22/03/2026: The best restaurant in the area for food and service. Top-quality ingredients, incredibly fresh fish, a superb chef, a refined atmosphere, and highly professional staff. I highly recommend the spaghetti with clams and bottarga, the best in all of Sardinia (I've been all over the island in my 55 years...). Why? Because the Cabras bottarga isn't just a minor appearance, but the star, present in abundance. The spaghetti is al dente, and the garlic, oil, and parsley are carefully blended. The appetizers are also excellent. Highly recommended.
03/01/2026: Ristorante Da Thomas was our favourite place to eat in Santa Teresa di Gallura. The food was very good, with the cruditè di pesce standing out for its freshness. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but the quality makes it worth it.

08/02/2026: I recommend this agriturismo to everyone. The location is lovely and traditional, the food is excellent, plentiful and tasty. My compliments go to the kitchen, which stands out with its particularly good and varied dishes, which in my opinion make your menu unique. We had a wonderful time. The staff was kind and very helpful. The children played and were made very welcome. It was a very pleasant experience. We will be back to visit you again. Thank you.
25/11/2025: We had lunch a few days ago with friends. We were in the private, quaint interior dining room, where a beautiful fireplace creates a welcoming atmosphere.
The lady who served us was always kind and attentive, and we appreciated the attention she showed us.
A dozen appetizers, each more delicious than the last. The first course (handmade ravioli and gnocchi, and Gallura soup) was flavorful and well-cooked. The second course was the suckling pig with rosemary accents: just the right amount of crispiness. We noticed the authenticity of the flavors and the average sound quality. Congratulations. The products are theirs! You can taste it. Highly recommended.

26/10/2025: We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary here, and it was a truly special experience. The warm and welcoming atmosphere of the farmhouse was the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable day. We ate wonderfully: traditional Sardinian dishes, tastefully revisited and carefully presented, all greatly appreciated by us and our guests.
The final surprise was the most touching: dessert served on plates personalized with the names of the guests, a thoughtful gesture that made the evening even more unique.
A sincere thank you to all the staff for their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. We will definitely be back!

21/02/2026: Passing through before catching the ship with my family. I'm returning after almost 20 years and the feeling is still the same: one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. It's a shame I live 300 km away, otherwise I'd be there every day.
13/02/2026: Unfortunately, I only discovered this pizzeria a few years ago... what can I say? The staff is always friendly and helpful! The pizzas are nothing short of spectacular. Highly recommended!

03/03/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance. Luckily, we had a reservation. The place was packed, mostly locals on their lunch break. Since we were passing through and had a long drive, we ordered two slices of horse meat with roast potatoes. Despite the place being packed, the wait was reasonable. Generous portions, excellent meat. Worth a return visit to try other specialties we saw being brought to other tables. The bill was reasonable.

28/10/2025: Tired of pizza? Then La Gallurese is a real pick-me-up. Here you can discover Sardinian cuisine. The lamb cooked in white wine with olives was wonderfully tender and very flavorful. Generous portions for a very good price. Very friendly service and a cozy location. Fantastic!

Furthermore, the refined menu is very good. The dishes are carefully prepared down to the smallest detail... We will definitely be back... don't miss the opportunity to go there!!!

18/02/2026: I have been there several times, a special place. If you love animals, you can stay in contact with them and take a walk with Caterina the goat and Dino the mascot, a very sweet little dog. If you are looking for a totally relaxing environment and to taste excellent wines, you are in the right place. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, they make you feel at ease and satisfy all your requests.

04/01/2026: For that price food was just ok, the salmon was lying on a bed of raw vegetables very salty and definitely too much vinegar/lemon it covers the delicacy of the boiled (as mall piece of) salmon. Prawns were good but the artichokes soup was tasteless as the pumpkin dessert: small, overly sweet and tasteless. All in all quite disappointing. Service was standard: at a certain point the waiter/manager of the place was carrying empty plates and dropped a piece of vegetable (cherry tomato) on our table and he doesn’t even say a thing, just took it and left. Quite rude.

21/02/2026: Well... the pizza was decent value for money, but nothing special. Everything else on the menu was ridiculously overpriced. I ordered the small ravioli for €20, and I only got five pieces. Even if that were an appetizer, it was way too expensive and far too small. Ridiculous. The same goes for the lamb tartare. The portions were much too small. The dessert was something thawed from the freezer and nothing special, even though it looked appetizing. The ambiance was okay, and the service was friendly.
In conclusion: Pizza is okay... but everything else on the menu is not recommended due to the small portions and exorbitant prices.
04/10/2025: We were here for breakfast and lunch and were thoroughly satisfied. The friendly waiters, in particular, served us every day with a friendly and courteous attitude.
