We had a wonderful meal yesterday. The price was a bit higher, but the food was delicious and the portions were generous. For a starter, we shared a scrumptious tuna tartare. Top quality. The wine was also very good.

The property itself is breathtaking, perched above the northern Sardinian coastline with sweeping views of the ocean. The infinity pool is an absolute must during your stay, as is the spa, where the treatments are nothing short of delightful. Aethos strikes a rare balance of luxury and ease. 22/04/2026: My goodness, what a wonderful place to stay. We arrived late in the evening on the second day of the season opening. Everything was ready for us and everything was immaculate. The whole stay was perfect. The room was beautiful. The view incredible. The food in the restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner were all exquisite. Every single member of staff from the most senior to the most junior were very attentive, helpful and friendly. They simply could not do enough for us. And we could not have asked for anything more. We will be coming again and again.

17/05/2026: Fabio, the waiter, was attentive, offered good advice, and was very pleasant. Discreet and smiling without being intrusive. Impeccable service.
16/05/2026: Not wow, but pretty good. Quite interesting dishes. The cod cutlets were interesting, the octopus was underwhelming.
