17/09/2025: I stayed two nights at this wonderful place, run by a wonderful couple! Their hospitality and warmth are unmistakable. I had the pleasure of dining and sampling the typical inland products, lovingly cooked by their wife. What can I say other than thank you for making my stay with you unforgettable!

26/09/2025: We discovered the café by chance and had breakfast there. A delicious selection at fair prices. The food is so beautifully presented. The ambiance and staff were also great. We'd love to go back!

30/09/2025: A very beautiful place and beautiful scenery, as well as the entire hotel complex! We stayed for three days by motorcycle and went on day trips. It's a great base for various motorcycle routes. Special praise goes to the staff and caring owners of the hotel! We felt very comfortable and the food was delicious! Unfortunately, the hotel and restaurant weren't full, so I wonder why? The town of Bosa is colorful and beautiful, and the hotel is only about 1 km away. It's easily accessible on foot. So, if you're ever in the area, go there for dinner and you won't be disappointed! 😊!!!!!

26/08/2025: Restaurant: Beautiful restaurant with a wonderful view of the gardens and the castle. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I've tried the "classic" menu, which is delicious and varied, and the set menus for Easter Monday and Ferragosto. The latter always feature unique and varied dishes, with unusual and hard-to-find flavor combinations. Planargia is a unique offering compared to neighboring restaurants. The portions are decidedly generous, a great thing (in my opinion). Beyond the restaurant and the dishes, it's truly a wonderful local experience, and a pleasure to have lunch, and especially dinner, in this beautiful place. Anyone in the area shouldn't miss this gem. Rooms: Not tested.

20/10/2025: A great little family restaurant with incredibly friendly hosts! Be sure to reserve a table in advance! We had the "Sardinian Menu" and were absolutely thrilled with the many delicious dishes. A wonderful atmosphere – definitely spend an evening there!

06/10/2025: I highly recommend it. I may not be an expert in Sardinian dishes yet, but everything tasted delicious. There's an interesting option to order tasting dishes. This is my second time here, and it certainly won't be my last.

05/10/2025: I'd call it a "day-old trattoria" because the dishes arrived reheated! I asked for roast eels? No, just stewed ones, they arrived floating in overheated, piping hot sauce. Two roasted cuttlefish arrived melted and reheated, still with the steam as a sauce. The risotto was cooked separately and then mixed with the (frozen) seafood sauce, which was also reheated. Two appetizers: a burrida and a seafood salad. The burrida was the only dish that was less bad than the rest, but it was bland and seemed washed. The seafood salad was completely frozen (I agree, it was listed on the menu as likely), but the surimi, as is Sardinian tradition, was definitely not recommended. Sorry, but not recommended.

07/10/2025: This restaurant is very good and reasonably priced, and unlike other restaurants, it's open during unusual hours, including in the afternoon. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was very generous and delicious, prepared fresh and quickly. The pizza with fresh tuna and stracciatella is a hidden gem. The restrooms are very nice and clean.

27/09/2025: In Oliena, in the heart of Barbagia: Sa Corte, a unique welcome and excellent cuisine. The chef is brilliant, as is Giovanna, the mother, who carefully and lovingly prepares her amazing desserts, a treat for the palate and the heart.

24/09/2025: Sa Corte restaurant was a wonderful end-of-vacation discovery. We never expected to find such high-quality cuisine: excellent ingredients and dishes deeply rooted in Sardinian tradition, prepared and presented with great care. The young chef's touch is evident and appreciated in his ability to showcase the ingredients and offer traditional recipes with a modern twist, playing with textures and pairings: the cannoli filled with goat cheese, truffle, and myrtle reduction, the onions in Nepenthe, the green culurgiones with orange reduction, and crispy cheese wafers, are fabulous. The desserts are also excellent. Kudos also to the "hostess" for her kindness, expertise, and passion.
