16/11/2024: Never had Amatriciana Sauce before but we fell in love. Everything here was great and I guess we were very lucky to walk right in off the ferry and get an amazing lunch. Best pasta I've ever had in my life.

05/11/2024: I do not recommend this place because it is not only the food that speaks volumes about the place. A manager without empathy. I was with my family and my wife had trouble walking. He shouted at me. If it weren't for my children, I would talk to you differently. You are not suitable for this position. You asked me what to do... Who taught you the standards? Change your profession because in my opinion you are not suitable for it. You hurt people with your behavior. We didn't do anything bad to you, we just came to the premises. You weren't busy because no one was in the place at the time. You had time but you wanted to be left alone. You had no desire to do anything. Next time, take care of every customer, even if you don't have a place, try to point out another place, suggest something - where is the best place to go. Help - because these should be the standards among people. What you did is selfishness and discrimination. Yes, I'm giving you advice because I've been to many places and I know how managers in other places behave. I feel offended. If it's not your place, let your owner see that someone spent a lot of time writing a few sentences. Apart from apologizing, do not respond to this assessment because it will only make your situation worse. From what I see, it's not only my assessment that is critical. 11/12/2024: I was here with my wife and 2 children, Mrs. Francesca was friendly and helpful even if we arrived late, typical hotel with traditional Sardinian furnishings, spacious, warm and clean room, excellent breakfast, all very positive.

16/11/2024: It's the restaurant where I had my wedding dinner and I always come back with pleasure, not as much as I would like. There are few good pizzas like this around: crunchy, well seasoned and digestible. The place is beautiful and well looked after and all the staff deserve 5 stars. Francesca is an excellent hostess. I promise to return as soon as possible.

Of what was proposed on the menu we opted for a portion of fried potatoes and two pizzas. These do not stand out for their personality, the dough is very thin, not proportionate to the filling. Overall of medium pleasantness. Prices are adequate, slightly excessive regarding additions.

18/12/2024: Very nice, family-run restaurant, very courteous but slightly inattentive service: we sometimes had to make requests several times. To compensate, they are well prepared to recommend and choose wines, available on a large and varied list. The dishes were all very good, well presented and beautiful to look at, but the portions were really too small. The desserts that were served appeared beautiful and good. Account appropriate to the quality of what was served. If in the area it is certainly worth a stop.

24/12/2024: Very large and comfortable room, well-kept, clean and sufficiently heated. We opted, upon telephone reservation, for dinner and subsequent room in a B&B, located 20 meters from the restaurant (very comfortable and functional). Upon arrival we were received with extreme kindness and they immediately provided us with the room. Comfortable beds, very large bathroom (also suitable for disabled people) equipped with everything you need. In the room the air conditioner is already on (very kind gesture), a fridge with drinks and a TV. It's time for dinner, ready, let's go! We sit at a very spacious table (there are only 3 of us, two adults and a child) which doesn't hurt also because with all the obligatory stuff that has arrived. The boy who received us upon arrival explains to us how the evening will work and in fact after a few minutes he comes to pick us up at the table to take us to the meat "safe". We are stunned at the mere sight of it! The detailed description of each carré present in the fridge begins: origin, name of the farm, nationality, type of diet and duration of maturation... (we look like we are at an exhibition of paintings) I have never seen such a service. We decide on our cut and out comes 2.06kg of Spanish Asturiana (a dinosaur). In the meantime, next to us, we see the "meatico" Livio (the one who makes videos on Facebook and who always puts the salt first) who prepares the embers and greets us. We return to the table and start with various appetizers typical of the local cuisine, a fantastic house Cannonau, bottled which reaches 15% vol., but does not weigh down, it goes down a pleasure and above all it does not knock us out after the second glass. Here it is, after 45/50 minutes, its majesty arrives and is cut in front of us and placed on a hot plate. Tender, juicy, never "stringy", the right amount of fat and salt, a unique taste and excellent cooking! I'm in ecstasy, I've never eaten a cut of meat like this, perfect cooking, I can't find a flaw... Unfortunately, being two adults and a child we cannot finish it all, we leave "the two slices of shame" We accompany everything with grilled vegetables that do nothing to make us finish the two pieces of brontosaurus. What can I say... Unique experience definitely to be repeated as soon as finances allow, yes because the final price is very high. A round of applause goes to all the staff: all the waitresses are very well trained in describing the various dishes (something that is not too obvious nowadays), kind, smiling, and fast... The best! The only flaw: I would improve the road signs to reach the restaurant (the signs are not very visible and you risk continuing further and then turning back) and the stretch of dirt road that passes under the 131dcn. I highly recommend it for a unique experience, please pay attention to the prices to avoid surprises. We hope to see you again soon, thank you and..... "In any case, the salt put in first is fine!"

04/12/2024: We went here with friends to take advantage of the Braceria service! Excellent quality cuts and wide choice! The location is also beautiful and quite well looked after Given our expense however, quite disappointed with the service and time management... Of course, everything can always be improved! I hope they prove me wrong next time
