A unique, charming, simple, and calm place, yet so Sicilian! A warm, friendly, and genuine welcome... a smile guaranteed! Refined local cuisine; wonderful ingredients a delight... Highly recommended without hesitation and without reservation!

The restaurant is rather small, with little space between tables, making the experience a bit uncomfortable and noisy. Unfortunately, the service was subpar: long waits and questionable prioritization, as a table that arrived after us (and clearly on good terms with the restaurant staff) was served first, despite having ordered the same dishes. That said, the food is definitely the highlight: very good, especially the tuna with sweet and sour onions and the swordfish meatballs, which were truly delicious. Another plus is the price, which is certainly "fair." Overall, a mixed experience: good food and fair prices, but service could be improved. Final rating: 3/5.

My namesake, the maître d', was very friendly and welcomed us warmly on our first day in Trapani. We had the sweet and sour tuna and Mazzara shrimp on a bed of fava beans. The tuna was beautifully prepared, and the shrimp were bursting with sugar and umami, and the fava beans and mint paired them well. For our first course, we had the spaghetti of the day and their busiate pasta with Trapani pesto, homemade tuna bottarga, and Mazzara shrimp. What can I say? It's my first time trying Trapani pesto, and this version with bottarga (superlative) paired sublimely with the sweetness of the shrimp, which perfectly balanced the savory flavor of the dish. If I had to find a flaw... it could have been a few more shrimp! The house wine was also excellent, a Sicilian-grown Vermentino (please tell us the name of the winery).

Great restaurant, great service and the best espresso in the world :)

For the five days we stayed in Trapani, this restaurant was our go-to for dinner. We were won over by the ingredients used and the freshness of the fish. Thanks to Chef Giuseppe, who won us over with the dishes he prepared for us, and to Francesco, who treated us like family. Excellent value!

Small restaurant, friendly service, very good value. Don't miss the sweet and sour swordfish skewers and the poached octopus, but the rest was delicious too; we returned three nights in a row.
