17/05/2025: In un panorama gastronomico ormai dominato da porzioni "gourmet" degne di un buffet per bambini, questa trattoria di Sarroch è una vera e propria boccata d’aria fresca – o meglio, un tuffo nella cucina autentica, generosa e saporita. Qui non si scherza: i piatti sono abbondanti, ricchi di gusto e preparati con una cura che raramente si trova anche nei locali più rinomati di Cagliari o delle blasonate località balneari. Finalmente un posto dove il rapporto qualità-prezzo è onesto, dove si esce sazi, felici e con la voglia di tornare. Dai primi ai secondi, passando per antipasti che sembrano banchetti nuziali. Complimenti a chi ha avuto il coraggio di mantenere viva la tradizione e di servire ancora con il sorriso piatti che raccontano amore per la cucina e rispetto per il cliente. A Sarroch, si mangia meglio che in città. Parola di buongustaia.

15/05/2025: A small family restaurant like you rarely find these days! The husband cooks and the wife serves, great ambiance, you almost feel like you're in the living room, everything very authentic and cozy :) The food was truly outstanding and prepared with love. From the antipasti (mussels) to the main course, the orata was perfectly cooked, the ravioli was a poem and a true eye-catcher. They immediately provided a car seat for our little one, and even brought toys :) We highly recommend it if you're visiting Caligari. We're already looking forward to the next time 😁 Mile Gracie

11/05/2025: Traditional Sardinian dishes, a little further away from the "chaos" of the historic center and other more touristy places. Very good Culurgiones, very honest prices. A beautiful discovery in Cagliari. Highly recommended, I appreciated the simplicity and traditional air of the place.

18/05/2025: High-level agriturismo where I ate very well, enjoying Sardinian cuisine that pleasantly surprised me. All accompanied by elegance and courtesy, even in explaining in detail what my friends and I were about to eat. The owner's handmade pasta in the center of the room added a touch of extra warmth. Highly recommended place for a lunch with friends.

03/05/2025: We found this wonderful place by chance on google maps. As soon as we sat down we received impeccable service from Roberto (who we discovered was one of the owners). Excellent food quality, amazing service and an atmosphere that made us feel at home! We also had the pleasure of meeting Stefania at the end of the dinner who seems to read minds as she is good at understanding every need and gave us lots of advice for our stay in Sardinia. Really thanks guys :) we've been happy to come back several times and will definitely be back on our next Sardinian holidays! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! An absolutely must-do stop if you are in this area!

Situato nel cuore di Nuoro, si distingue come un ristorante capace di raccontare la Sardegna attraverso una cucina che guarda al futuro senza dimenticare le proprie radici. L’atmosfera è intima ma moderna, con un design essenziale che mette al centro la qualità della proposta gastronomica. I piatti sono un connubio raffinato tra ingredienti locali e tecniche contemporanee: ogni portata è curata nei minimi dettagli. Volendo, e non si sbaglia di certo, si può scegliere anche un’ottima selezione di carni nazionali e internazionali da cucinare alla griglia. Anche i dolci meritano una menzione speciale per l’originalità e l’equilibrio dei sapori. Il personale è giovane, competente e accogliente, pronto a guidare l’ospite in un’esperienza che va oltre la semplice cena. La carta dei vini, ricca di etichette sarde e nazionali, completa un’offerta che colpisce per coerenza e personalità. Molto buono il vino della casa. 01/06/2025: We had a great time at this restaurant! The atmosphere is very pleasant and the terrace is really very cute. The food was delicious and nicely presented. The only thing was that it took quite a while before we got our dessert and the bill.

16/03/2025: We came today after a nice walk in Pau to the fairytale forest.. half an hour's drive away, you get here to Ruinas.. it's worth it, the food is good, the staff is very kind, I definitely recommend it, stop for lunch at their place, you won't regret it

11/05/2025: Attentive and kind staff, we took advantage of the fixed menu and it was all delicious, the frying perfect, the gnocchi with seafood ragù highly recommended like the calamari, babà as good as the Neapolitan one.
