24/06/2025: Nice place and location, great food. Maps was confusing to find and we drove around the country lanes for almost half an hour. For those who aren't familiar with the area, better directions are needed.

26/05/2025: Highly recommended! My husband and I chose Antica Masseria Surani Grande, in Manduria, for the most important day of our lives: our wedding day! A dream location, surrounded by greenery, elegant and refined. We relied on the experience and professionalism of Mimma who, from the beginning, understood our needs, welcomed every request and dealt with every eventuality that arose in the best possible way. She was able to advise us on everything. We then had the opportunity to stay there and enjoy a breathtaking view and a real mini apartment in the Masseria, very well-kept and beautiful. There are no criticisms but only compliments: quality, elegance, competence. Thank you for making our day unique and perfect!

05/09/2025: Five-star dinner! The quality of the ingredients, the execution of the dishes, and the refined pairings create a delightful blend of flavor, tradition, and a touch of innovation. The chef adapted the dishes for my pregnant wife, with a kindness and helpfulness that was truly rewarding. The wine by the glass had a bouquet of aromas that perfectly paired with the fresh tagliolini, Normandy butter, and black truffle. The dessert was a delicious tartlet, with a hint of cinnamon that tasted like a Sunday afternoon. A welcoming and warm location, right in the center of Martina Franca. Impeccable service.

29/08/2025: [edit July 2025] Always, always a wonderful confirmation. Mimmo never disappoints. His menu, with its new additions and must-have "fixed" dishes (like tagliolini with Normandy butter and truffle!), is a guaranteed taste sensation that makes you think about returning as soon as you walk in the door. And for lovers of good wine, the exceptional wine cellar is unmissable! For three years, it's been a must-visit, and every time we can't wait to return. Mimmo and his entire staff are always welcoming, kind, and professional. The menu is varied, with top-quality ingredients. Even during this challenging time, the quality has remained extremely high. I highly recommend it, and for us, it remains a staple of our vacation.

09/07/2025: We came across it by chance, it's a takeaway but it also has tables where you can sit to eat, we had some excellent chicken skewers cooked perfectly and with substance, 1/4 of a calzone filled with aubergines and stracciatella, good soft with thin dough, more than reasonable price, we'll definitely see you again on Friday for the fried fish 👍👍👍

27/05/2025: By now a guarantee, our trusted place to eat excellent meat! The tartare is something exceptional, as are the bombette with salami and philadelphia and the Angus strips... our fixed dishes that cannot be missed. In addition, the last time we also tasted some Simmental bites cooked at low temperature with a particular beer, really delicious; and also the Wagyu that melted in the mouth. To finish in style, they make delicious desserts such as the tile, the tiramisu or the cheesecake... what can I say, even though I am full at the end of the dinner I cannot give up their desserts. They also offered us some really good biscuits (cantucci). Kind, helpful and thoughtful staff I absolutely recommend :)

09/07/2025: Very nice place, unfortunately I haven't seen the rooms because I'm staying elsewhere, but the people here are very friendly and hospitable, the structure is truly very beautiful, we had dinner there and we ate very well at a very fair price.

12/06/2025: A typical Italian restaurant in the middle of the countryside. We were the only Germans there. Be sure to order the antipasto alla casa! At least 12 different dishes. Everything was delicious. Prices were surprisingly low. I would go again.

27/08/2025: I'm grateful to them; they've solved all our problems. We have lunch at the company with colleagues, all together, and everyone satisfies their cravings with a kitchen close to home. Excellent raw materials; anyone who eats out for lunch every day knows that their stomachs are at risk. Some people criticized the price of the chicken...perhaps they didn't notice the difference in flavor and quality. I'll just add that they deliver with precision and extreme care. Everything always arrives perfect and hot. Finally, I'd like to add the kindness and natural friendliness of all the staff. I can only thank them; it's a pleasure to deal with such a reputable company.

31/08/2025: I was torn between three and four stars. The food is good, the pizza too, but not good enough to justify the prices. A decent ortolana, essentially a Margherita with a few poorly grilled vegetables, isn't worth ten euros. Five euros for a portion of good fries is 30 percent more than I pay in similar places. The tart was excellent, the tiramisu was good but with a frozen base, and here comes the worst flaw: generally sloppy service, disorganized, and embarrassing wait times, especially if the place claims to be upscale. For now, the only thing that's moderately high is the price.

28/07/2025: What can I say? Five stars aren't enough. The location is enchanting. The food and hospitality were simply incredible. The cuisine was a true revelation: delicious dishes carefully prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Everything was plentiful. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to accommodate our every request. The service was impeccable, with attention to detail that made our evening relaxing. We also enjoyed the outdoor spaces, listening to live music under a starry sky. I highly recommend this masseria. Five stars, without a doubt, and I repeat, they're not enough! I'll be back as soon as possible.

16/08/2025: An unknown place....after asking around I was a bit incredulous...then I got the confirmation I was looking for on a particular day....the August bank holiday....where many places take advantage of the fixed menu...often with poor quality products just to make a profit....this place is highly recommended for all types of occasions
