08/03/2025: Sconsiglio questo ristorante a chi sceglie dando importanza ai prezzi descritti nel menu pubblicato sul sito. In questo caso la differenza in più su molti piatti è rilevante. Faccio un esempio verificabile tra i tanti che si potrebbero fare: fritto misto 17.5€ diventa 22€. Chi lo gestisce si giustifica dicendo che il menu è stato pubblicato da clienti e non ci può fare nulla. Una pratica professionale seria, se quanto affermato corrisponde a verità, imporrebbe di pubblicare un menu ufficiale aggiornato, cosa che non avviene.

11/03/2025: We were in this place last summer 2024, the location is spectacular, rare or perhaps unique, we had dinner under centuries-old olive trees surrounded by greenery.

29/09/2024: Small portions and high prices. Cold service, borderline arrogant. We did regret wasting a perfectly good dinner opportunity here.

26/09/2024: We happen upon this enchanting place for lunch by chance, my boyfriend and I were truly fascinated by the cuisine, quality raw materials but above all delicacy in the expression of the dishes. We also returned in the evening... Exceptional.. If we return to these parts, needless to say we will definitely return...

Top quality meat, honest prices, (anyone who writes otherwise is telling a big lie) because spoilers: GOOD MEAT IS COSTS; and theirs is truly delicious and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!!!

18/03/2025: We had an incredible experience at this traditional Sardinian restaurant. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the extensive menu featured a fantastic selection of authentic Sardinian dishes. We ordered the suckling pig and lobster pasta—both portions were absolutely massive! The value for money was excellent, and the lobster was simply outstanding. Highly recommend!

11/03/2025: Typical restaurant established for more than 30 years in the city when my customers ask me where to eat Sardinian in the city I always send them to the Barbagia restaurant, where Pino and Gianfranca welcome you like someone at home

18/03/2025: Typical Sardinian dishes, very well cooked. Friendly and helpful staff. The place is very characteristic and welcoming, maybe you wouldn't say it from the outside but as soon as you cross the entrance you can breathe the air of Sardinia!

20/10/2024: Great service. Food was great on the first visit. The second visit was a disaster. We had to pay 300 euros AFTER deduction because of inedible food. We ate porcetto like many other times we visited there. Crust was soft and barely chewable, meat was so dry that I couldn't even eat 3 forkfuls. Super disappointed after that everyone was super sad and the mood was really bad for a few days. Only recommend the pasta dishes. Didn't order any special dishes, super bad experience and super expensive. Restaurant owner was even friends with my aunt who was there. Extremely cheeky from the owner too, he didn't even apologize. The waitress is great because I feel really sorry for her that she had to experience that. The woman at the payment counter wasn't exactly friendly either...

16/09/2024: Giuseppe is both the waiter and the chef, he creates a very personal experience and we got to choose which fish (freshly caught, even a quick wave to the fisherman on facetime !) we wanted. All dishes were very tasty including the different specialty desserts! It is a lovely place to escape from all of the tourists and chaos in La Maddalena. Would definitely recommend if you like a slower pace of life and enjoy the personal touch and very fresh fish !

15/09/2024: We ended up here by chance... the owner and chef welcomed us even after hours! As soon as you enter the restaurant you are surrounded by the scent of excellent fish-based cuisine that makes you want to stay! We ate and drank very well! And Giuseppe is super friendly and always smiling! We will definitely be back. Excellent reference point

23/09/2024: I have been coming here for many years and I have been really impressed by the quality of the dishes offered. Traditional but truly exquisite cuisine. I tasted one of the best spaghetti with clams and bottarga in the area. Stop here even for a quick lunch, you will be impressed!

21/10/2024: It was a wonderful surprise to find the Lu Rotu farmhouse, just outside Sant'Antonio di Gallura. Real cuisine, typical of upper Gallura, Exceptional cured meats, homemade sweet Ciusoni and Pulicioni, the seadas of violated pasta, and, last but not least, a rare and special welcome. I didn't rate the rooms since I was there for lunch. Deserves all 5 stars.👏👏👏
