A beautiful and charming place. In the summer, you can enjoy the terrace, while the tables in the square remain my favorite. Maria, the soul of the place, manages everything with excellence. The food is excellent, the menu is comprehensive, and the prices are reasonable. Go visit her!

We came down from Germany to visit a dear friend in Calatabiano, and on the first night, he took us to Maria's for pizza. Aside from the fact that Signora Maria should be a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it was the only pizza I've ever had that didn't give me stomach problems. I recommend the Norma pizza with eggplant and baked ricotta. On the last night, I suggested Maria come to Germany to open a Sicilian restaurant together. I highly recommend it.
