02/11/2025: I couldn't find a better pizza in Sardinia. Dongali is a sleepy little village in the Sardinian mountains. After 8 pm, there's absolutely nothing going on. We had to search for a long time and finally found what we were looking for on Wikipizza. It's a simple pizzeria, and many people get takeaway pizzas there. The pizza was very good, as was the house wine.

26/10/2025: So very good, well cooked, lots of choice between flavours and instant delivery, very approved for celiacs and other intolerances such as lactose and the edge and also very good the gluten-free one 😍😍

03/11/2025: An English pub-style venue in the city center, open all night. Friendly and helpful staff. The horse steak is outstanding, excellent.

01/11/2025: Passing by for dinner with friends, huge choice on the menu, unsure of what to order, I went for the spaghetti with clams, huge choice also in beers and pizzas, highly recommended

20/09/2025: A charming place, a little difficult to reach, especially at night as the roads aren't well-lit, but you get used to it. The hotel is well-maintained, in an elevated position that offers sweeping views of the coast and the hinterland. Breakfast features excellent local produce, including gluten-free options. The owner was incredibly kind, waiting for me until 2 a.m. due to a delayed ferry from Olbia. The rooms are clean and spacious. I hope to return; highly recommended for peace and quiet.

10/06/2025: We had lunch here after a visit to the caves. Great service and a good menu, we had grilled calamari and an octopus salad. Took great photos from the restaurant of the view.

25/10/2025: A whole different class of pizza! We were absolutely thrilled! The pizza at Floris was definitely a completely different quality than what we're used to. We tried the Pizza dalla Casa and the Pizza Sarda, and both were unique and tasted fantastic. A must for every pizza lover! Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

16/09/2025: A true gem for fish lovers! A very traditional fish restaurant with an authentic feel. Many locals come here – a good sign! The food is incredibly delicious, freshly prepared, and of the highest quality. If you love regional cuisine, this is the place to be.

30/09/2025: A very beautiful place and beautiful scenery, as well as the entire hotel complex! We stayed for three days by motorcycle and went on day trips. It's a great base for various motorcycle routes. Special praise goes to the staff and caring owners of the hotel! We felt very comfortable and the food was delicious! Unfortunately, the hotel and restaurant weren't full, so I wonder why? The town of Bosa is colorful and beautiful, and the hotel is only about 1 km away. It's easily accessible on foot. So, if you're ever in the area, go there for dinner and you won't be disappointed! 😊!!!!!

26/08/2025: Restaurant: Beautiful restaurant with a wonderful view of the gardens and the castle. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I've tried the "classic" menu, which is delicious and varied, and the set menus for Easter Monday and Ferragosto. The latter always feature unique and varied dishes, with unusual and hard-to-find flavor combinations. Planargia is a unique offering compared to neighboring restaurants. The portions are decidedly generous, a great thing (in my opinion). Beyond the restaurant and the dishes, it's truly a wonderful local experience, and a pleasure to have lunch, and especially dinner, in this beautiful place. Anyone in the area shouldn't miss this gem. Rooms: Not tested.

07/10/2025: This restaurant is very good and reasonably priced, and unlike other restaurants, it's open during unusual hours, including in the afternoon. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was very generous and delicious, prepared fresh and quickly. The pizza with fresh tuna and stracciatella is a hidden gem. The restrooms are very nice and clean.

23/10/2025: I went to By Night on October 21, 2025, for dinner. Impeccable service. The waitress was able to recommend the perfect pairings. I had a fresh pasta with red mullet for the first course, and a Mediterranean-style sea bream for the second course, the catch of the day. Everything was delicious! I couldn't order dessert because I was full, otherwise I would have gladly ordered it. I had a table next to me that was a bit noisy. Without much hesitation, they immediately changed our table. Thanks to the whole team. Excellent value for money.

12/10/2025: By Night: to celebrate our wedding anniversary. If you're in Olbia, this restaurant will win you over from the moment you arrive: a refined atmosphere, young and professional staff, and dishes that are surprising in both taste and presentation. Each course is a small masterpiece, prepared with quality ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. The fish is incredibly fresh, and the desserts are irresistible. We didn't try any meat-based dishes. Kudos to the entire team: By Night is a guarantee of pleasure and quality.

05/11/2025: On Saturday, November 1st, shortly after 2:00 PM, my brother and I stopped in for lunch without a reservation, after a quick phone call to check availability. The welcome was immediate and warm: the smiling and friendly staff immediately made us feel at ease. *Accessibility and Space* There are numerous free parking spaces near the restaurant, cemented and well-organized between the sidewalk and the roadway. External accessibility is very good: small differences in height (2–5 cm) between the paved surfaces do not create major obstacles. Inside, accessibility is excellent: doors about 1 meter wide, tables with adequate knee room and manual wheelchairs with fixed pads, and a dedicated restroom, clean, uncluttered, and equipped with a changing table. The dining room, about half-full, is spacious and bright, with an exterior view, well-spaced tables, and generous circulation areas: a comfortable, convenient, and quiet environment. *Food and Service* We shared a delicious meat-based appetizer (grilled eggplant slices, dried sausage, fresh cheese, prosciutto, pancetta, and pitted green olives), followed by two excellent rare horse fillets on a bed of arugula: incredibly tender, they melted in the mouth. For sides, a fresh salad (lettuce, radicchio, and tomato) and truly delicious roast potatoes. To drink, a quarter of the house white wine, crisp and sweet, a can of Coke Zero, and half a liter of water. We finished with coffee. Generous portions, excellent quality, and perfect service: we finished lunch in about an hour, without any excessive wait. *Value for Money* The bill, about €32 per person (cover charge included, with full cloth tablecloth), was more than adequate for the quality, quantity, and service received. *Location* The restaurant is less than a 5-minute drive from the seasonal Sa Spendula waterfalls and in an area full of attractions, ideal for combining good food and exploring the local area. In short: an excellent experience in every way – accessibility, hospitality, comfort, quality of food, and atmosphere. I can't wait to return!
