A very positive experience! A regional initiative that allows the fisherman and his family to use the fish they catch to prepare dinners at their home for guests! The menu is set based on the catch! Highly recommended!

This should be your first choice for any evening... a place with about 20 seats... the family management makes you feel right at home with the fisherman... needless to say how good it is... everything is good and fresh, caught in the Asinara sea and cleaned by someone who has always been on first name terms with the sea... the owner is also a profound connoisseur of countless local anecdotes and certainly can't be said to be jealous when sharing them... the risotto's limited number of seats allows for a privileged relationship and a one-of-a-kind experience... it is not only recommended... but should be made a must for anyone visiting the beautiful village of Stintino....

Truly an experience! The menu is fixed because you eat lunch or dinner directly with your family, and the time is also specified so we can all dine together! The night we made reservations, being the first to do so, the owner, Agostino, kindly accommodated me by choosing a time, trying to accommodate my needs with those of the kitchen and any other diners! This isn't a restaurant with shared tables... even if you dine together, there are separate tables that allow for privacy! We were served primarily by the daughter, who explained each dish to us with kindness and attention to detail, including everything that goes into its preparation! Agostino made sure to stop by to say hello, as did his wife, who is also the wonderful chef. We ate very well, and the portions were absolutely generous! And I'm shocked by the negative reviews I've read! People who expect to eat fritto misto and mussels marinara... forget it! Here, they eat the catch of the day, which is definitely not farmed or frozen! This isn't to say that one type of cuisine excludes the other, just that people should be open to new flavors and experiences! The €50 menu also includes desserts (always strictly traditional and homemade), delicious... bitters and coffee! It goes without saying that the lady also makes the myrtle liqueur, and it's delicious! So, all that's left for me to do is highly recommend it and thank Agostino and his family again for a wonderful evening!

Dining at a fisherman's home... It was a truly unique experience. It doesn't get much more authentic than this. The food was top-notch and of the very best quality. But being able to listen to the stories made the experience even more special. This kind of thing deserves to be appreciated and respected.
