Everything is good, but the dishes and prices are absolutely not restaurant-like.

Lovely place, well furnished and very welcoming. The host was very kind, polite and willing to give excellent advice on the choice of dishes. The quality of the food is truly excellent. Highly recommended to spend an evening immersed in a relaxing atmosphere, enlivened by pleasant background music and enjoying excellent food and excellent wine.

We were in the Etna Nord ski area and as we descended towards Linguaglossa we remembered some advice that our food guru, our friend Peppe Murò, had given us. He knows how we understand food and therefore he didn't make a mistake this time too. From the outside, the place has nothing special given that it is located in the center of the urban fabric but overlooks the central square of the town. It's when you enter that it amazes you with its sober but particularly elegant decor, a surprise. If you are looking for trattoria food you are in the wrong place, you must come here to celebrate the ritual of food, strictly Sicilian but elegantly revisited by the chef. We started with a dish that intrigued us "roasted cod, on a bed of macco and finished with country vegetables in this case cauliceddi" Rating 10/10 Then we moved on to the first courses, "carbonara with spaghettone, chickpea humus and crispy bacon" a true explosion of taste but balanced... Rating 10/10. Another first course was a "classic carbonara with wild asparagus", a rich but also well-balanced dish. Rating 10/10. Professional service, elegant venue with truly comfortable armchairs and truly accurate and gourmet presentation of the dishes. What more can we say, we were satisfied and will certainly return to try the second courses and desserts. See you soon Letizia & Giuseppe

We ate very tasty pasta alla norma and al ragu. We also liked the wine made from the local grape variety. The music in the place was not overbearing, the atmosphere was pleasant.

Posto dove si mangia davvero bene servizio ottimo e menù davvero variegato. Le pietanze vengono proposte molto bene i sapori vengono davvero esaltati al massimo. Noi abbiamo cenato lì ed è stato davvero un piacere. Non do il massimo per il conto mi è sembrato leggermente caro. Però al di là d questo l'ottimo o vale tutto. Complimenti.

Ottime materie prime sapientemente trasformate dallo chef . Eccellente selezioni di vini … servizio perfetto … il proprietario simpatico e disponibile ci ha fatto passare una bellissima serata . Consigliato e per noi tappa fissa quando passiamo da queste parti .

Non è la prima volta che mi reco in questo ristorante, ma devo dire che è sempre stato un crescendo.l’attenta selezione delle materie prime del luogo, e la maestria con le quali vengono lavorate, offrono delle pietanze di assoluta eccellenza. Il tutto accompagnato da un’ospitalità cortese e professionale.
