He guides us to discover his cuisine, giving us valuable suggestions for trying new and unusual things. Everything is very good and cared for, its zero km style gives you the possibility of breaking away from the mold and the usual famous dishes/wines to discover a new, dynamic and local cuisine. Don't miss out on its truly unforgettable seadas! And a must try on Pirastru! Well done Marcello, we'll see you again at the end of August and continue like this!

24/11/2024: We slept in their accommodations "the convent rooms" which were really welcoming, clean and tidy, equipped with every comfort, from the bathroom with all the necessary products to a counter equipped with everything you need for breakfast, excellent, very special homemade biscuits.

At Sale e Pepe you can find a careful selection of cured meats and cheeses that you can take home, or eat comfortably on site while sipping a good glass of wine. Besides cutting boards, I love gourmet sandwiches that can be assembled with the ingredients available on the counter or simply relying on the advice of the master butcher :) In short, Sale e Pepe is the perfect place for a quality lunch break!
