30/09/2025: Dining at this location is always a pleasure, just steps from the sea, rustic yet elegant. The spaghetti with clams and bottarga is delicious, with generous portions and friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

26/10/2025: Lovely place and great pizza! Child friendly, good choice and good prices. The serving staff were very friendly. The restaurant is closed during low season which runs from November until some time in March so worth checking if you are visiting over the colder months.

02/03/2026: Table booked for Saturday at 1:00 PM, three people, including a child. A disaster. Two almost lukewarm and tasteless appetizers, with mussel soup consisting of 50% closed mussels. Three first courses arrived within 40 minutes of each other, and lastly, spaghetti with clams, overcooked, in broth, and extremely spicy. When I complained, the owner, rather rudely, simply said, "Hey, we forgot the order" (referring to my first course). My dish was duly charged: €16.50, when competitors at the beachfront offer it for €14. Moral of the story: I paid for everything without even a discount or an apology. Never again. I will return to Sailing 809, where I found the service and food to be up to expectations. I recommend you learn, or, since you don't know how to cook or manage customers, dedicate yourself to other things.

02/03/2026: We went to lunch with my husband and son. Disorganized, with many disagreements between the waiters and poor service. The dishes were served at significant intervals, making it impossible for everyone to eat together. My son's spaghetti with clams was tasteless and extremely spicy for my husband. My paccheri (8 of us) were bland and undercooked, and the swordfish was so tough it was uneatable. I personally won't repeat the experience, especially since at the end of the meal, when we pointed it out, they didn't even apologize. Last but not least, I had to use the bathroom for my son, and it was filthy to say the least.

In our opinion, the dishes were absolutely tasteless—a complete disappointment. We definitely do not recommend this place—it's best to avoid it. 19/03/2026: I didn't want to walk far from the hotel, so I found this pizza place right on the corner. The pizza was really good, made in a traditional oven, and you can taste the difference. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I'm staying here for three nights, and I've already found my go-to spot for pizza every evening. 04/12/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance while walking around Palau. The place is very cute and welcoming. We had a seafood appetizer and a mixed roast. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous. The waiter was very kind, and at the end of the dinner they offered us a myrtle sorbet...which was also delicious. Highly recommended.

26/10/2025: Osteria in the center of Maddalena, it is also a B&B, we had lunch, ordered the seafood parmigiana and we thought it was totally different, super good trifle, kind and knowledgeable staff

05/03/2026: I've been to this trattoria several times during the day and I find it quite pleasant. The atmosphere in the evening could be more intimate, perhaps with straw lampshades to create a more private space. The tables are already arranged in a rather rigid way. I had invited some clients who unfortunately didn't come, and others who did, thankfully, because in the evening it really does give the place a "mensa" feel. It's a real shame because it would have taken very little, especially dimming the lights.

28/02/2026: Good food, but forgettable service. We waited 20 minutes for our menus. When it came to choosing wine, two options were missing even though they were on the list. They never brought us bread, and finally, one of the dishes we ordered arrived after everyone had finished eating (after the first reminder, the waiter told us that "the plate had fallen and they were remaking it"). Naturally, the poor service wasn't discounted on the bill.

02/10/2025: Bread, focaccia, pizza, filled savory pastries, typical Sardinian biscuits, pardule, formaggelle, brioches, doughnuts, and donuts. In short, a wide selection of good-quality products. I've always found other customers inside. Currently open Monday to Saturday, 6am-12pm.

25/09/2025: What a fantastic restaurant! We received excellent service from our waiter, Gennaro. As a starter, we had fish prepared in four different ways, followed by a main course of steak with pepper sauce and black pasta. Dessert, a delicious tiramisu, completed the meal. The wines were also very reasonably priced. In short, a wonderful evening in a charming location!
