09/03/2025: My sweetheart and I were guests of the facility for an afternoon, through a Spa package that offered, in addition to the wellness program, a tasting of three red wines. The environment is welcoming and incredibly relaxing right from the Reception. Once we arrived, they accompanied us to the pedestrian path that surrounds the internal patio where the swimming pool dominates. A walk that ends with the entrance to the Spa. In my opinion, the latter is small but structured in a decidedly functional way, everything very clean. The staff is kind and empathetic. After the wellness program, they made us sit in a room and served us the wines together with the finger food, all very good. I remember with great pleasure the person who served us, Mr. Claudio. An example of how one should work. He served us impeccably, explaining in detail each wine and the food served. I could add more positive things to our experience but I won't go on. In an area where every reception facility flaunts itself, in my opinion Pietre Nere is a world apart, made of elegance, refinement and relaxation.

04/03/2025: Beautiful experience..Location immersed in the Modica countryside, unique in its kind. I highly recommend trying it. The only 4-star point, the SPA, small, lacks the pool that would bring it to 5 stars.. The staff is top.. I will gladly return.

22/03/2025: Home-made quality food with really reasonable prices considering it is December 2022. Very rich mixed appetizer, paccheri with ragù and abundant mushrooms, average mixed meat, a quarter of Novello wine, water and two coffees for only €34. The quality is not poor but not excellent either, I would say sufficient. The owner is an exquisite person.

03/02/2025: Una mattina di fine gennaio insieme ad un mio amico decidiamo di andare a visitare il paese di Roccofiorita. Un luogo sospeso nel tempo e nello spazio dove trovare silenzio, tranquillità e godere di bellissimi panorami sulla valle d'Agrò. Per pranzo decidiamo di mangiare qualcosa in questo ristorante e devo dire che mai scelta è stata più azzeccata. Clima familiare, proprietario molto disponibile e socievole, cucina semplice e genuina. Abbiamo ordinato degli antipasti ed una grigliata mista di carne. Tante prelibatezze. Menzione speciale per la tuma fritta e la zuppa di ceci. Conto per niente salato considerata la quantità e soprattutto la qualità. Il pranzo in questo locale è stata la ciliegina sulla torta di una giornata davvero bellissima.

04/01/2025: The Catà is a welcoming and pleasant place. The idea of ​​the "Cervellone" game on Thursdays is nice. As for the food: the pizza is excellent and so are the potatoes in their skins. Only advice: change the blonde beer on tap, too watery, not very strong in flavour, not suitable for a pub. Correct prices.

25/03/2025: A place in the heart of Palermo, run by a social enterprise that promotes food as a tool for dialogue between people and different cultures. A true experience. A very characteristic place, abundant and tasty dishes, derived from a mix of gastronomic cultures that have merged together. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

12/04/2025: Beautiful site with flamingos, egrets, lizards, butterflies, wildflowers, interesting rocks on the beach, and the industrial archaeology of an old tuna processing plant. Parking was very limited when we went (and the entrance was further inland than Google suggests) but staff were friendly (especially when we came back with armfuls of rubbish we'd found washed up on the beach).

08/04/2025: An incredibly beautiful nature reserve where you can relax and enjoy nature. Above all, the view of the many flamingos was great. But the ruins are also beautiful to look at. Unfortunately, the small museum was already closed when we visited at the beginning of April.

21/03/2025: Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, Busiate alle cozze eccezionali!! Ci siamo tornati ancora altre volte durante la vacanza. I titolari sono disponibili, professionali e davvero simpatici, Mariella ci ha dato anche parecchi suggerimenti su luoghi da visitare.

26/01/2025: See you at Mario's sooner or later says Liga but I suggest going to Mario's as soon as you can. We stopped by chance and found a menu that ranges from meat and fish and an interesting wine list. Very nice place with outdoor garden and truly impeccable service. The restaurant also offers take-away dishes. We spent €62 for two for 1 exquisite caponata, 2 generous first courses and 2 desserts (a family-sized cannoli), 1 bottle of Grillo and one of water. Advise!

09/04/2025: Favourite place in Palermo to go for sweet treat and food! So much care put into the food and you can not beat the price. Really good location and lovely staff. Must go.

03/03/2025: Very good bakery. Really inexpensive with plenty of choice. Unfortunately they don't speak English but we can understand each other.

11/04/2025: Recommended by Eccoloo•it THE LOCATION A beautiful location near the sea and near the Scala dei Turchi. Abroad, huge, well-kept trees surround the structure. Inside it is refined with glass areas that overlook an internal courtyard. It is also a B&B. THE FOOD They make different types of dishes and good pizzas. The pizzas are well cooked and with a crust that is crunchy. The ingredients are quality and well blended. There are particular pizzas beyond the classic Sicilian ones. The end result is an excellent pizza. Recommended place and easy to access for those staying in Porto Empedocle, Scala dei Turchi or Realmonte or Agrigento, in a house in Eccoloo•it

14/11/2024: We only used the sunbeds and an umbrella (20 euros for 2 sunbeds + umbrella) and drinks. Overall, I recommend a clean beach, good drinks, the only minus is the pushy sellers walking on the beach, literally every 5 minutes someone came up and suggested buying glasses, JBL, towels, jewelry or massage... it really disturbs your relaxation, especially since you have to pay dearly for entry... in my opinion, the owners should sort it out, the next day we went to the public beach and it was 80% lower there fewer sellers...

13/04/2025: The granitas are spectacular... The almond granita was full of almonds.. A sublime taste and not like the ones you eat around.. The brioche was soft and fresh.. Excellent value for money. The owner was a very kind and polite person.. We also tried the baked cassatelle filled with almonds, apples and cinnamon... One of the best desserts I've ever eaten.. 5 stars were too few 🙏 excellent bar

29/12/2024: Abbiamo comprato per le festività un Panettone farcito alla ricotta ed era buonissimo e più passavano i giorni e più era buono. Il panettone era morbido e la ricotta con il quale era farcito era qualcosa di indescrivibile. Consigliatissimo!
