21/10/2024: Great shop, the pizzas were delicious. The vegetarian ones were with delicious grilled vegetables, the cheese was nice and spicy, the dough was perfect. It's nice to see how the professionals work in the wood oven. Many locals order there and pick up the pizzas. Speaks for good quality. Sitting outside offers more “Bosa charm” than in the restaurant. The only thing that was annoying was the cutlery, the ends of the knives were angular and because the knives were blunt, a lot of pressure had to be applied. Well, complaining at a high level 😁

23/09/2024: Another culinary highlight on our trip down the coast of southwest Sardinia. Great mussels and fish followed by sweet wine and biscuits. We sat outside and enjoyed. Perhaps a tad overpriced I guess. Service excellent

19/07/2024: We decided together with some friends to try this place also attracted by the many positive reviews, which were then confirmed by the beautiful gastronomic experience we had. The restaurant is well kept and very clean, the service goes beyond expectations, the friendliness and preparation of the staff is truly commendable, special mention to Mrs Carmen, a true master in recommending and enhancing the various dishes offered. Let's move on to the dishes: - Extremely delicate and delicious "Sestante" ravioli - Truly particular seafood carbonara, with a strong and unique flavour, very, very good! - Mixed fried food that is incredibly light and truly plentiful - Mixed grill with mullet, red prawns, cuttlefish and calamari very good and the cooking was perfect - Semifreddos also very good Price perhaps slightly high but, as we all know, you pay for quality and we were very satisfied in every respect!

15/12/2024: For me a brewery cannot have 1 I say 1 beer depending on the period or who knows what, but if their policy is nothing to say, personally I won't go back there and I don't recommend it if you want to have a wide choice of beers 'there's so much more... around if you ask for an amber and they'll give you a fruity blonde IPA... well I don't have to say anything else

20/10/2024: Siamo andati a pranzo io e mia moglie; invogliati dai consigli dei locali e anche dalle recensioni abbiamo deciso di provare questo ristorante, dato che per motivi di lavoro saremo a Tertenia per diverso tempo; la location è bellissima con vista panoramica, menu ampio di pesce e carne nonché pizzeria (che proveremo stasera), materia prima ottima e cucinata bene, la signora che era in sala è stata gentilissima e cordiale, conto nella media… che dire, sarà sicuramente un nostro riferimento

22/09/2024: A small Sardinian-style fast food restaurant. The food is very good and the service decidedly "fast". Good prices for the quality and quantity of food. Recommended for a quick dinner or lunch!

21/09/2024: Sardinian "Kebab" or "Dürum" and much more. Had 2 variants of the Dürüm, which was interesting, but somehow expected more. Meat had no particular taste or was a bit drowned out. Bread or the wrap could be crispier, it is only put in the oven for a very short time. It's better to put it briefly in a sandwich maker. Staff extremely friendly, courteous and quick.

07/12/2024: Un piccolo locale ma accogliente e tanta gentilezza e disponibilità.Al momento della prenotazione mi è stato detto che non hanno un locale dedicato,essendo io celiaca,ma che usano la massima attenzione.Ho voluto rischiare.....E il risultato è stato eccellente.Il pane lentu certificato e il condimento di un pane frattau ottimo.Complimenti ai gentilissimi gestori esperienza da ripetere.!

24/10/2024: Il Cormorano had been the best restaurant I’ve been to in Sardinia. I arrived a bit earlier than their opening hours but was welcomed in by and was given some bread for the wait. I had the beef filet which was great. Great quality of meat. Followed by their coconut and chocolate dessert. Everything was just delicious. The service was excellent. Super welcoming, friendly and attentive. 100% recommended!

21/08/2024: Io e il mio compagno abbiamo trascorso una vacanza in questo fantastico hotel. Le camere ampie silenziose, pulitissime e un giardino molto curato. Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione e non potevamo fare scelta migliore, tutto ottimo dal pesce, alla carne alla pizza. Vorrei evidenziare l'altissima qualità di ogni prodotto e l'elasticità nell'esaudire ogni nostro desiderio. Il servizio velocissimo. Un particolare ringraziamento a Roberto che ci ha ospitato e trattato sempre con estrema gentilezza e professionalità e ci ha divertito con la sua ironia. Speriamo di tornare in questa parte della Sardegna che e' un angolo di Paradiso e torneremo senz'altro all'hotel Perda Rubia.

21/11/2024: Ristorante grazioso su due livelli in pieno centro a Cagliari, trovo che le luci al piano terra siano troppo forti e un po' fredde. Il cibo che ho provato era buono ma non eccezionale, crudi freschi ma sashimi di tonno quasi congelata, il piatto del giorno era con una tipo di pasta (motivo della mia scelta) ma è arrivato con un altro formato e per il mio gusto era un po' avanti di sale. La glacette è stata posizionata nel punto sbagliato e il prezzo alla fine un po' alto, 65 euro a persona per antipasto di crudi (non so il prezzo) primo piatto e 1 bottiglia di vino. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.

15/11/2024: Volevamo provare questo ristorante e così abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per 4, accoglienza molto piacevole, ci siamo fatti consigliare dalle ragazze e devo dire che siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti. Antipasti per iniziare, 4 primi e dessert!!! Tutto ottimo, lo consiglio!

29/10/2024: I had an extremely disappointing experience with the event management at this location. After 25 emails exchanged and an inspection, I had to contact them again for clarification, as I was no longer receiving any replies. Only at that point did I discover that it was not possible to organize the event for the evening, even though they had initially confirmed availability. It would have been sufficient to inform us from the beginning of the lack of options to satisfy our request. This lack of clarity and professionalism has caused a significant waste of time and energy. We would have expected more honesty in communications, instead of false reassurances regarding availability on weekends. I cannot attach the contents of the emails as they are protected by regulation 195/2003. Attached is the second photo, where you can see the discomfort after having proposed yet another date which they said was available and ultimately rejected.

25/10/2024: We went to dinner. Breathtaking location, very well looked after, incredible view and beautiful settings. The presence of the white donkeys, which are willing to be petted, is very beautiful. They gave us a table in front of the window, overlooking the bay. We ordered oysters, mussels all'algherese, spaghetti all'algherese and culurgiones seasoned with ovinfort (Thiesi cheese) and walnuts. All heavenly. Impeccable and friendly service, with great availability, and a very welcome pet welcome. The seadas and assorted Sardinian sweets are excellent. Excellent value for money. What can I say? Great evening and place to absolutely return. Thank you!

14/12/2024: The pasta is exceptional, especially the troffie with eggplant, sausage and smoked ricotta, one of the best pasta dishes of my life, the carbonara excellent, and the ricotta spinach ravioli excellent too, reasonable portion The dessert not bad Very good service I highly recommend for a visit to Macomer

We have already been to the restaurant three times and never has a dish disappointed us whether it was land or sea: appetizers, first courses, second courses, side dishes and pizzas. All served with diligence and affability by the staff. Five stars for the chef and the service

26/09/2024: A super nice restaurant a bit hidden in the streets of Cuglieri. Although the restaurant was fully booked, we were able to spend Saturday evening with excellent cuisine. The calamari salad and the fish soup were really delicious. We'll definitely be back. Thank you very much ♡

01/12/2024: Trip out of town and we booked at this nice restaurant (not very convincing from the outside, then we changed our minds). We took both land and sea menus. Compliments to the chef, fresh food, generous portions and delicious. The waitress was very professional and courteous.....excellent value for money! We recommend it and if another trip to the area happens we will return
