20/06/2025: Ciao a tutti, a Stintino abbiamo cenato presso la Trattoria OPERA VIVA, sita vicino alla Piazza del Municipio. Locale ampio, con deor esterno coperto e arieggiato, tavoli ben disposti, personale cortese e preparato, pronto a soddisfare le tue richieste. Ottimo il menu offerto. Noi abbiamo scelto un formaggio alla brace come antipasto, che era o caprino o di latte vaccino cotto alla brace in due strati di pane carasao, veramente eccellente, poi un piatto di spaghetti allo scoglio con il pescato del giorno e un fantastico fritto misto. Il tutto accompagnato da un’ottima Icnusa non filtrata e acqua. Alla fine un dolce tipico sardo. Se vi trovate a Stintino, telefonate e prenotate un tavolo, ne rimarrete decisamente soddisfatti. 24/06/2025: Dinner for two in this typical Sardinian seafood restaurant. We took the tasting menu for €50 per person which included a mix of appetizers, paella, sweet and bitter, as well as a bottle of water and a bottle of wine (both 75 cl). Delicious dishes and excellent service. We recommend! Ps: better to book in advance on the website.

11/06/2025: I had the pleasure of dining there. The food was authentic Sardinian food and everything was delicious. The service was excellent, Danilo was taking care of us. He took time to explain some of the typical dishes we tried and his service was impeccable. Unfortunately I didn't take any pics of the food because I was too focused on enjoying the meal.

Small restaurant in a family atmosphere, served by an excellent waiter, surrounded by loyal customers served with care by the owner. Perfect atmosphere to enjoy a quiet Sardinian fish dinner, excellent quality. Honest prices.

17/06/2025: Abbiamo cenato due sere in questo locale gestito con un'attenzione non comune. Il cibo dal pesce alla pizza tutto di qualità eccellente. Per quanto il locale fosse pieno in entrambe le occasioni il servizio è stato impeccabile, veloce e sorridente. Ultimo ma non meno importante: l'avvenenza di molti dei camerieri, sia giovani che senior. Un bel vedere, un ottimo mangiare

18/06/2025: For me, this is the best restaurant I’ve tried in Alghero. The food is good and the waiters are extremely nice. I went back three times, and all the food I tried was very delicious.

29/06/2025: I've truly never experienced such rudeness. During our trip today, we were spontaneously looking for a restaurant and stumbled upon this place. Unfortunately, the staff completely ignored us and didn't even look at us – despite repeated attempts to get their attention. It was only when I finally went to the front of the table that an employee told us we could take a seat. After we ordered a large bottle of water and then wanted to order our food, we were completely ignored again – even though we made clear signals like eye contact and hand signals. I've never encountered such disrespectful behavior before. We then decided to leave the restaurant. At least we weren't charged for the water – a small consolation in an overall very disappointing experience.

26/06/2025: I happened to be in this tavern last night, the staff was very kind and attentive right away, in fact I was alone and there wasn't a table for me right away but they made me sit down while waiting for a place to become available, they prepared a nice table with a view for me, I had a mixed seafood appetizer, really good with a good glass of white wine. What I want to point out and specify is the KINDNESS OF ALL THE WAITERS.... really COMPLIMENTS because I travel alone a lot and I go to eat in restaurants very often but it's not so obvious to find kind people. Thanks for the welcome, for a spontaneous and not ostentatious education... well done....

11/06/2025: The first time we went there we thought we were going to eat something quick in a bar, but we were instead happily surprised by the quality and goodness of the food. From that moment on we returned almost every day until the end of our stay in Domusnovas. Highly recommended!!

08/06/2025: My husband ordered the mixed grill seafood and said it was the best meal he’d had in 2 weeks in Paris and Malta…

12/06/2025: The owner was fantastic and also the creative mind behind the menu recipes. The food was full of natural flavors, like the seafood, spaghetti, and grilled fish, all with touches of olive oil and tomatoes. The highlight was definitely the homemade chili olive butter for the bread and the homemade ice cream with 85% cacao and chili. Well done!

05/06/2025: Ho cenato in questo ristorante ed ho mangiato del buon pesce pescato col giusto sapore di mare. Dall'antipasto al primo ed al secondo tutti i piatti mi hanno soddisfatto pienamente. Locale non ampio ma gradevole, gestione familiare sapiente.

06/06/2025: Locale piccolo e grazioso che propone una cucina tradizionale sarda di qualità con attenta ricerca della materia prima. Una menzione particolare la merita il panelentu con farciture gustose e ricercate. Servizio cordiale e disponibile.
