23/03/2025: We had dinner on a Saturday night, the restaurant was full but we had booked a menu already decided in advance and the service was very fast. Fresh fish, everything very good, generous portions (even too much!), very kind and helpful staff. Simple place, very nice with a terrace overlooking the tower.

27/02/2025: TO RUN AWAY!!!! We were a couple and wanted to have dinner. Arriving late, we politely asked a waitress if the restaurant was still serving. The waitress rolled her eyes, sighed and said yes. But we should have left then. What followed was deplorable service, filthy, bland cuisine, not at all done according to the rules of the art. I had not yet finished my plate which I was struggling to finish when it was snatched from me by the waitress who was eager to finish her service. Finally, at the time of the bill, the waitress refused my credit card claiming that it was not accepted. Refusing to pay otherwise, she finally ended up accepting it. In summary, +40€ for 2 bad “pizzas” + 2 cokes, two undrinkable, insolent and condescending waitresses, it’s VERY expensive to pay. Accustomed to Parisian restaurants where the service often leaves something to be desired, I have never been treated like this. Run away!!!!.

01/01/2025: A place to absolutely avoid, with prices that do not reflect the quality of the food in the slightest. We had spaghetti all'amatriciana and risotto with scampi cream. The spaghetti was overcooked, and seasoned with a liquid mixture of water and oil, which practically made them look like broth. The risotto was also overcooked to the point of being mush. When the staff collected the practically full plates, they didn't even bother to ask why we hadn't touched anything, or what had happened. So to recap: Low quality food, combined with terrible service and staff. Avoid it.

14/01/2025: I don't think I've ever been to such a beautiful place. I recommend it to all those who want to be in peace to have a lunch or dinner accompanied by a nice heat that comes from the wood-fired oven, visible as soon as you enter the restaurant, unique staff!

04/04/2025: Nice place in the historic center of Alghero. We ate an appetizer and a first course. The seafood fregula was very good, although we would have preferred a few more minutes of cooking. Despite the winter period the place was almost full, thus justifying the positive reviews. Given the good looks, next time we will try the pizza. A round of applause to the waiters and the owner and, obviously, compliments to the chefs.

Il piatto forte del locale è sicuramente la panada, preparata con maestria e che conquista al primo morso. Le panade sono uniche, ricche di sapori e realizzate con ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Ma non solo: i taglieri misti offrono una varietà che accontenta tutti i gusti, dalle carni succulente al pesce fresco, passando per le verdure saporite. Ogni piatto è un'esplosione di gusto, perfettamente equilibrato e mai troppo pesante. I prezzi sono assolutamente competitivi, in linea con la qualità del cibo e con la zona, rendendo l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. Il servizio è accogliente e cordiale, e l’atmosfera del ristorante è molto rilassante, perfetta per una cena in compagnia o una serata speciale. Se siete a caccia di un'ottima esperienza gastronomica sarda, con piatti tipici e una qualità senza compromessi, "Sa Panada" è senza dubbio il posto giusto. Super consigliato!

01/04/2025: This ancient trattoria is a very difficult place to describe in words, both for the architecture and for the beauty of the objects on display, obviously relating to the local tradition of Sulcis Iglesiente. The tables, of mixed shapes and sizes, including many round, are an invitation to the pleasure of conviviality, under the banner of good food and excellent wines. I really enjoyed the fireplace, with the scented wood, which cheered up and warmed me. Lele, owner and chef, is a friendly, cultured, curious man, passionate about local herbs and herbal preparations, to be used also in his traditional and, at the same time, innovative cuisine. We immediately bonded and exchanged experiences and projects. In short, what I experienced was truly remarkable, even the excellent pizza consumed on Friday evening, now a small routine. If you have any doubts, just come and try. Unfortunately I will return to the "continent", but Nuxis, Letizia's trattoria, Lele, I will take them with me, in my heart.

13/04/2025: We were in the area for the Costa Smeralda Rally and since it is low season it is difficult to find something open. We trusted the many reviews, and we could not have made a better choice. We found an excellent place, heated, with many tables and at an ideal distance to enjoy dinner and talk to each other. The pizza menu was very varied, we would have chosen them all, but in any case they were delicious and the ingredients were quality. The staff and waitresses were very kind, professional and helpful, from the welcome to the payment. Unfortunately, we spilled a glass due to our carelessness. The staff was very quick to set the table again and bring a new glass, in less than a minute we had the table clean and set again. In addition to being so efficient, we noticed a lot of empathy and kindness in such an uncomfortable situation on a Saturday at dinner. With this review we wanted to thank the staff, and the staff who were so kind and helpful. If we were to return to the area, it will definitely be a regular stop or one we will recommend to friends/relatives. The pizza is excellent, they have many choices for wine/beers/desserts. They deserve the highest score hands down because these days it is difficult to find such an impeccable place with balanced prices. Thank you very much!

07/04/2025: A culinary highlight in Cannigione! During our stay in Cannigione we visited the Pizzeria da Serafino e Giovanni and were completely thrilled. We chose the special 36-hour sourdough pizza, which we had two different toppings on - a great way to try different flavors. The dough was exceptionally crispy and aromatic, a far cry from what we know from Germany. The service was great: the staff welcomed us warmly, gave us competent advice and was always attentive. Both the restaurant and the toilet facilities were spotlessly clean and welcoming. The furnishings are simple and functional, and the seating is designed for shorter stays. But since the pizzas are served quickly, this is completely appropriate. The focus here is clearly on the quality of the food – and it is convincing across the board.  Although the pizzeria is a bit out of the way, it is definitely worth a visit. For anyone who appreciates authentic and quality pizza, this place is an absolute must in Cannigione!⭐️🙌
