29/08/2025: Welcoming and attentive staff and delicious dishes! I highly recommend booking, otherwise there's a bit of a wait. The menu is quite extensive, with dishes that can be ordered as both appetizers and main courses. Off-menu options include the catch of the day and some first courses. The owner is very friendly, attentive, and kind, and explained each course thoroughly. While we waited, we were offered some Trapani pesto, which we tried with bread—truly excellent! Each course was truly delicious and balanced, nothing to complain about.

27/08/2025: They have a fairly simple menu. We ordered sweet and sour tuna, swordfish caponata, caerecce Al pesto santa chiara and grilled veg. This was enough for 3 people and the food was delicious. I suspect all the dishes are amazing. The restaurant opposite has massive queues but this place is more serene and relaxed. Glad we came here. 29/07/2025: Tried it today for the first time during a few days' vacation in Palermo. The attention to detail and the extraordinary kindness of the staff are astonishing. Mr. Carlo is immediately available to explain the various cured meats and cheeses available with passion and clarity, suggesting various pairings to suit each guest's tastes. What particularly impressed me, besides the quality and authenticity of the products (which are by no means a given), was the quality/price ratio, which, considering what's on offer, is truly excellent. Its proximity to the sea and the airport is a plus, making it convenient for both a nice takeaway aperitif on the beach or a quick snack/meal just before departure. Ultimately, I would recommend it without hesitation.

22/07/2025: We were driving to our destination, and not knowing we'd be passing through a town famous for its pistachios, we couldn't pass up such an opportunity. It was a great place, with delicious pistachio cream cookies and pistachio espresso. It was heavenly.

04/07/2025: Aside from the delicious, authentic food, the staff was super friendly and spoke good English. We had the spaghetti Bolognese, swordfish pasta, and prawns. It's definitely worth a visit. The value for money is top-notch.

04/07/2025: We came here without a reservation but luckily they still had a table for us. On the day that we visited the main course of the day was spaghetti with swordfish and eggplant. The food was amazing and very affordable and the staff were very friendly and helpful! We will definitely come here again.

31/07/2025: The food is very good and at low prices, and the portions aren't tiny like in some restaurants. Even though I arrived when it was empty, the tables filled up later, which also indicates interest. The service was friendly, so that's also a plus. The small downside is that there are no restrooms, but that's the only thing I can find fault with. I highly recommend it!

10/08/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante oggi per la prima volta ed è stato un vero piacere! Il servizio è stato impeccabile e premuroso. Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile e super attento. Il cibo a base di pesce ottimo, con piatti creativi e ben presentati. Il mio piatto preferito è stato il crudo di pesce e per la prima volta ho assaggiato le cozze al gorgonzola davvero squisite! Il locale accogliente e ha un'atmosfera frrsca e rilassante. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti! Torneremo sicuramente!

08/08/2025: Ieri sera siamo stati a cena in 4 e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. Come antipasti abbiamo gustato ostriche, piatto fuori menù servito in modo originale con una granita alla mela: se le trovate, dovete assolutamente provarle! Abbiamo preso anche sarde alla beccafico, tartare, crostini e polpette di baccalà, tutti piatti davvero deliziosi. Il polpo, tenero all’interno e croccante all’esterno, è stato il piatto forte della serata. Per concludere, dolce e caffè hanno chiuso la cena in modo perfetto. L’atmosfera era tranquilla e rilassante, mentre il personale si è mostrato gentilissimo, cordiale e molto disponibile come sempre! Un’esperienza da consigliare sicuramente.

14/08/2025: A hotel with all the amenities you'll never leave. The service and facilities are fantastic. Very convenient if you want to visit Taormina or hike Mount Etna. I recommend it especially for the summer months.

05/08/2025: Very good food (if you want typical Sicilian fried food, there's really everything) and very reasonably priced. Paolo, the guy who serves the food, is super friendly, and his anecdotes and jokes make the experience of eating there even more Sicilian.
