A stunning venue, meticulously maintained down to the last detail. Three of us went for dinner. The service was impeccable, and the quality of the ingredients was top-notch! The price is a bit high, but with such high-level service, that's understandable. We'll definitely be back, and I recommend it to everyone.

The restaurant is truly welcoming, complete with stoves in the middle of the room that make the atmosphere even more pleasant. To say the staff is magnificent is an understatement, starting with the waiter, who offers advice and is friendly without being intrusive; and then the young man who explained the various types of meat to us was extremely knowledgeable. There were two of us, and for our appetizer, we ordered a small cheese platter, which was truly delicious (not the usual three pecorinos). We paired our meal with a bottle of their house wine, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Then came the meat, and there's very little to complain about: the quality is hard to find in Sardinia, or even in Italy. As for the cooking, we found it perfect: a lovely crust on the outside and warm on the inside (not cold as I'd read in some reviews). We left delighted with our experience and eager to return.

The restaurant boasts a well-appointed dining room and a splendid view, elements that contribute to a pleasant and refined atmosphere. The setting is elegant and designed with attention to detail, although it's clear that this is a farmhouse with a look that aspires to be reminiscent of a Michelin-starred restaurant, without quite achieving the same level of coherence; I was expecting a rural farmhouse.
The meat, of excellent quality, is served exclusively in very thick cuts (the actual weight is not guaranteed, but it's a safe bet) and with a truly generous, almost excessive, amount of fat. Although cooking is done primarily on the bone, to delay the external cooking (which was already at its limit), the internal part of the meat is still served cold. A real shame, because the raw ingredients are excellent. The professionalism of the young man in charge of carving the meat is noteworthy: kind, competent, and attentive, certainly one of the highlights of the service.
The pompia dessert was a real surprise: sublime, balanced, and well-crafted.
The dining room staff is generally professional, although their gestures and manners don't always live up to the image the restaurant tries to convey. Two details negatively impacted the experience: the lack of soap in the bathroom throughout the meal and the frequent arguments and quarrels from the kitchen, which inevitably detract from the atmosphere.
Regarding prices, the overall impression is that the quality-price ratio is that of a Michelin-starred restaurant... but it isn't. The house-bottled Cannonau wine offers a decidedly off-the-charts quality-price ratio. Furthermore, I didn't appreciate the rule that if even just one person at the table wanted the à la carte menu, the rest of the group couldn't choose the set menu: a form of restriction that doesn't convey a welcoming atmosphere.
To complete the picture, the dirt road leading to the restaurant isn't the best and contributes to making the overall experience less seamless than one would expect from a restaurant aiming for such a high profile.
