Chiosco Monte Longu In Dorgali

We went to Chiosco Monte Longu on a recommendation because of the great view. It was indeed beautiful. However, we weren't so impressed with the food – we've had better pizzas at other restaurants, in our opinion. The food was served on paper plates, which is obviously not very sustainable and produces a lot of waste. We don't know why this is the case. But in a restaurant at these prices, I prefer to eat from a real plate.

More than a kiosk, I'd call it an oasis... of goodness, kindness (of the staff), and the beauty of the place. The pizza is very good, the burgers are equally good, and the cocktails are wonderful. The staff is young and very friendly. Congratulations.

A very nice spot with a sea view, simple but very good quality cuisine, excellent value for money.

Great place for a drink and a bite to eat. The gin lemon & basil cocktail was delicious and refreshing. Doesn't look much from the road, but has nice seating area with views and music playing out the back. Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Plenty of parking and clean loos. Pizzas looked great, we arrived too early for the pizza oven but had a sandwich and caprese salad which were nice and fresh. Great Sardinian rose and white wine too. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend :)

A must-try every time I pass by. They make cappuccino like no other in the world. The staff is kind, helpful, and welcoming. A top spot. Dreamy aperitifs with a breathtaking view. Delicious pizza for dinner!

Restaurant with stunning views of Cala Gonone and the sea, with ample free parking. The restaurant is very pleasant, the waiters are incredibly attentive, and the tuna tartare pizza is spectacular.

Chiosco Monte Longu is an absolute highlight for us in Sardinia! Without exaggeration, the pizza was the best we've eaten in Sardinia – and perhaps ever. We were particularly impressed by the exceptionally delicious variations, such as the pizza with tuna tartare or fresh burrata. Everything was superbly prepared, wonderfully fresh, and simply sensational in taste. The Chiosco is located at a beautiful viewpoint above Cala Gonone, with a magnificent view of the Gulf of Orosei. The relaxed atmosphere amidst nature makes a visit truly special. The staff is incredibly friendly, easygoing, and attentive. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, everything was served very quickly. We also noticed how popular the Chiosco is, especially in the evenings: it was packed every day, and even finding a parking space can be challenging. This speaks for itself – anyone planning to visit in the evening should keep this in mind. A truly great place with fantastic food, a stunning view, and a warm atmosphere – highly recommended!

A very nice restaurant on the hill above Cala Gonone, with only outdoor seating. There's plenty of parking. The view from up there is beautiful. The food is excellent; the pizza is highly recommended. Dogs are allowed. It's advisable to reserve in advance, especially for the nice tables along the edge. The evening we were there, there was even live music.

Absolutely recommended. An ideal spot, incredible views, relaxed atmosphere, and a simple yet delicious menu. The service was delightful.

We stopped for the view and then ended up eating; the hamburgers were excellent, the staff very friendly. Superb terrace.
