an hour to take orders, another half an hour to serve, and you haven't even finished eating before they ask if you're finished, as if to tell you to hurry. Then, you ask for water and they bring two glasses less than half full for two people, and there are four at the table, two drink and two don't... Or two drink from one glass and two from another (assuming that little bit of water is even enough). Then again, (this is with regards to those preparing the orders, the trays) a caffè macchiato passed off as a cappuccino and paid as such, is priced triple what it was about a year and a half ago... Customers are probably paying for the renovation of the place and the public space outside. In any case, absolutely not recommended.

28/08/2025: A great experience at this bakery, discovered by chance: the Sicilian pastries are light and well-seasoned, and most importantly, the fried food is perfectly dry, not greasy. The outdoor tables allow you to enjoy the typical cool air of the area, and for those seeking relief from the sweltering city heat, there's nothing better! The staff isn't particularly friendly, but they're efficient. Recommended.

19/08/2025: A typical bakery on Via Roma! We happened upon it by chance and ordered an excellent freshly baked calzone: 1 tuma and anchovies and 2 tuma and pepper. The owner, Salvatore, was incredibly friendly. Highly recommended for both takeout and dine-in.

22/07/2025: The pizza is amazing, and super tasty. Everybody was very nice, smiled and helpful.

28/06/2025: The kindness of all the staff is unique. The pizzas are delicious and filled with every goodness. Note the friendliness and sweetness of Mrs. Patrizia and the cordiality of her family. Highly recommended.
