We've been to several restaurants in Sardinia, but we especially recommend this one. The food is delicious, and we'll remember the flavors for a long time. The service was very quick, the service was friendly, and the owner greeted guests with a warm welcome. The Sarda pizza was delicious.

We ate dinner here three times during our week-long vacation. We haven't had such delicious meals anywhere else. The people who work here are incredibly friendly! If it weren't so far to get here, we would definitely come back! We wholeheartedly recommend Excalibur!

We ordered a mortazza pizza and it was delicious. They're 30cm in diameter, so it's perfect for sharing between two people, or if you're feeling hungry, you can make one for yourself. The waiters who served us were very friendly, and you could tell they have a connection with the locals. A friendly and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for ending the day.

The menu includes many types of pizza as well as several pasta, fish, and meat dishes. There should be something for everyone. Before the meal, a generously filled basket of white bread and pane carasau is served, along with good oil, salt, and pepper. A small plate would be nice, as the oil tends to soak into the white bread. I had a Pizza Nello with guanciale, cherry tomatoes, onions, and pecorini. The pizza was a good size and delicious. My wife had the carbonara, which was also excellent. They don't seem to offer house wine by the glass, but there's a wide selection of bottled wines. Heineken beers are available in various sizes. The service was impeccable. Everything was perfect. Communication in English was no problem at all. Since we were there at the very beginning of the season, it was still too chilly to sit outside. However, there were plenty of tables, and it looked nice. Inside, there were also many seats under a beautiful wooden ceiling. Reservations weren't necessary, but that might be different during peak season. Parking was no problem. The prices were quite reasonable. We paid exactly 40 euros for two dishes, a large beer, and a Coke. If you're looking for good food at a good price, this is the place to go.

The service was very friendly and the wait time was reasonable. However, the pizzas were unfortunately only mediocre, as they were served lukewarm and simply tasted bland.
