22/09/2025: The food was phenomenal. The pasta was perfectly prepared, as were the sorbets. We didn't eat such delicious pasta in Palermo during our five-day trip. We miraculously managed to get a table, but it's probably worth making a reservation by phone before arriving.

21/09/2025: An immersive location, complemented by characteristic musical backgrounds. Salvatore, with his kindness and his delicious, folkloric dishes, offers five-star service. The history of the place makes the tasting rich in history and curiosity!

05/10/2025: The food was fantastic; the caponata with chocolate was truly delicious, as was the cinnamon-pork pasta! The service was very friendly and there was a special menu for children, including children's cutlery. We felt very welcome.

12/10/2025: I'm a huge tea lover, and this place is a veritable museum—teas from all over the world, but above all, expertise. The owner travels the world and picks them up directly. I recommend the white teas and try the gin tea! Highly recommended.

This is also where GinTea, a delicious house-made gin, is made, and it goes down like a charm 😍 In addition to serving it on-site, you can purchase bottles of gin, teas, and all other products to pamper yourself at home or as original gifts. The staff is extremely friendly and, if you're unsure, are always available to offer helpful advice on choosing the product best suited to your needs. See you next time!

08/09/2025: After a short search on the maps for where to have fish for dinner, we chose this option. Fish is simply a must-order, this is what you definitely need to get here. They cooked it quickly on the grill and brought it to the table. Pistachio paste was new to me and I also liked it very much! So I also recommend it. A very family restaurant, a family of 8 people was sitting next to us and they were very noisily discussing their Sicilian affairs, which adds to the atmosphere of the restaurant. Most likely, Lorenzo, the owner of the restaurant, and almost all the guests kiss him on the cheek) I recommend it!

12/09/2025: Delicious dinner! Highly recommended are the paccheri deca, but especially the caponata, truly amazing! The staff were extremely kind and helpful! Highly recommended for a lovely dinner with friends!

11/09/2025: A wonderful discovery in the heart of Palermo. Probably the restaurant that has impressed me the most in this city so far. The octopus appetizer was perfectly cooked, tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. The pasta dishes were exquisite! We tried the packets with pistachio pesto, guanciale, and sausage, and the busiate with shrimp and swordfish. I couldn't tell you which I liked best, both were unforgettable. Despite the generous portions of pasta and a full stomach, we still had to mop up the bread. To finish, we shared a lemon sorbet, very flavorful and delicious. Oh, and I almost forgot, all of this was complemented by a peaceful atmosphere and a very friendly lady who took care of us throughout the evening. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We stopped there for a quick coffee before heading to beach and it was a perfect choice - coffee is great and we had one of the best sweets in Sicily - the cornetto was so exquisite that we tried another pastry with cookie-flavor filling and it was 10/10 as well. Plus, the staff is super nice and helpful

03/10/2025: 5 stars for everything because you're in a magnificent place....You park your bike and Francesco kindly and calmly offers you a super tasty sandwich (your choice.....I have the stuffed and tasty pane cunzatu)....Then, if you need help, he'll tell you the route to take and also how to come back if you want to try something else. Maybe one of his special granitas. Not luxury, but quality and kindness.

30/09/2025: The best sandwich I’ve had in a long time, one of the best of our trip! A wholesome food van near Cala Rossa with a friendly guy serving delicious flavourful food. Go here. We had the crumbed chicken sandwich and tuna sandwich with caramelised onion. All 10/10
