21/02/2025: First experience in this place chosen on the recommendation of friends. Pleasant and welcoming environment in a very modern but sober and elegant style. Adequate service, smiling, kind and professional staff but a slightly cold and impersonal welcome as well as the absolutely anonymous and disinterested farewell. Sin. However, I would say everything is sufficient except for the plateau of crudités which I don't consider up to par for more than one reason: a mignonette sauce must be known by heart in a restaurant that wants to be as it appears, cheap oysters when with a minimum of extra effort they could be propose absolutely superior oysters or at least give the possibility of choice, excellent quality prawns but not without intestines (serious lack in my opinion), on the other hand blue lobster linguine truly delicious and perfect. I don't know how this review will be received but I don't worry about it. To conclude: I will return if I have the opportunity but with much less ambitious expectations. In response to the restaurateur's polite reply, I would like to point out that, contrary to what you asserted, the black filament on the back of the prawn really has nothing to do with the eggs and a mignonette sauce does not require the preparation of a "line" because half a red onion (or shallot) cut into small pieces in a small cup of red wine vinegar with pepper takes no more than a minute. Criticism should be accepted with more serenity because you never lose but you win or learn. Greetings

14/03/2025: Informal place, where you eat discreetly, good value for money. Despite the large number of customers, the staff is courteous and smiling. We always like to go there.

25/02/2025: The pizza is delicious, crunchy and tasty dough, even the part covered by the toppings remains crunchy, fantastic. The formula of the 1/4 pan segments is particular, the quarter of which should correspond to a medium round pizza. It arrives at the table already cut into inviting slices. For me the only flaw is perhaps the price is a bit high Relaxing environment with excellent soft instrumental music that is truly pleasant I consumed 2/4 of the pan as you can see in the video, they should correspond to two normal round pizzas, and yes they filled me up

23/10/2024: Friendliness can be improved if you just want to order drinks. For example, a beer costs 7 euros, apparently the profit margin is not sufficient.

27/10/2024: I stumbled upon Lavori in Corso with colleagues after a workday nearby, and we were all pleasantly surprised by the excellent food quality. Each dish was clearly prepared with passion and high-quality ingredients, giving a true taste of Sardinian tradition. The restaurant itself is small, but if you’re lucky enough to find a spot, you’re in for a genuinely enjoyable experience. The menu is limited, yet it offers something for various tastes, which adds to the charm. The only reason I’m not giving a full five stars is a slight rigidity from the kitchen with small requests – they stick closely to the menu, even for minor adjustments or combining appetizers onto a shared platter. Despite this, I highly recommend it; it’s one of those unexpected finds that adds so much to Italian dining tradition.

12/10/2024: By far the best restaurant we visited while our stay in Sardegna. Traditional dishes, very well prepared and with a little tweak. The prices are a bit above average, but it's totally worth it. Highly recommendable.

16/03/2025: Best dining experience in Cagliari! The Beef tongue with pesto, cherry tomatoes and tuna belly ham and the spaghetti carbonara with candied chilli were exceptional. The ravioli all'agrafe and the amberjack fillet in Jerusalem artichoke sauce are also delicious. We got some advice on the wine and it was so good that we ordered a case. The restaurant also does half portions and it's a great thing to try more dishes :)

18/02/2025: Definitely one of the best places I’ve eaten at in Cagliari. We went for the tasting menu and spent just over 60 euros, but we also drank quite a lot. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive, and the service was quick. Every dish we had was delicious and beautifully presented. The location is lovely, with outdoor seating that’s perfect for spring and summer. Highly recommended!

07/04/2025: Questa pizzeria al taglio è una vera eccellenza per chi cerca una pizza d’asporto di alta qualità. Situata in una zona comoda e facilmente raggiungibile, conquista fin dal primo sguardo grazie al bancone ricco di varietà e colori. Le pizze sono preparate con ingredienti freschissimi e selezionati con cura, e si nota immediatamente l’attenzione alla qualità in ogni dettaglio. Una vera garanzia per chi ama la buona pizza al taglio da portare via!

16/03/2025: We came today after a nice walk in Pau to the fairytale forest.. half an hour's drive away, you get here to Ruinas.. it's worth it, the food is good, the staff is very kind, I definitely recommend it, stop for lunch at their place, you won't regret it

28/02/2025: We booked at this restaurant because we were passing through that area. We found a real trattoria of which few are seen nowadays. We were welcomed by very kind staff and the constant presence of the grandmother. The restaurant has a main room that is not very large but welcoming. The menu offers typical and original dishes from the area. From the starter to the main courses, everything was good and of good quality. The seadas one of the best we have ever eaten.. Fast service, and more than reasonable prices. If you happen to be in the area, drop by, but first... BOOK. If we pass through those parts again we will gladly return.
