06/05/2025: La nostra visita in questo locale, avvenuta di sabato sera, complessivamente è stata una esperienza positiva. Mortazza (Pizza fritta), Calzone (ben condito dentro e fuori) e Verace (bordo ripieno con ricotta) la nostra cena. Personale disponibile e molto cortese anche quando le nostre pizze che tardavano ad arrivare sono state sollecitate.

03/05/2025: Seppure il locale era pieno siamo stati subito accolti e serviti con professionalità ed attenzione Tagliolini al nero di seppia molto buona. Altresì le pizze sia la classica, ben lievitata, sia la pizza fritta mortazza. Sono stati anche molto pazienti e attenti con le esigenze di uno di noi, che soffre di intolleranze varie. Ci ritorneremo

13/05/2025: I remembered the tube from years ago, but evidently the management has changed, fortunately the food hasn't, the dishes are always fresh and well seasoned, generous portions, normal prices, shame about the tables being too far out on the street, food and smog don't go together.

14/05/2025: Fantastic experience! A journey to discover flavors and interpretations of local and non-local dishes. Everything is really very good! The menu follows the seasons and typical products. Chef Francesca is truly impressive. Compliments also to Carla and Paolo who make you feel at ease in the dining room and are attentive to the smallest details.

03/06/2025: A wonderful experience at MEC, from the moment we arrived, till when we left. A warm and friendly welcome, we were shown to our table and offered an explanation of the menu. A discrete entrance to the building, opposite the beautiful historic buildings of Palermo. The restaurant is in an Apple museum, which is a little strange as it's got nothing to do with the food, city or culture. I'm not sure the relevance and don't think it adds anything to the experience. The service was attentive, professional and friendly at all times which was excellent. We opted for the tasting menu, and they allowed us to have 1 vegetarian and 1 meat menu which is usually against the norm. The appetisers and bread was interesting, and each course was explained and unique in it's own way. The wine menu was extensive, and reasonably priced, so we went with a recommendation rather than opting for the wine pairing. Everything was excellent. Amazing flavour, well seasoned and different. The vegetarian Wellington was the best we've ever tasted, pasta was amazing and everything accompanying. Overall, whilst it was expensive, and not exactly traditional local food, the produce was of very high quality, unique and highly recommended.

18/05/2025: Buon pranzo, veramente molto buono.. carbonara al pistacchio assolutamente da raccomandare perché è fantastica.. in molti di pesce spada anch’essi molto buoni ma forse un po’ miseri come porzione ma comunque veramente buono… consigliatissimo!!

03/05/2025: A great place to stop for a takeaway breakfast or sit in and have breakfast. We had a salty baguette, and when I mentioned that I loved tomatoes, the lady smiled and added an extra one - such a nice touch. The fresh bread with ricotta was so delicious that we went for more. They willingly filled my croissant with an honest pistachio cream that has no equal. Some of the best pistachios are grown in Sicily. I heartily recommend.

25/04/2025: The location is nice but the service is terrible. We ordered fresh fish with grilled veg and roast potatoes. The vegetables and the potatoes arrived after half an hour from the time the fish was served. Obviously we ate the fish alone cold without the sides. When we complained with the owner he was extremely rude, saying What can I do ? Of course you can do a lot plan better . They had only one waiter and in the kitchen only one chef , tell me how they can manage. Avoid at all cost

27/05/2025: Anima e Core, a charming trattoria in the historic center of Caltagirone. Excellent, fresh raw materials cooked to perfection. If you have chosen Calatino for a walk out of town, you cannot miss going to taste something truly good, well cooked and presented as it should be.

20/05/2025: Tried several times over the years both as a B&B, as a pizzeria and as a trattoria. Beautiful location with a great view, comfortable rooms, abundant breakfast with a great variety of sweet and savory foods, during dinner you have the opportunity to taste delicious pizzas with an excellent dough and well seasoned I recommend the carbonara, the real and the bomb, in addition to many really good and well-priced dishes, in the pool I appreciated the very resistant deckchairs that do not embarrass those who have a certain weight like me☺️, I really recommend this structure maximum availability and kindness and care from all the staff I will continue to go ...
