05/09/2025: Five-star dinner! The quality of the ingredients, the execution of the dishes, and the refined pairings create a delightful blend of flavor, tradition, and a touch of innovation. The chef adapted the dishes for my pregnant wife, with a kindness and helpfulness that was truly rewarding. The wine by the glass had a bouquet of aromas that perfectly paired with the fresh tagliolini, Normandy butter, and black truffle. The dessert was a delicious tartlet, with a hint of cinnamon that tasted like a Sunday afternoon. A welcoming and warm location, right in the center of Martina Franca. Impeccable service.

29/08/2025: [edit July 2025] Always, always a wonderful confirmation. Mimmo never disappoints. His menu, with its new additions and must-have "fixed" dishes (like tagliolini with Normandy butter and truffle!), is a guaranteed taste sensation that makes you think about returning as soon as you walk in the door. And for lovers of good wine, the exceptional wine cellar is unmissable! For three years, it's been a must-visit, and every time we can't wait to return. Mimmo and his entire staff are always welcoming, kind, and professional. The menu is varied, with top-quality ingredients. Even during this challenging time, the quality has remained extremely high. I highly recommend it, and for us, it remains a staple of our vacation.

22/10/2025: Absolutely sensational. From the first moment the atmosphere was so comforting and welcoming after a long drive from Santa Maria di leuca. And a parking fine and difficultly trying to park, Armida was like a warm hug. Nino, the chef came out to greet us (in English no less) to help with my rudimentary Italian and his suggestions were more than just good, they were perfect. My goodness the food was divine. Veleria, our co host and server was an absolute sweetheart. So attentive and friendly! To top it off the music, chosen by Valeria was incredible! A perfect dinner and a perfect evening. 25/09/2025: Extremely kind and helpful staff, a room with a kitchen, full bathroom, and even a storage room. Spectacular view of a bay with sea water of such a beautiful color that it's indescribable. Pool available. The only small flaw, which has nothing to do with the property, is that the beach, while stunning, is not suitable for small children because it consists of large rocks that slope down to the sea via a convenient walkway and ladder. Obviously, navigating the rocks is difficult for little ones, but for adults, it's a 5-star plus.

11/09/2025: The hotel is ideally located for a relaxing, comfortable holiday, with very helpful and friendly staff. Doriana and Daniela are always attentive to their guests' needs. I had a wonderful holiday and highly recommend it.

30/09/2025: Excellent as a resort, good as a beach. There are better seas, but it's not very clean when there are lots of people, being a hollow.

23/09/2025: Excellent seaside property, with a well-equipped beach, restaurants, and bars in a truly beautiful stretch of water. We stayed in a villa on the hill overlooking the sea, equipped with every comfort. Excellent value for money. Unfortunately, the season ends early here, even though the weather was wonderful, and by early September, many services were only partially operational. We will definitely return.

24/10/2025: Nice restaurant in terms of decor, drinks, and pastries, but as for the ice cream... It looked like it was simply stuffed with sugar and food coloring. The ice cream was poorly preserved, there were bits of ice cubes in it. Nothing like the other gelato places in the area.

17/07/2025: The staff is friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, ready to satisfy every need; the bread is delicious, both soft and fragrant; the scacce are truly excellent, and I dare say they taste homemade; the rustic pizza is delicious, and the pan pizza is also delicious; and the arancini... Spectacular! I ordered a large number of scacce, arancini, and pizzas for an event, and I can only say they made a wonderful impression. Thank you so much, and see you soon.

21/09/2025: An experience that amazed me! Don't expect the usual restaurant and the usual dishes. It's all very good and refined. We tried the appetizers, with many specialties from both land and sea. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable. The dishes and glasses were sparkling. The staff was very polite and friendly. A place that's not at all crowded. Very simple and refined!

28/09/2025: We stopped here for lunch today (September 28, 2025) and were impressed. The food was wonderful, and the server was very friendly and accommodating. We can't rate the rooms, as we weren't staying overnight. We can only recommend this restaurant for dinner.

11/09/2025: We visited for a dinner for two: magical! The location was beautiful, and we were able to eat outside in absolute tranquility and silence, accompanied only by the chirping of cicadas. The service was courteous and prompt, and both the main courses, the house appetizer, and the dessert were excellent. The rosé wine was excellent, also available by the glass. The price was average (€40 per person), more than reasonable considering the pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
