05/03/2025: It was worth getting from Taormina to Castelmola and sitting at Piero's table. It was a simple Italian feast with great company. I send everyone there now (with greetings from Poland to the owner)

06/03/2025: Simple kiosk in a side street of via Maqueda. All the characteristic Palermo street food, the very kind manager recommended a panelle, croquettes and aubergine sandwich which delighted us.

01/03/2025: I used it twice in February 2025 for lunch and dinner. The long opening hours made it convenient for tourists. The food was served quickly and everything was delicious. There was also a good selection of Sicilian wines and cheeses. It wasn't formal and I felt relaxed. I thought the price was also appropriate. The panini was very tasty. It was so big that I couldn't finish it. The caponata was also delicious with lots of fresh arugula.

01/03/2025: One of my favourite places. Actually. Because since there's no more music, it's like being in a morgue or a pathology department, where you're surrounded by nothing but the sounds of deathly silence apart from the cooling devices. I really love the friendly and charming hosts, father and son. The wines and food are also excellent. Stopped there yesterday after 6pm. They are supposed to play music there from 6pm. Unfortunately that wasn't the case yesterday. And that makes for a depressive mood instead of a cheerful one. What a pity.

06/03/2025: Delicious pizza, wide choice of ingredients, cooked to perfection, all the ingredients are of very good quality, excellent service and friendliness, the location is very well looked after. I plan to return to try other pizzas because the dough is really very good.

02/03/2025: Spartan environment, simple but welcoming... but Salvatore the briganti-no knows how to embrace you thanks to a cuisine of local dishes, typical products, cheeses from a local dairy. Excellent starters, plentiful and complete, the first courses are all recommended, very balanced and not oily. But Salvatore... it's the added value of a simple place that makes you feel at home... recommended, very honest prices

25/11/2024: An unforgettable evening The incomparable food and its matching wines were the next best thing. The best part was that the waiter immediately saw that I am left-handed and placed the cutlery "my" way. I have never experienced that kind of attention before.

02/03/2025: Very nice owner. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on the first evening. But then we met the owner and he told us he would be open again the next day. Google's opening hours could be adjusted more often to avoid such situations. The restaurant is very tastefully decorated. The owner was very accommodating. The food was very tasty and the service was also very good. We had the opportunity to try different local products.

05/11/2024: Superb restaurant in Ibla. Impeccable service. Open kitchen which churned out simply excellent dishes. Crazy tuna tartare as well as spaghetti with shellfish. What can I say, from the starters, to the first courses to the dessert, everything was truly perfect. Account in line with quality. Really high standard restaurant.

03/11/2024: Delicious food, very kind staff, very nice atmosphere. From appetizer to dessert we were satisfied. The staff is very friendly and courteous and attentive to all details. By mistake we ordered a dish that contained an ingredient that my husband doesn't eat and without hesitation they replaced the dish within a very short time. Super recommended.

21/12/2024: We went to this place for a quick dinner... we took a mixed platter of cold cuts/cheeses/bruschetta/caponata plus two drinks and we were well pampered. The staff is very kind and attentive, helpful and friendly. Every guest, even of various nationalities and speaking various languages, can feel at ease. I recommend it to everyone. It's a shame that that evening I wasn't able to enjoy a mixed fried fish dish... maybe the next time I come back, I hope I'll be able to taste it! 😉 see you soon then!
