18/08/2025: Everything was excellent, especially the seafood appetizers. Kevin, the waiter who looked after us, was very professional and knowledgeable in describing each dish and its ingredients. Highly recommended!

17/08/2025: We had dinner at Il Guscio restaurant and the experience was truly excellent. We ordered a beef tagliata, a beef tartare, a salmon tartare, a fried dish, a tuna fillet, and the octopus: all the dishes were prepared with fresh ingredients, carefully presented, and impeccably flavored. We were immediately impressed by the quality of the meat and fish, and every course lived up to expectations. Special thanks go to our waiter, Kevin, who was kind, attentive, and very professional. He was able to offer excellent recommendations and made the dinner even more enjoyable with his impeccable service. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for high-end cuisine accompanied by warm and attentive service. We will definitely be back!

25/07/2025: Siamo stati più volte a “li mulini” per l’ottima qualità della carne il servizio semplice cordiale e preparato….. oggi però hanno superato le aspettativa… carni spettacolari , cottura perfetta!!! 🤩

01/08/2025: Ho prenotato il maialino la sera prima e al ritiro assisto allo sporzionamento, faccio notare che la cotenna è bruciata e il macellaio mi dice che è il colore della cottura, (nero carbone) rimango basito della risposta come se fossi uno sprovveduto che non riconosce il cotto o ben cotto dal bruciato, insisto con il ripetere che è bruciato e che non lo voglio, a quel punto un po’ scocciato mi elimina il pezzo dicendo che se lo sarebbe mangiato lui dopo, ( infatti e’ finito nel pattume). Visto che mi è stato detto che il maialino va mangiato tutto compreso cotenna, beh questa era immangiabile perché dura come la suola. La carne era invece tenera ma senza infami e senza lodi, patate al forno bocciate. Sicuramente non mi rivedrete.

22/07/2025: Excellent meat and a wide selection of both meat and cheese. They also have ready-made dishes, and if you'd like something, you can also order it. I highly recommend it.

20/07/2025: The service is super attentive and friendly, with great food! We ate here twice and we particularly liked the non-macho style that you get in some of the other restaurants. Recommend!!

07/08/2025: Siamo andati in questo ristorante su consiglio della nostra host a due passi da appartamento appena fuori dal centro; locale e atmosfera accogliente; personale molto gentile; buon rapporto qualità prezzo: tagliere di salumi, culurgiones, acqua vino e mirto offerto 60€ in due.

15/08/2025: This is one of those places that will take your breathe away. The view is incredible and the food served at the restaurant will leave your mouth watering. I was literally salivating at every bite. I finished the meal and thought “i only have 3 nights left in Sardinia and i need to eat here again”.

14/08/2025: We were here for dinner, a very suggestive location with a wonderful view of all of Palau and the sea. We started with an aperitif on the terrace, three types of wine, all of which they produce. We chose the lighter one, nothing exceptional, but we continued on to dinner. We sat down, the young and friendly waiters were nothing to complain about, we chose the tasting menu at the cost of €90 per person, always accompanied by their wine (you can't drink anything else but their wine). The service was too slow, more than half an hour passed between the appetizer and the first course. The food was good, but the bill left me speechless: €300 for two, with a cost of €70 for just the bottle of wine. Definitely too much for the quality and the label on the bottle. We left feeling rather disappointed, what a shame.

03/05/2025: Un grazie ad Antonello che mi ha accompagnato tra le sue proposte, tutte apprezzate. Locale molto carino, cibo all'altezza. Ad esempio il tagliere è un percorso tra formaggi e salumi assolutamente non banali. Ottimi i culurgiones. Bella la proposta dei vini. Conto nella media e comunque in linea con la qualità offerta.

09/06/2025: A pleasure to enter, it seems to go back to the old times. Excellent products. Worth the trip to Luras, a pleasant town otherwise. Only flaw: the pastry shop is poorly, or not at all indicated, and following Google Maps you go round and round in little streets; better to leave the car and ask for directions to the locals, always very kind

04/08/2025: Siamo capitati qui per caso, un locale molto carino e ben curato… menù non classico ma abbastanza innovativo e ricercato, con anche piatti tipici della tradizione. Pizza molto buona. Il servizio molto veloce e premuroso, l’unico consiglio che posso dare è di fare attenzione ai tempi con cui portare i piatti ai vari membri del tavolo, sarebbe carino portarli insieme. Per il resto tutto molto buono, soprattutto il tortino al cioccolato! Il migliore mai mangiato in vita mia! Consigliato! Torneremo sicuramente se ci sarà modo

02/08/2025: Menù e location accattivanti, personale incantante ma il pescato fresco del giorno non è tariffato a menù; quindi abbiamo avuto un conto salato perché non ci è stato indicato il prezzo della pietanza e anche del vino consigliato dal personale molto costoso. Conclusione buono ma caro.

04/08/2025: Everything was delicious, the atmosphere was family-friendly, the staff was super professional. The price was reasonable for the excellent quality of the food. From pizza to seafood...I recommend the first courses, cooked divinely by the talented chef! Homemade bread! Excellent selection of wines! This restaurant exudes Sardinia in every dish! A restaurant that, if discovered, will become a Michelin-starred restaurant!!!

05/08/2025: My boyfriend and I had dinner here this evening, and I have to say it was the best choice we could have made. The waiters were very friendly and perfect in every way. We had some unusual but delicious dishes, and last but not least, the price was perfect for the quality of the food and the location. I highly recommend it.

02/08/2025: Very nice restaurant. The food is really high quality. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding when we ordered. We asked for the meat well done, but it was brought to us late. We didn't have time to wait for it to be cooked because we had to get on the ferry. They gave us a discount on our bill.

16/08/2025: I was here about two weeks ago. For our appetizer, we chose a dish that contained a pie we didn't like: it was doughy and the vegetables inside were cold. But that's just the taste... (even if it's not worth the price). The disgusting thing was not only looking at it, but paying for a plate of uncleaned calamari, photos of which I've attached. Needless to say, 14 euros wasted. Of all the waitresses, only one was kind and welcoming, the one with glasses and shorter hair than the other two.

14/08/2025: We visited this restaurant last July. It's very centrally located. We were worried we wouldn't find a table since you need to reserve for everything these days. Luckily, since they don't take reservations in advance, we found a table for two after just a few minutes of waiting. What can I say? We ate very well and spent very little for the quality of the food we were served. Everything we ordered was truly excellent: two appetizers, two main courses, half a liter of wine, and dessert. We were there two nights in a row. It's a shame our stay at La Maddalena was only for two days! We'll definitely be back!

22/07/2025: Very nice, but they can mix up your order and deliver it late. The atmosphere and the food are delicious, with a variety of options.
