Unfortunately, I noted that fresh gluten-free products are not available daily at the counter and must be ordered exclusively. I understand that there may be organizational and production requirements, but from a pastry shop of this caliber, I would have expected greater attention to this increasingly widespread dietary need. For those with celiac disease or for families living with celiac disease, being able to find a fresh, ready-to-buy gluten-free breakfast is an important service and a sign of inclusion. Currently, at least in my experience, this option is not available.
