25/05/2025: Un’esperienza indimenticabile: la pizza come non l’avevo mai assaggiata! Sono stato in questa pizzeria dopo averne sentito parlare benissimo, e devo dire che ha superato ogni aspettativa. L’impasto è leggero, ben lievitato e cotto alla perfezione: croccante fuori e soffice dentro. Ogni ingrediente è di altissima qualità, dai pomodori San Marzano alla mozzarella di bufala freschissima. Ho provato la classica Margherita e una speciale con crema di pistacchio e mortadella: entrambe spettacolari! Il personale è gentilissimo, sorridente e attento a ogni dettaglio, rendendo l’ambiente ancora più accogliente. Servizio rapido, ma mai frettoloso. Anche il locale è curato nei minimi dettagli: pulito, moderno ma con un tocco tradizionale che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Prezzi onestissimi per la qualità offerta. È diventata ufficialmente una delle mie pizzerie preferite, e non vedo l’ora di tornarci per provare tutte le altre pizze del menù. Consigliatissima, un vero gioiello per gli amanti della pizza!

14/05/2025: Beautifully restored building with high-tec digital features in the hotel rooms (esp. lighting). Unfortunately. I couldn't get the TV to work - I pressed literally every single button on the remote control, same with the heating; but then again I never called the front desk, so it's not really their fault. But the unit seemed only to provide cooling. When I was there, the spa was not available neither was the roof deck, but the staff are kind & attentive and the details to design are beautiful.

13/03/2025: Ok. First night of seven and it’s off to a great start. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the accommodations are above expectations. The location is perfect to the city center and all of the great ceramic shops. Looking forward to this week. They communicate via WhatsApp which is great for directions and recommendations. Update: It’s the end of the week and check-out time is in a few hours. The stay has been good with the exception of one staff member who put in an address to my phone for a location that ended us up in an unsafe area. The same staff member failed to read my WhatsApp text asking for an early pickup which ended up with an extra 15 minute wait. Also, the staff are extremely loud right outside my door at 6:30a waking me up early. Other than that, great stay, great location near pretty much everything in the town, and a great breakfast. If you get the opportunity, try the massage. It’s wonderful! I’ll definitely stay here again.

18/04/2025: Very positive experience. Attracted by the new menu recently published at €25 which includes appetizers, a first or second course of your choice, cover charge and water. Really great food. Super welcoming and very kind staff! I really recommend this place!!!

31/05/2025: Buffet for 40 people's anniversary, rich, varied and tasty... authentic Apulian flavors, in a welcoming location. Absolutely recommended!

20/04/2025: Easter lunch, eaten with the family at home, truly excellent: Platter of cured meats and cheeses Eggplant parmigiana Lamb chops Cardoncelli flan Battered artichokes Mussels au gratin Prawns in mango sauce Mezze sleeves with asparagus and bacon Fried cod, calamari and prawns Right portions, excellently prepared and, last but not least, a gift from the house, an exquisite artisanal chocolate colomba.

14/05/2025: Very bad experience! Yesterday we went to dinner at this very (very nice) place to eat some meat. We ordered 1 salad, 3 grilled vegetables (2 arrived), 2 portions of ash potatoes + 1 portion of ash potatoes seasoned differently (we were told that each portion included 2 potatoes), the potatoes arrived 1 per plate and were cold, 1 french fry. The meat arrived after 2 hours counted, it was a slice of kangaroo, one of zebra and one of bison (their weight was not given), but the portion was really small, it could have been 500/600 gr of meat in total to exaggerate. The meat was also cold! We asked for the dessert menu ordering two tiramisu and a sorbet. Seeing that the desserts did not arrive after half an hour, we asked if there were any problems; told that the babbàmisu was available, we declined the offer. After another quarter of an hour we were told that the tiramisu was being prepared and would arrive soon. Well… the tiramisu was a biscuit soaked in hot coffee and covered in mascarpone! Stomach-aching. The wine was the only good thing of the evening together with the company We paid €180!!!!! We will certainly not return and we will not recommend it even to our enemy! Intestinal colic followed yesterday evening and this morning!

13/05/2025: I follow this place on Instagram and it intrigued me... So I decided to come here for dinner with my husband to celebrate our anniversary. We were impressed by the beauty of the place, the kind and helpful staff and above all by the excellent quality meat. The owners are top! We will definitely return with friends.

26/05/2025: Top Pizzeria!!!!!!!! I've been going to this pizzeria for 3 years and they never make a bad pizza! Top family management! From 0 to 10? 10 super!!!!!!!!!

18/05/2025: Really good food. We had 2 first courses and 2 second courses plus dessert, everything was excellent to say the least. Despite the crowd, the wait was practically zero. The waiters, all young people, were always present but never intrusive. Fun fact, they remember the entire menu and the order by heart! Welcoming and sober atmosphere. We will return to taste the pizzas. Remember to book.

08/02/2025: Excellent aperitifs and fantastic sandwiches. I recommend the one with the porchetta and the colander. Nico is really good at welcoming customers and a magician with alcohol!

06/05/2025: Beautiful place, ideal for families, our children had a lot of fun with the small farm, full of animals, and the large green spaces where they can play and run. Inside the farm there is a characteristic butcher's shop with excellent typical local products, which can also be enjoyed in the adjacent restaurant. Prices are good on average compared to local venues, it is advisable to book, the structure is often fully booked, especially the restaurant. Very beautiful location surrounded by nature but obviously a little difficult to reach.

04/05/2025: The best experience in our 10 day exploring of Puglia. We stayed in our own trullo, with a nice atrium, really special experience. The food in restaurant, including breakfast was really good, mostly from the farm. There is a small shop in the masseria, where you can buy meat, cheese and wine to endjoj it in truletto. Really nice experience...

22/04/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo a Capodanno e siamo stati benissimo. Locale raffinato e servizio impeccabile. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo e abbondante, passavano sempre a proporre il bis. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Lo consiglio fortemente.

22/04/2025: We went for lunch on New Year's Eve and had a great time. Refined venue and impeccable service. We ate very well, generous portions, they always came by to offer an encore. Excellent value for money.
