The location is stunning, meticulously designed, and perfect for making such an important day special. The lunch was excellent: delicious dishes, beautifully presented, and prepared with quality ingredients. The staff was professional, kind, and always available, making us feel welcomed and pampered throughout the day. The lunch menu is a true ode to tradition and the authenticity of the area. ​The Appetizer: The "Selection of Typical Local Appetizers" was a breathtaking journey through the flavors of yesteryear. From fresh ricotta to divine caponata, passing through traditional delicacies like cudduruni, ricotta focaccia, stuffed mushrooms, and local sausage. Every single bite spoke of authentic Sicily. ​The First Courses: The two first courses were almost perfect. The Spinach, Pancetta, and Toasted Almond Ravioli offer a wonderful contrast of textures, while the Sausage and Fennel Trofie strikes straight to the heart with that wild, enveloping aroma so typical of our land. ​Second Course: The meat trio of Capocollo, Sausage, and Involtino, accompanied by golden, flavorful baked potatoes, was tender and cooked to perfection. A true delight for lovers of good meat. ​The Finish: To round things off, an excellent dessert accompanied by a good coffee, all washed down with excellent house wine and water. ​The restaurant's welcoming atmosphere and the unquestionable quality of the ingredients make this place a must-visit.
