I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Catania

29/06/2025: Egoístamente no quiero correr la voz sobre este restaurante demasiado ampliamente porque tiene que ser una de las joyas culinarias de Catania. Las repetidas visitas han confirmado que Luciano y su hijo Piero saben exactamente lo que están haciendo para proporcionar mariscos frescos, pasta excelente y cualquier tipo de entradas a una clientela en gran medida local. La relación calidad-precio es excepcional, desde la comida hasta la bebida, y hay una carta de vinos decente. Es evidente que se trata de un restaurante de barrio, y aunque ese barrio –cerca de la estación de tren– podría no parecer demasiado salubre, sería negligente no comer aquí. Catania tiene tantos buenos lugares para comer, pero aun así esto es un punto destacado.

18/05/2025: La comida es realmente genial, el antipasto de marisco para compartir es muy fresco y abundante, el espagueti vongole es muy sabroso y las almejas son grandes. La casa se levantó del barril complementó muy bien los platos locales. También ofrecieron un licor complementario y galletas para bañarse para terminar el banquete. Totalmente feliz experiencia.

15/08/2025: Located in Piazza Umberto (now Piazza Majorana), this bar offers a good selection of homemade food (breakfast, hot food, first and second courses). The atmosphere is family-friendly, the staff friendly, and the prices are excellent.

06/06/2025: Espectacular. La recomendación en la recepción del Hotel en el que nos alojamos. Hizo de esta experiencia. Algo espectacular. Todo el personal que trabaja en este restaurante encantadores desde el primero hasta el último. Giuseppe siempre pendiente de todo y de que cada detalle y cada persona esté atendida correctamente en todo momento. Si regresamos a Catania no duremos en volver a visitarlos. Nos encantó por su menú local su carta con precios razonables y su atención. Un abrazo a todo el equipo. ❤️❤️❤️👍👍

25/08/2025: We stayed for several days with six of us and I have to recommend it to everyone. The owners are special people, always ready to solve any problems. The location is surrounded by greenery with breathtaking views of the sea on one side and Mount Etna on the other. Everything was perfect; we will definitely return.

16/09/2025: Amazing restaurant especially for meat and pizza lovers. Go early as it’s gets extremely busy after 20.30. Very efficient service and wonderful staff. Amazing steaks and very reasonable prices.

16/09/2025: Not sure what happened with this restaurant but got served paccheri with the worst sarde i ever seen. Looked like sauce been mixed in a mixer and some sad two fish bites thrown with Ordered Chardonnay but got Grillo. Perhaps they mistaken us for tourists. Never going back.

02/09/2025: We went for our wedding anniversary thanks to their partnership with The Fork. I must say, we ate really, really well! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the wait was minimal, and the atmosphere was truly vibrant with pleasant background music. The first courses we ordered were carefully prepared, high-quality, and beautifully cooked and served. The salmon tartar was also truly delicious. The fried calamari was incredibly crispy, and the swordfish rolls were truly delicious. The prices, considering the quality of the cuisine and the generous portions, were not at all high. Our sincerest compliments and a heartfelt thank you for making our anniversary a truly memorable one!

31/05/2025: Nell'attesa dell'orario della visita guidata al monastero dei Benedettini mi sono fermato qui per un cannolo. I cannoli li riempiono al momento e sono discreti. Tuttavia, come a volte accade nelle località turistiche, anche qui gli avventori locali quando entrano nei bar vengono serviti prima dei turisti e saltano la fila. L'usanza ovviamente mi disturba quando sono io il turista ma stamattina avevo tempo da perdere e non me la sono presa più di tanto.

06/09/2025: We stayed at La Fontana del Cherubino and couldn't have made a better choice! The property is meticulously maintained, spotlessly clean, welcoming, and immersed in a truly special atmosphere. The location is perfect for exploring the area, yet also guarantees tranquility and relaxation. A special thanks to Mr. Mario, always available and attentive, whose kindness made us feel at home. Every detail was designed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return next year!

01/09/2025: We had a fabulous stay here! Such a nice quiet location, surrounded by nature, and next to mount Etna. The breakfast service with the bar in town was fantastic! We enjoyed the local foods from the suggestions, and even got to see the old aqueduct when we asked to visit. Wonderful experience and thanks for making us feel so at home!

13/09/2025: Found it by chance while walking. A real discovery, quality food. Recommended the pizza, really easy to digest and well-seasoned. Friendly staff, impeccable service.

08/09/2025: A small, cozy place, with a large outdoor area available in the summer. The pizzas are delicious, as are the first courses, second courses, and sandwiches. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

01/10/2025: High-quality pizzas, light Neapolitan-style dough. We even ordered (for an extra euro) the Giarratana onion sauce to enjoy on the sides of the pizza. A wide variety of pizzas, from the most topped to the simplest, and they also have an excellent local craft beer. We'll definitely be back.
