12/05/2025: Prezzi sopra la media, abbiamo pagato 16€ un piatto per due persone con 6 spicchi di formaggio, 2 fette di prosciutto crudo, 4 fette di capocollo (salume), 6 pezzettini di salsiccia secca e 6 fette di salame… Capocollo di maiale crudo, salsiccia e bombette buone ma il prezzo non rispecchia la qualità.

12/06/2025: A typical Italian restaurant in the middle of the countryside. We were the only Germans there. Be sure to order the antipasto alla casa! At least 12 different dishes. Everything was delicious. Prices were surprisingly low. I would go again.

Phenomenal Apulian Bombette, about half a kilo of lamb chops and to finish a sliced ​​rocket and parmesan all accompanied with excellent baked potatoes and onion with oil homemade by them. To finish local bitter and sweet offered by the house. We will return, but obviously I recommend Carnezzeria to everyone for the goodness of the meat and tenderness. Excellent quality/price ratio.

16/06/2025: I was a regular customer for a long time. I've always had a good experience. Then recently they changed location, I looked and found them. It was a special evening, I was coming back from work after a really hard day. I wanted to eat some good meat and I went there, asking for a takeaway. Which was rudely denied, with an "ABSOLUTELY NOT!". As if I had asked for the moon. As far as I'm concerned, I'll take my money elsewhere, where maybe they'll treat me better, telling me "I'm sorry, but it's not possible".

13/06/2025: We went to this grill because the other guests had already been there, so on their advice I decided to join the group. Very nice place, certainly well-kept, much less nice and well-kept the service and above all the sore point was the bill! The waiters (except for the guy who asked questions) were evasive, we had to ask several times for things that didn't arrive until the 4th request. The food was definitely very good, I recommend the salted ham they produce, but guys, the really sore point and saltier than the ham was the bill. We didn't eat anything special apart from the small buffalo steak and the steak in the center, we didn't order appetizers and chips, only 5 side dishes, we didn't take desserts, we didn't drink wine, only two super commercial beers and water which wasn't enough to make the burning sensation of €92.50 per person go away. We ate in several grill restaurants, even more renowned ones and we never spent so much. We were very sorry. We will not return.

26/05/2025: Highly recommended! My husband and I chose Antica Masseria Surani Grande, in Manduria, for the most important day of our lives: our wedding day! A dream location, surrounded by greenery, elegant and refined. We relied on the experience and professionalism of Mimma who, from the beginning, understood our needs, welcomed every request and dealt with every eventuality that arose in the best possible way. She was able to advise us on everything. We then had the opportunity to stay there and enjoy a breathtaking view and a real mini apartment in the Masseria, very well-kept and beautiful. There are no criticisms but only compliments: quality, elegance, competence. Thank you for making our day unique and perfect!

12/05/2025: I celebrated my 30th birthday in this splendid farmhouse and I couldn't have made a better choice! I really felt at home: everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail and the staff did everything to satisfy my every wish, including setting up the outdoor table under the wonderful gazebo, which made the atmosphere even more special. The food was excellent, the service impeccable. A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Mimma, an authentic, kind and tireless person, who knows how to put people at ease. I highly recommend this farm for any event! 🙏🏻💯😍❤️

27/05/2025: By now a guarantee, our trusted place to eat excellent meat! The tartare is something exceptional, as are the bombette with salami and philadelphia and the Angus strips... our fixed dishes that cannot be missed. In addition, the last time we also tasted some Simmental bites cooked at low temperature with a particular beer, really delicious; and also the Wagyu that melted in the mouth. To finish in style, they make delicious desserts such as the tile, the tiramisu or the cheesecake... what can I say, even though I am full at the end of the dinner I cannot give up their desserts. They also offered us some really good biscuits (cantucci). Kind, helpful and thoughtful staff I absolutely recommend :)

Too bad because with the military schools two steps away they earn enough to be able to afford a more refined place.

11/05/2025: No more food of dubious quality..exaggerated prices based on the portions..we ordered sweet chips..they arrived in a milk bowl already cold as well as the classic fries which were also cold served in a classic cup bowl that I use for breakfast at home. We were six adults, barely enough for 4! People paid a good 8 euros..Fried meatballs with a terrible taste seemed already fried and then reheated..just two each paid 8 euros! From the menu ordered a hamburger 250 g.. I received a classic sandwich with hamburger lettuce cooked very badly in my opinion, already pre-cooked and then finished cooking it at a later time including a very poor quality brioche bun (the sandwich is not mentioned on the menu!!) paid 15 euros.. non-litre cream water paid 3; euros.. a friend of mine then ordered a pizza and the wrong pizza arrived, apologizing, they changed it and returned after 1 minute counted with the same modified pizza cold.. just like my other friend ordered mixed roast which arrived cold in cold lava stone which they only use for embellishment.. they deduct the mixed roast from the bill apologizing for what happened for a total of over 170 euros luckily we didn't pay for the roast otherwise how much would the bill have been? over 200 for having eaten two cold chips.. wrong cold pizza and a sandwich that wasn't mentioned on the menu.. of terrible quality.. the only thing decent perhaps and the Raffo beer they say is on tap.. never again!! Aaa I forgot 3 euro cover charge each to have a table without a tablecloth!!!

02/06/2025: We are two Belgian tourists who ask for a table. We are told that they are full (when in fact they are not...). We end up leaving and coming back a little later and a student agrees to seat us at a table. One waiter is particularly unpleasant (an elderly gentleman). All the other tables are taken care of before us (even those who arrived well after us). It's a shame because the pasta with vongole is excellent.
