09/05/2025: A lovely restaurant just slightly off the usual tourist route. Very good food, especially the primi - carbonara and amatriciana. Service was the star- we tried our best with Italian and the staff were very forgiving. Definitely one to watch!

03/05/2025: After many years I returned to this brewery by chance. The dishes offered are excellent where meat reigns supreme. Very tender and tasty, even more particular given that beer is used for cooking. Good fries and ice cream, everything excellent including the service. There's no point in talking about the beer that wins hands down. Average prices.

03/05/2025: Dopo tanti anni sono tornato per caso in questo birrificio. Ottimi i piatti offerti dove la carne fa da padrona. Molto tenera e saporita, ancor più particolare visto che viene usata la birra per cucinare. Buone le patate fritte e i gelati, tutto ottimo compreso il servizio. Inutile parlare della birra che vince a mani basse. Prezzi nella media.

La torta e i suoi dolci sono una delizia per il palato di una delicatezza indescrivibile...Io solitamente non mangio torte e dolci ma i suoi sono spettacolari in tutti i sensi! 30/04/2025: At the Vecchia Fattoria I rediscovered the value of time, that of cooking as it once was, with hands and fire. The grilled meat is simply incredible, carefully chosen and cooked before my eyes, without tricks or shortcuts. Each dish tells of the land, the seasonality, the agricultural culture of those who still believe that simplicity is a luxury. The atmosphere is rustic but refined, the service is warm without ever being intrusive. It's a place where you don't just go to eat, but to feel part of something real. Highly recommended for those looking for authenticity, not appearance.

27/05/2025: The food was unfortunately only average – and far too expensive. It seemed like the place was exclusively filled with tourists. The pasta was served with Parmesan cheese that clearly came out of a packet. While the service was super friendly, they seemed overwhelmed. Everything took a very long time. They forgot to serve oil and vinegar at our table. Additionally, the dining room had a musty smell. Overall, the value for money isn't right.

29/05/2025: One of the best reataurants in Bosa. We got the table during the lunchtime and enjoyed our time here. We tried the plate with local cheese and ham, with complimentary vegetables and bread. Cheeses and hams were really good. For the main course we had the sandwitch where you can mix your fillings but I was really not impressed - ham, sundried tomatoes and mozarella was my selection which was good but the quality of traditional sandwich was not great - like every other bun you can buy in supermarket and “fake grilled” - fake because it was cold. My girlfirend tried insalatona ala bufala - rucola, mozzarella, ham and tomatos - this was really good. 4 stars for the waiters who were nice but never actually came to table apart from bringing food which is sad for such a restaurant. Water is served from plastic bottles, cola from can. These little things can be improved and it would be great.

29/05/2025: We had lunch in this characteristic bistro, ordering salads that were very much appreciated. The dishes are very well presented and the sandwiches also looked delicious. Very kind and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
