We booked an evening with friends. The place appears at first glance as a gastronomy boutique, with the sale of cheeses, cured meats and refined food products, as well as a well-stocked wine shop with national and international labels. Then the room opens to the restaurant, essential furnishings, where modernity and warmth of the rooms mix perfectly. The cuisine exceeds all expectations, zero km products, presentation of the dishes worthy of a starred restaurant. The owner in the room and the staff, very attentive to the customer's needs, we relied on them for the choice of the menu and the pairing of the wines. We were very satisfied, recommended to those looking for new and refined culinary experiences in catering, without neglecting taste, presentation and quality. It will definitely be our first stop as soon as we return to Puglia.

In un venerdì di novembre in 4 per una cena in famiglia che ha davvero superato le aspettative . Antonio è davvero una persona di “mestiere” che sa far pregustare, senza deludere, le pietanze che racconta dettagliatamente . Sì percepisce che per lui non è lavoro ma una passione che coltiva nel modo migliore . Non vi racconterò cosa abbiamo mangiato ma vi dico che è stata una esperienza , un percorso di gusto con ottimi vini a calice per ogni singola portata .. prezzo adeguato alla qualità che si riceve . L’unico posto in cui puoi cenare in pace anche il sabato sera,un’esperienza culinaria di alto livello accompagnata da innovazione e da una materia prima di qualità , condita con educazione ed umiltà ,anche i vini a disposizione vanno oltre il territorio
